    We have used Tri County Air for about 10 years. We have there maintenance plan. They come out 2 times a year and check our system. If they find something that needs to be addressed they explain what’s going on and also the cost to fix it. They are very professional. We have had Seth come out and work on our system and he is great at his job. I would highly recommend Tri County Air for a your a/c and heating needs.

    Tri-County earned a new, loyal customer in last 24 hr.After dealing with a series of frustrating problems, we called Tri-County. Jake (the Heaven-sent technician) arrived the same day, a couple hr after my lunchtime call, and had the system up & running within a few hr. He stayed late to finish the job & ensure we would have a/c & bc of some probs (unrelated to our system or any of his work), even returned the next morning to double check & make sure a manufacturer’s defect in a motor wasn’t a problem with the new motor.Jake deserves SO MUCH credit for his diligence, and his work ethic. These qualities are rare; he cared that his work and that of Tri-County were well-represented, and they very much WERE. I could go on at length at how wonderful he was, but I want to give additional credit to the entire Tri-County team. When a manufacturer’s defect caused problems, he called his team & they figured out the problem. We needed an additional part from Gulfport & while Jake was on another job, another team member from Tri-County drove to Gulfport & picked up the part for installation the SAME DAY (same day I made my lunchtime distress call, btw). The office team communicated with me via my preferred methods, kept me abreast of all progress RE: my problems, and worked to ensure the work they were going to do fit with MY schedule, & I found their rates (for parts AND labor) to be very reasonable. When they encountered problems in the field, their team came together to resolve them (the surprise manufacturer’s defect) in a professional & showcased their knowledge that has to run across any number of brands, makes & models of a/c systems.I will be calling Tri-County for ANY future problems I may have (for my own home & for rental houses). The WHOLE TEAM, from start to finish, was kind, friendly, accommodating and- above all- PROFESSIONAL. I am THANKFUL they were the people I called, & plan to use them exclusively. I want to thank them, honestly & sincerely, for the kind of company they run. Companies who truly value customer service are rare, & while I’m sure most ppl out there just want their stuff fixed so they can move on, some of us out here notice those details that matter & that ppl would only notice if they were missing/egregiously bad.

    We had a terrible experience with a company thats in our area (Picayune), that we went with simply because we pass their building almost daily. Problem after problem, and a very awkward, stress inducing bunch of workers in and out of our home, FOR WEEKS. Caused a lot of damage to our home. I called Tri County for a second opinion, and liked them so much, I made the call to have the previous company come to remove the units they installed.In my opinion, when you meet the people that work for a company, they are a reflection of the owners character. With Tri County, its abundantly clear that the owner, WG, is a really great person. He has hired honest, polite, hardworking people. He himself will get his hands dirty, and get the job done. Hes funny, kind, helpful, and gives off dad vibes, haha.About Bobby Slade. Hes an irreplaceable employee, in my book. What a great guy. I have ADHD, and having to deal with my first relatively expensive home repair, was stressful, to say the least. Even moreso, after the nightmare we endured with the first company we hired. Bobby has been there for me, every step of the way. Hes trustworthy, comforting, and just like WG, honest, and hardworking. Not sure what his pay is, but he deserves a raise.Michael, same as Bobby, and WG. Great guy.The office staff are always helpful, and pleasant.     Excellent service. I had an air conditioner issue of not cooling and running all day long in the summer heat. I had another repair service out to check and even though okay they did not resolve my issue. I called Tri County Air Services and after 5 minutes Bryant diagnosed my issue fixed the issue and my air conditioner is running more efficiently. I highly recommend Tri County.

    Our AC unit wasnt cooling the house. After checking some stuff notice there was water leaking under the bottom. Called and they were prompt about coming out in just a few hours to work on the AC. Found out whoever installed it, didnt do a good job. Bryant was very professional and thorough with the job! Got us back cooling! Definitely recommend the services.     I am using five ductless heating/air units that have performed perfectly and are very cost efficient. I have also used Tri-County Air’s plumbing service on two different occasions and have found the servicemen to be very polite and efficient. One of my plumbing problems was an emergency, and Tri-County Air got a serviceman out that day and resolved my issue. I would give this company my highest recommendation.

    These guys showed up when they said they would, performed the work requested, and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional acting and very good about communicating their schedule. There was some minor damage done when removing the old unit from the closet due to unsecured framing. They did not hesitate to repair and repaint the area and took the additional steps to secured the casing to the wall to ensure that future repairs would not run into the same issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I already have.

    The compressor on our Goodman A/C (dont buy Goodman, they are junk) failed after only 4 years. We got no response from repeated calls for service from the original installer Able AC so we hired Tri-County to replace it. They came out and replaced the compressor and now all is gtg. Rule #1 for expensive repairs: Always get a second opinion.Glad I did since their price was $500 lower than their competition. They are now my go to service company and I will call them if we have any A/C problems with our rental properties or our home in the future.

    I had a pan dripping and could not remove the pan as the freon line was blocking removal. The technician arrived quickly, inspected the unit and said it was too risky to remove the line as it may not go back together due to corrosion and R22 freon is no longer available to recharge the system if too much was lost. He cleaned the coil, suspected the system was overcharged, suspected the blower fan was causing low airflow, and asked if I wanted to have the blower replaced. I told him no, we had no airflow issues and it cooled great, just had a leak. He offered to have someone come to the house free of charge and give an estimate on a new system. I deferred to his experience and decided not to have it opened but ordered pan repair sealant.When I returned home from work I went to check the leak and found the unit was not cooling, the A coil was now frozen almost solid usually indicating low freon (something this ac had never done before). I contacted a friend that works on his own rental units ac systems and he agreed it was probably low on freon. I found the caps were not on the outside line access, sprayed the valves with freon and one of them bubbled. I got my wife to witness it before touching it further. I got a tire valve removal tool and tightened the valve, the leak stopped.I believe this was done intentionally to sell a new unit and will never call them again. My friend looked at the system, it was down about 35psi of freon. He recharged the system with a substitute freon, found the drip was caused by freon lines touching the side of the casing and dripping down. It now runs cool and dry.This is now two ac companies that have either scammed or tried to scam me. My other ac would throw the breaker during a lightening storm, all you had to was reset the breaker. I was gone and they got $4,000 dollars after telling her it needed replacement. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHO YOU CHOOSE.FOLLOW-UP: After reading the rebuttal I contacted the company and spoke with the owner. We had a very frank and open discussion, he seems like a very sincere man. There is a possibility of the valve having stuck open after the pressure was checked and the valve not completely tightened at the factory or perhaps the aging rubber in the seal allowed additional tightening. The accidental burst of Freon I released while tightening it may have caused it to reseal. I have accidentally left valve caps off tires, especially when in a hurry.One question that was asked is why I did not contact them after it froze. I asked him why would I contact someone that is trying to scam me? The physical evidence leads one to think it was a scam, but the sincerity and honesty in his voice leads me to believe otherwise. Even if there was some miscommunication/misleading statements made the owner imo will make things right once he is aware of a problem. Who can ask for anything more? I would give them another chance.     We contacted Tri County Air on Monday to set up an appointment to have our unit serviced. The person we spoke to was very nice and efficient.
