    I hired MJV Construction to renovate our master bathroom. After Luis and his team demoed our old bathroom, we found some mold, which ended up delaying our project, and we were forced to demo multiple walls in multiple different rooms. Even though this delayed our project significantly, and increased the scope of work, Luis was flexible, and he and his team were able to start work as soon as we had remediated the mold. I also asked Luis and his team to try to be extra careful about containing dust during the construction because my wife is sensitive to it, and these guys went above and beyond to keep the dust contained, and they left our house immaculate every day after they left. What I loved most about working with Luis is the quality of work - our bathroom looks absolutely beautiful now, and functions perfectly. Were so proud of it, and so happy that we hired Luis and his team to do it. I also had Luis renovate our master closet as part of this project too, and my wife couldnt be happier - its absolutely gorgeous! Luis is also extremely communicative, available for questions, and he is proactive about asking you the right questions before he does the work, so that you get the result and end product, exactly the way you want it. Ill be using Luis and his team for redoing my kitchen next, and I have already recommended them to my mother-in-law. Highly, highly recommended!

    Simply the best construction company I have found. Excellent quality of work, project was a full bathroom renovation. From permits to demolition to execution - went very fast and smoothly. Very professional, Luis is very collaborative and listens to ideas and executes them at a very high level of quality. I was so impressed with their work, staff and so was the Building inpsector. I would highly recommend MJV for all your construction and renovation work. They will now be working on my second master bathroom.

    Luise did a great job overall. I would definitely recommend him to friends, family and neighbors. Luise communicated very well and sent me photos of the progress - I knew what was happening every step of the way. Our renovation was due to an insurance incident, so things moved along a bit slowly, and Luise was willing to support us even before he knew what the magnitude and scope of the project was - I should mention no other contactor we spoke to was willing to do this. Luise even helped us select materials before we officially under contract with him. Luise also adapted very well to changing circumstances and was flexible so we could finish the renovation on time and with very minor adds to the contract. In terms of pricing, Luise was very reasonable - so much so, that my Insurance Adjustor was shocked at how fair his pricing was.

    I had my Tudor style house exterior wood trim replaced by Luis and his team. Luis was on time for doing estimates and his price is the best among the contractors I called.     I recently bought a two-story fixer upper and I am so glad that we found Luis and MJV Construction. They painted my entire home, sanded and stained the hardwood floors, and remodeled my kitchen with modern cabinets, tile floors, countertops, backsplash, etc. Their quality of work is amazing, they were always punctual, professional and maintained a clean working area.
