    Hi, I am a local home remodeling contractor.I needed someone to come in and do all the water hookups after countertops went In, dishwasher, garbage disposal, water filter, faucet, etc. Andrew came in with a more than reasonable price and was very professional and made my customer feel at ease, which was very important to me. He took care of it and even went out of his way to go and change out the disposal I had provided because it was missing parts(it was brand new).     Andrew came over to our office to assist with a backup we had in a sink. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest with us.     Andrew arrived at the day and time he was scheduled, he worked very hard all day, and was especially attentive to getting the job done perfectly. Even though some of the appliances were missing parts. He didn’t get frustrated. He calmly went to the store and bought what he needed. I was strongly recommended Andrew to anyone who has any kind of plumbing needs.

    Andrew’s quick response to my call for help was coupled with the highest professionalism & resolution that left me very impressed. I needed to have a filtration system removed & he patiently showed me step by step which parts were needed for the new owners to reinstall the unit. He also allowed me to take a picture & do a brief video for the new owners in order to make it easier for them to install. I highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing related issues you need resolved.

    Had a different plumber come out to try to snake our sink and he worked on it for 20 minutes and insisted it was too clogged and we needed to replace the pipe and cut into the wall. Quoted us $650. We wanted a second quote..so we called Hurry Help Plumbing & Rooter. Andrew came out the very next day and suggested we snake it one more time. He got it unclogged in no time and we have a perfectly functioning sink for $225! Great service! I would definitely recommend! He is honest, does good work and doesn’t overcharge. 10/10 recommend!

    Today Andrew didn’t hesitate to come out on a holiday weekend to fix my pool valve that was leaking. Very friendly and efficient.     Highly recommend! Fast and competent service. Not only was Andrew nice, he explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I felt like I could trust his judgment and wasn’t being taken advantage of because I didn’t know anything about plumbing. Great prices and affordable.     My gas line was shut down because of a gas leak, I called Hurry Help Plumbing and Rooter trying to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. Even though Andrew was already booked he went out of his way to make sure he took care of it ASAP. Because he knew we needed our gas back on right away he made special arrangements to accommodate us.He not only did an excellent job, he charged us a very reasonable price. He did not take advantage of the emergency situation.What amazed me, he did not rush to finish the job. He made sure all details were taken care of before he left.I would recommend Hurry Help Plumbing & Rooter. 10/10

    On 7/7/24 my washer had a major leak from below. I knew I needed a new washer as this one had run its course. I posted on Murrieta Talk to try and find a plumber at a reasonable rate to disconnect my old washer as my shut-off valves were stuck/frozen.Hurry Help Plumbing & Rooter responded to my post. Andrew offered to help at no cost. It is nice to know that good people are still willing to help.Andrew was punctual, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to check my water pressure and answer a few questions regarding faucets I want replaced. I have found the plumber I will definitely use for my home.     We needed to have our undersink water filters changed. Andrew came on time and had it all done in about half an hour. Another time he came and cleaned out our sewer line and now its great!     Was having an issue where our evaporative cooler was no longer cooling. I assumed it might be an issue with the water line going into it so I contacted Hurry Help plumbing. When they arrived, it turned out not to be a water issue but instead one of the motors had failed. He changed out the bad motor and now the cooler is properly cooling again. Thank you for going above and beyond and taking care of the issue even though it turned out not to be plumbing issue 👍🏼
