James and Tyler did a bathroom remodel for me in April 2023. They provided me with an estimate and stuck to it. Their pricing was very reasonable. They had a relationship with a good electrical and plumbing contractor, each of whom contracted with me directly. All work done was solid and each one knew their stuff. James and Tyler took care of the regular demolition, carpentry, and rolling. They even offered some very good design advice. I’ve lived with my new bathroom for several months now and have no problems. Moreover, there’s really nothing I would change with the workmanship or the end product. Love my new bathroom and actually enjoyed having them in my house for a couple weeks. They are local, good people. Honest, hardworking, and real. All hard to find these days.

Just had James and Tyler do some maintenance work on my deck and address some leaky windows . I had a very tight budget to work with and they did everything they promised . Very professional and cheerful and worked quickly . Cleaned up afterwards and ended the job in a timely manner. If you are in search of honest, high quality work. Then the dynamic contractors duo of Jimmy and Tyler is the best.They have completed many projects at our home. I attached a picture of our dinning room tile floor. We absolutely love it and I still am amazed that it isnt wood.They most recently completed a basement remodel. Would highly recommend to others.

James & Tyler Construction, LLC just completed a four-month, major renovation on the first floor of my home. The project was very complicated and involved wall demolition, chimney removal and a complete re-build of our kitchen and dining room areas. It required demanding physical labor and attention to detail. I am thrilled to say that we loved every moment of working with Jim and Tyler, and will hire them again in a heartbeat! Their work is fantastic and very high quality, but without fail, they honored their commitments for showing up on time and as-scheduled, always providing me with options and rational for the choices they made along the way. Jim was very communicative both over the phone and via text, and was available in the off-hours when I needed to run something by him or get his opinion on design or functionality. He was very collaborative with our plumber, electrician and the company who provided our cupboards and countertops, often making arrangements for their services on his town time. He was extremely patient with me as I made changes to the project plans and was very transparent with his pricing structure and intentions. His entire team is meticulous with the work site, and no matter the level of demolition or debris, the worksite was always neat and tidy at the end of the day. They took great measures to ensure that my family was comfortable in our home while they worked there. We enjoyed having them around, and recommend them to any homeowner in need of contractor services.
