    Rene is the absolute best and knows his stuff! He looks out for the customer needs, fair and does great quality work! No cutting corners and puts the extra time and effort to do the job right - even in 110 degree heat! After the job is done and each evening he cleans up and looks even better from when he starts. Can’t say enough good things, we have used him for several different jobs and each time we have been more than pleased! The AC systems are working better than ever and I can honestly say it is beyond comfortable! We will continue to use him for all our future needs! Highly recommend!

    Had a capacitor go out on my AC on one of the hottest days of the year (120°); House got up to 91° at about 4PM in the afternoon. Got on the phone to look for help. Rene at TriTek was quick to return my call and was able to schedule to come out first thing next morning (7AM ish). He and his team quickly identified the problem and corrected the issue. AC back in service in minutes. Since they were there had them do the coil wash and check the unit. Great guys. Thanks Rene and team great job.

    Renee and his son Jr were amazing!! They installed a tankless water heater, very professional and knowledgeable. Prior to the installation, they explained how everything works and what they were going to do!! I highly them to anyone considering a new water heater, they also have very competitive pricing as well!!! Thank you guys!!!

    After having a few disappointing experiences with other plumbing companies who didn’t really seem to know what they were doing I decided to try Tritek after a friend recommended them. The owner is super nice, knowledgeable and transparent, he showed me the exact problem (not just saying it’s somewhere between this wall and that wall 4 bedrooms away) he fixed it quick and even called me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still good with the repair. I have used him multiple times and recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing or HVAC issues.

    Tritek is awesome! I worked at a local coffee shop and we only ever called them to fix things when they broke. They have a great response time and are fair when it comes to pricing! They handled every maintenance issue we had in our store. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Our neighbors recommend Rene and his crew when our old 50 gallon water heater died. Were so glad we called him to help us out with a new tankless water heater. From our initial phone call I felt comfortable with Rene as he explained the system to me. He scheduled the new install for the very next morning. His crew arrived on time, were respectful and got right to work. When everything was completed Rene showed us everything and how to operate it if we wanted to adjust the temperature. He offered assistance with the rebate forms if I needed it and said to call him if we had any questions. We will use Tritek again for any plumbing or HVAC issues. 100% recommend them!!

    My A/C went out on Friday. I started looking online for anyone that might have still been open. Tritek was one of the companies listed. I called and spoke with Rene. He was very accommodating for it to be 6pm Friday evening. He was able to fit me in that evening, after hours. Scheduled a time, arrived at that time and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong. He explained what was wrong, exactly what he was doing in great detail and even gave me additional information on cleaning my A/C for longer lasting life. He was an absolute life saver. I will definitely be using Tritek services for all my A/C, heating and plumbing. I absolutely 100% recommend Tritek.

    Rene and his crew installed a tankless water heater. Mine was 17 years old. I chose Tritek because of my next door neighbors were very happy with them. Then I asked about replacing my 30 year old AC system. The professionalism and respect is why I write this review. Both installs added value to my home and knowing they have my back means alot. Thanks alot Tritek and crew. I wish all service companies were like these guys. Great job.

    Rene at Tritek installed my air conditioner years ago and has serviced and repaired it regularly. He returns calls very quickly and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend him for both installation and service.

    If you need air conditioning service . Call Rene @ tritek services . Fast ,knowledgeable,and courteous service . Tritek went to my rental property in Irvine and the tenant was extremely happy. I got three estimates and his price was the best.And the fact that he was willing to go to Irvine on such a short notice was a big plus .I will use his services again and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.     I called Tritek cause I was having some hardscape done in my backyard and needed my ac unit moved. Rene’e was the tech. Tritek sent out. First impression make a big difference. He was clean and looked professional so I had a good feeling about the service I was going to get. Rene’e came out to only relocate my ac unit but ended up doing a major tune up. He replaced the condenser, contact relay, capacitor, and topped off the refrigerant. Tritek saved me the aggravation of having my ac unit down during a hot summer and having to pay for another service call. Rene’e took the time to check out my ac unit which he didn’t have to and gained a customer. He gave me back all the parts he replaced and explained everything he did. I appreciate honest good service. Tritek is worth a call for honest service. Thank you Rene’e and Tritek for a job well done.

    A different company quoted me $700! Rene at Tritek found that it was a wire not making full contact. Rene took the time to show me everything was working as it should and I only paid $65 assessment fee. Rene is an honest man. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

    I can’t say enough good things about the owner Rene. He is an incredible HVAC guy and plumber and an even better human being. He is as honest as it gets and his work quality is 2nd to none. He has done work for me and several of my friends and family, and I have never heard of anyone who wasn’t completely thrilled with his work.

    Rene has done complete HVAC and plumbing work on multiple houses for me. On one of my homes, he did a complete replacement of my HVAC. He coordinated removing and replacing my unit on top of a 3 story building. He put in a dual climate unit and replaced all the ducting. He also did a complete replumbing of my house. His finish work is flawless as well.On another home, he replaced the HVAC and had to replace the sewer lines. By the time he was done with the sewer line, you would never have known that he had to tear up the floor and cement. He does superb work!! He is very knowledgeable, honest, nice and professional. I would highly recommend him!

    Tritek came to my house and installed a brand new air conditioning unit. It went out right in the middle of summer. They were fast, efficient, and clean. I would recommend them to anybody with air conditioning or heating issues.

    Had to call Rene and team back to the house through no fault of theirs. We tried our best to keep the unit working but at some point you need to call it quits. The AC unit needed to be put out of its misery and ours. Rene and team providing us with options and in the end we felt getting a new unit was the way to go. Rene was responsive in getting us a new unit and getting it installed promptly. Given the temperature outside we were so grateful. His team is fast, professional, alway courteous, and respectful. They do a great job cleaning up as well which I cant say for other services I have used. I would give them additional stars if it was an option.Rene and his team are great!!! Twice they have helped me out in a pitch, fitting me into an already tight schedule and I am so very thankful. He saved my unit and me a lot of monies and his rates are very reasonable. Rene spend as much time as I needed to understand what his team was doing and why. So very glad I went with him. I would actually given him and his team 6 stars if I could. Its very obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his company and work.

    Our AC blew out and we called this company and Renee gave us a time he would be here. Was here on time, really nice! Was able to fix the issue and gave a full explanation of what he was doing and great tips on how to clean the AC. Also called about 3 other local companies and they didnt answer.     We called Rene at 5:30 PM on a Friday (Labor Day weekend!) He was amazing enough to fit us in after-hours. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable and professional. We were shocked at how reasonable his pricing was, especially for an after-hours holiday weekend call!
