    We are very pleased with the water heater install that Stephen and Eduardo did for us in Willis. A couple of code violations on the old install were corrected by them on the new install. All in all, an excellent job. Highly recommend these individuals and Burke Family Plumbing.

    These guys rock! Quick and efficient work, good price, good people! Great operation. Called for help at 8AM and job finished before noon. They are even tech savvy. Really are a family of plumbers.Called them 2 months later for 4 different issues. The technician, Danielle analyzed what needed to be done and quietly fixed them all to my complete satisfaction. Price was reasonable considering the difficult ceiling leak she fixed. Left the areas spotless as well. Highly recommended!

    I love love love this company. We called yesterday about a problem yesterday and they were here today, they even called to ask if they could arrive early. 👍🏼To my pleasant surprise we got a female technician and she was terrific.     So grateful we were able to get someone out with in a couple hours of calling Monday morning. Despite a couple complications (related to our home and the space allotted) they kept us posted and we have hot water with in just over 48h of making the call.     Burke family plumbing is a lifesaver. After heavy wind and rain, I didn’t expect to get them out to my house so quickly. They answered my call, and within 30 minutes they were able to get Troy out there to look things over. He diagnosed the problem accurately and presented a low cost strategy to fix the issue. Extremely thankful for them, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

    We really appreciate the excellent service that Mr. Ricky with Burke Family Plumbing provided to us when our tankless water heater stopped heating over the weekend. He came out early and did a very thorough check in a lot of trouble shooting. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us the pros and cons of different systems and what the different potential problems could be. His troubleshooting was very thorough and he figured out how to resolve the problem without replacement of any expensive parts or extras.     Had our water heater replaced today and switched out for a tankless as well as installed a water filter system in Burke Family Plumbing did everything they said they were going to do.     I was referred to Burke Plumbing by a neighbor. They did a great job when I had a plumbing emergency during the week of Thanksgiving. The dispatcher arranged for Danielle and Kenneth to come that very morning, and they quickly got my toilets up and flushing again.     I’m blown away by the fact that I just called yesterday and had an appointment today, in a 2 hour block, where the tech arrived on time and ready to troubleshoot for us.     I have a water heater in a very hard location of the house to service. I had several quotes to replace it, some saying that they would have to cut open walls or the roof to replace it. Danielle at Burke was able to do it at over half the cost and without cutting my house up. Burke was able to quote and schedule the whole job in only a couple days. I cannot recommend them enough!

    Danielle showed up at the scheduled time , was very careful taking apart the hot water heater not to make a mess and was done pretty fast. Double check all his work before she said it was done.     I had Burke Family Plumbing come out to fix a clogged toilet. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I got a text the day before confirming the date and time of the appointment. I got a text when the plumber was on the way and a link to see where he was on the map. The plumber, S Vernon, was so friendly and professional. He explained what was going on and let me know when he was done. He then fixed the leaky flapper on my other toilet, going so far as to go to the hardware store to get me the correct part for the job.Last, the price was very reasonable!!!I am so happy that I used Burke Family Plumbing. Burke Family Plumbing came out to take care of it. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. There was an issue a week later on the other side of the house and they came out to fix that issue as well at no charge.Several weeks later, the arctic storm hit and every one of my pipes broke. Again they came out and, this time, they re-piped my entire house. Today, they came out to fix my new kitchen faucet (installed in December, before moving in) which had a manufactures defect in it.If you need any type of plumbing repair, I highly recommend Burke Family Plumbing.

During the massive winter storm we just experienced, the main water supply pipe in my water well house froze and severely broke.
