I can’t say enough how making the decision to go with HL Bowman, is one of the best decisions I have made in a while. This morning Jason came out to clean my air vents. He did an awesome job! Kind, courteous, pleasant and thorough! I also appreciated how he took the time upon completion to go over the before and after pictures.. So far everyone at this company has been amazing and the peace of mind knowing I’m in good hands has been invaluable.

My experience with Mike Sanger was excellent. He explained everything he was doing. He was very good about working around the needs of my tenants. He was pleasant and professional. I was left with a clear understanding of why I needed the maintenance work done. However I did not feel any salesmanlike pressure from him. In essence he was a pleasure to work with.

We had Ari out to do some work last week on a plumbing issue we had. In my day to day I manage customer relationships for a local organization so I am very in tune to the customer experience. Obviously the most important park of any service type work is the quality of the job being done. Ari quickly explained what he was going to be doing as well as the timeline. He communicated at an exceptional level. As someone who is not handy he was very easy to follow. The area that consistently gets over looked in customer service is being pleasant. Ari is a great guy, we talked about dogs, he talked about his schedule that day and holidays plans. He was just an overall good dude. Keep up the great work HLB and make sure you keep this guy on your team and find as many more like him as possible !!!- Dave

Mr. Twist (Mike) was courteous, explaining what he was doing, the range of options we have for correction of the problem and the process regarding how to proceed, i.e., coordinating water shut-off with Pa American Water Co., etc. He clearly presented a range of estimates for correction of the problem, and related. When we accepted an estimated he immediately set things in motion with your company to have repairs made the following day. I was impressed with Mike/commend Bowman for having him on its staff.

Aaron was a true professional . Was punctual, explained in detail what he was about to do, estimated roughly how long it would take. When he finished he noticed another problem that was causing one of the new breakers to flip. The outside pole light was the problem. Somewhere between the inside switch and the pole light was a problem. Consideration will be given to replacing the pole light at some future date. All in all, my wife and I were very pleased with Aaron.

HL Bowman was absolutely fantastic to work with and we will absolutely continue to use them. Being brand new first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and each of them was answered well and they made sure to show us exactly what they were talking about. During a stressful time of our furnace not working in this cold weather, they all quickly worked to get us exactly what we needed. Longan Winters, Shayne Keiper, and Glen Keiper were all fantastic as they worked in the house to first diagnose the issues and then install our new furnace. Chad Miller was amazing as he sat down with us to explain what we would be looking to purchase- he was never that classic pushy salesman. We will continue to work with HL Bowman and recommend them to anyone that needs it!!
