    On 31 May 2022 Robert & Jesse showed up as scheduled and started the task of installing my Generac Natural Gas whole house generator. It included not only the generator but also an electric upgrade. They worked non stop form when they arrived until the job was complete. It was over 90 degrees out that day, but in-spite of that they still found the time to keep me informed of the progress & answer any and all questions. Later n the afternoon they were joined by Zack & Josh to help speed the job to completion. All of these men were hardworking, very professional & a great sense of humor. At the end of the job the generator was tested and all questions answered. I was more than pleased with the way this project went and the performance of this company. I would recommend them to friends and would use them for future projects. My hat off to Climate Control INC, showed up on time, completed the job on time & the team seemed to enjoy working together....They all need a raise....

    Hello everyone.We had a new air conditioner installed on May 21,2024.Its been a few months now and i cant get enough of how well it works.Greg Duncan helped me figure everything out, the the prices were very reasonable, the guys who installed the air conditioner worked quickly and efficiently.     Zac & Robert installed my A/C service in a timely manner. They did an awesome job while totally respecting my home by placing blankets over the working area. Zac & Robert wiped their feet everytime they entered the house & vacuum the house before they left… very satisfied with climate control service

    Robert and his installation team of Justin and Jesse did an outstanding job installing a new, complete heat pump system to handle both heating and a/c functions at my home. They knew what they were doing, were efficient in removing the old system from my even older house (no small feat), and did an excellent job of explaining to me what they were doing and why. They stayed as long as necessary to do a thorough and professional job. Additionally each was pleasant and courteous throughout, despite the warm temp and all working continuously to get the job done. What a great crew! Thanks guys !

    We recently got a brand new system put in our house. Greg came out and spent almost two hours with us going over all of our options and explained everything in detail. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the install was great! A few days later, the lines had become clogged (maybe insulation, etc) and the AC automatically shut off to protect itself. I called around 7 PM and they had someone there by 8 to assess and fix the issue! Definitely recommend.

    Whole house generator installation under contract with Lowes. Two gentlemen arrived and four hours later I have a whole house generator for upcoming hurricane seasons and other unexpected power outages. Very professional work. Left the area clean. I have dealt with Climate Control in the past for A/C installation and service. Always top notch. Highly recommend.

    I contacted LOWES Project Department, and on January 3, 2019, Climate Control Inc came to my house and removed my 20+ year old Heating and Cooling system/equipment. They installed new Lennox Equipment { the Outside Air Conditioner/Condenser Unit, the inside Gas Furnace and Evaporator Coil, and a Lennox digital programmable Thermostat}. They also did other Ventilation Improvements in my house; approximately a 10 hour job. The installation crew {Corey, Zack and Daniel} were very professional, thorough, and friendly. They cleaned up, even sweep my floors, after they finished and hauled away the old equipment. I have COMPLETE confidence in this company and will not hesitate to contact them again for my Heating and Cooling needs.

    Update: Lightning Strike took out our 5 Ton 20 SEER heat pump and Climate Control to the rescue. Removed and replaced the unit and back up and running. ThanksThis review was 4 years ago: Called on short notice and received an informative quote for a new heat pump system. From start to finish with the installation of the system, it was first class service and sales. This is my second unit from Climate Control with this 2 Ton 20 SEER and about 18 months ago a 5 Ton 20 SEER heat pump system. These are the XV units which are the most current model available. A little pricey but well worth it with the savings in my electric bill. I highly recommend this company for sales and service.

    We called late on a Friday afternoon when we couldnt get our heater to cycle off, and a tech showed up within 20 minutes! The repair was complete in half an hour or so, and we havent had any more trouble out of it. Knowledgeable techs, fast service. A+ would recommend and will call again. (Saucier)

    I came home from work on a Friday night to find my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. I was aggravated! Of course it was after business hours. I called Climate Control and left a message on there answering machine, to my surprise I had a service technician call me back with in what seemed like 30 minutes. The service technician was at my home within an hour of speaking with me. He was very courteous even though it was 10:00 at night. he had me back in business before long...I would recommend this company to any one at any time of day...Thank You to the dedicated service technicians!!!

    I had to replace my 15yr old HAVAC System. I got 4 estimates, decided to go with Climate Control Inc. Mchenry, MS.The Tech Josh was very meticulous. He answered all my concerns before, during, and after the job was completed. Josh has good work ethics, takes pride in his work, very professional, an personable. I believe a company’s strength is with its employees. Josh did everything to customer satisfaction. I would recommend using Climate Control Inc.

    UPDATE: i did get a follow-up. They have been working with me to resolve the problem.For the most-part the technicians were polite. They did some duct work in July because all of my rooms werent cooling properly. They fixed part of the problem and I let them know immediately thereafter that I was still having issues in some of my bedrooms. I have called them several times letting them know I was still having cooling issues and no-one has called or come out to follow up. It is quite disheartening since I paid them 2k+ and they wont follow up. I would have given them a 5-star rating if the job they returned calls and followed up. I consider this job incomplete!
