    Today I had a new water heater installed by Robert at Cooper Mechanical. He is professional, great communication and friendly. He explained what I needed to know before he started working, during the installation and lastly things I needed to know about the water heater once it was installed. Robert has worked at my house previously for the heater and air conditioner yearly check ups. I highly recommended him. I always feel that I am receiving the best service when Cooper Mechanical comes out.

    Rick is very passionate about his work and really seemed to care about doing a job well done. He replaced our water heater on a Thirsday night and worked his butt off until 1am to make sure we didn’t have to worry over the weekend since we were going out of town. He then came back the following week to address another issue (separate issue) we had and did an amazing job fixing various issues that happened when our water line was put in originally years ago. Highly recommend!

    The service technician, was outstanding in terms of sticking with the issue, personally, until it was completely fixed. As always, he was on time, professional, experienced, and an excellent communicator, explaining the game plan for resolving the issue and taking the time to listen to my questions and answer them. When I called Cooper on a Saturday night, my call was answered by a real human being and I was able to talk to a technician within the hour. This has been my experience with them in the past: they are really available 24/7 and a technician is there when you need one. After two and a half years now of experience as a customer, Steve and Cooper continue to get an A+ from me.

    Cooper has been fabulous to work with. Very responsive, they give you texts and emails when the technician is on their way with full name and picture so you know whos coming. Their pricing is fair. Steve, Joe ,and Nancy at the office have been wonderful. A Godsent for new homeowners like us.

    I have been using Guy M. Cooper for many years. I’m extremely pleased with their services. I appreciate the communication now through email, phone and text. Everyone is so easy to deal with when I call! When I told Robert the issue I was having with the heater while he was here doing the annual ac tune up last summer, he quickly identified the issue and got the ball rolling for my repair this fall. He is friendly, professional and just does a great job.

Used a text based system to keep in touch and identify that Rich M, with a picture , was arriving. The services needed and parts to be replaced were clearly explained, as were the issues that led to the repairs to be performed.     Rich did a great job with the installation. Was fast, knowledgeable and cleaned up the workspace when he was done. Originally I had given 3 stars for the price of the water heater, 50 gallon gas water heater came out to $3600 due to ongoing supply chain issues. I checked with others that have recently had water heater replacement and price was similar to what others paid. I’ve been a customer for many years. Their service is great and they respond quickly so they deserve 5 stars for that.

    Steve Gardner arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and did a very neat looking air conditioner and heater installation. He patiently answered our many questions and left our house after cleaning up the work areas and did so earlier than expected for the amount of work that was involved. It was a very positive experience.

    Rich and his helper Jake came out to our house recently for an emergency sewer drain clog. They both were professional and did a great job finding the clog quickly and clearing it. Rich was especially good with cleaning up the area, so after they left, we hardly knew they were here. I highly recommend Cooper and these guys!

    My household has been under contract for AC, heating, and plumbing services with Cooper for many years. The yearly checkups and tune ups have helped to keep things in good shape. Through sad experience with some less than trustworthy work from others, Ive returned to Cooper after allowing other companies to include some plumbing/sump pump services in packages for other projects. I dont know if Coopers prices are competitive, but I rely on getting quality, trustworthy service. The communication, responsiveness, scheduling, and professionalism have never let me down.

    Had annual heater inspection done. Rob was great. He is very friendly and loves his work. I did have to pay for a motor starting capacitor that was out of tolerance. He had replacement in truck and was quickly replaced and tested.

    Guy M.Cooper been maintaining our HVAC and plumbing in a historic Bucks county home for the past 3 years. We have a maintenance contract with them and whenever there is any problem, they are here same day and always call when the tech is on the way. Very knowledgeable and the prices are really the best around for the quality of service! Highly recommend!

    Guy Cooper does a great job with their semi annual maintenance on our hvac. Most recently we had them replace our AC unit and fix our dishwasher. Both times the service men were friendly and considerate. Their office will call you and let you know if theres any kind of delay.

    Rich took the time to efficiently explain the plumbing issue Took extreme care to minimize the damage to the ceiling in order to replace the cracked pipe. Replaced the cracked pipe with better material than what was in the wall.     About 2 months ago I had called another plumbing company called Gabes plumbing. They came out did work said they would be back and then I never heard from them again. Then I called Cooper Mechanical Solutions and the next day they came out to assess the multiple issues. They were friendly, fair, and told me their plans of what they would be doing. They will return your calls 100% of the time and send someone out to help you. They had to come out to the house 3 times to do some major plumbing work which was great!     Mike Monaco was great, he was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He even did his best to help me with a fire alarm panel that was having issues even though that wasnt what he was hired to do. I would recommend using Cooper Mechanical.

    Never used this company before, came home no heat, needed emergency service. Got connected right away, got a call back from the tech steve within 15 minutes, said he will be over after dinner 30 minutes later showed up at my house, I explained to him what I thought was wrong and he went right to work.     Rich Mignona, arrived around 11:00am after doing an emergency call. When he arrived we went over what work had to be performed. He had to go to the supply house to pick up a new Delta control valve. He returned promptly, and started the repair and had to do some cutting for it to fit. I had to leave but Rich kept my wife informed on his progress, When he finished the shower, he fixed the water heater cold feed with a new ball valve. When finished he cleaned up both areas. He is a representative of Cooper Mechanical, and we hope when we have any futher plumbing problems, we can have Rich as our plumber. Jim Lee Sr.
