    I can’t say enough great things about Klever and his work!My husband and I were looking for custom carpentry when we came across KDC. He was very responsive, quick to answer all our questions and concerns. Klever was organized, professional, reliable and always on-time—which are rare attributes these days.Klever kept a neat work site and took pride in his workmanship, which was evident with his eye for detail.     We feel so fortunate to have found Klever and KDC Carpentry. He is a wonderful man and a very honest and capable carpenter.     KDC Carpentry did an excellent job. Klever and his team designed a shiplap wall unit with an electric fireplace along with custom shelves and bench seating with storage. It is beautiful! Klever is professional and organized and the project was completed on time. The quality of work is amazing and I would highly recommend them.     Klever and team were incredibly easy to work with. Our job got done ahead of time, with a super high level of quality. The team showed up at 8 every day on the nose and were done by 4, with full cleanup at the end of every day, allowing us to have a seamless experience with family morning/evening routines. Additionally, they were extremely responsive over email, there were no communication glitches to speak of. I would 100% work with them again, no questions or caveats.

    My husband and I bought our first home a few years ago. It is a 100-year-old fixer upper which needed a lot of work. Throughout the years we have gotten some work done on the house, but it hasn’t been easy finding someone who is reliable and does good work. I’ve had contractors who don’t get back to me or the quality of their work is lackluster. I thank God the day I got in touch with Klever because he has been great with communication and his team does amazing work. KDC is the “Dream Team” of carpentry/renovations! Klever and his team are without a doubt the best in what they do. They are always on time, the quality of their work is absolutely beautiful, and at the end of each day they efficiently cleaned up. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I quickly asked Klever for an estimate to do additional work on the house. Klever stayed on top of the permit process, and ensured the electrician and plumber were lined up to do their work. Klever scheduled inspections and was on site to make sure any concerns were addressed so that the permits could be closed. The team worked efficiently to make sure everything was installed as quickly as possible, and followed the drawings exactly. The work included taking down a wall, installing cabinets, new ceiling and pendant lights, and moving the appliances around. They taped off sections so that my family could be comfortable during the construction phase with no dust flying around. We felt very comfortable and confident things were progressing well with the KDC team.We also asked Klever to paint the walls / doors and the team went above and beyond, including fixing cracks, sealing the doors, and installing wall bumpers. He noticed we had water leaking in from the windows and installed a sloped ledge outside so that any rainfall would flow down instead of coming into the house. They also cleaned the gutters while they were at it! They truly look at a job holistically so that there are no issues in the future.Klever was also very transparent about the pricing and cost. He noted the issues up front so that we werent surprised by additional costs at the end of the project. Klever and his team really made the whole process as stress-free as possible. From the meticulous measuring to the fabrication of the units in his shop to the actual installation in our offices, a high degree of professionalism and care were exhibited.     Hi. We just finished our basement reno and wanted to recommend KDC carpentry. We had the unfortunate/horror experience of a contractor walking away on an unfinished job. Long story short, Klever, the owner of KDC carpentry, came in to rescue us. They were extremely professional, kind, courteous, and willing to take over the unfinished job and not only finish it in a timely manner but also doing a great job while at it.     Klever and his colleagues at KDC went above and beyond for us. They helped build out a wine cellar, installing new tile floor, putting up wood paneled accent walls, installing a new door. They tore out two small, unusable closets in our house and created a gorgeous hand built mudroom space and a huge pantry closet with new doors.     Klever responded quickly to my first enquiry and has come twice to replace old sliding closet doors with new doors and handles. He is punctual and didnt leave a mess either time, totally cleaned up after his work was finished. The job was done well, finished product is perfect, and the price was competitive. Klever is super friendly and positive, always a smile on his face, and his assistant is the same. Although our job was fairly small, I would definitely use him again for a bigger job.

    Klever and his team did a bunch of the finish carpentry on our new kitchen, and we couldn’t be more happy with how it all turned out. Klever was one of the most reliable, communicative, and skilled contractors I’ve ever worked with. We had a complex challenge of building a threshold between two rooms where one room had a level floor and the other didn’t. Klever came up with a more beautiful and sturdier solution than we could’ve pictured. Our house is super old and full of challenges like these, and Klever always found a way to preserve the unique character of the house.We were expecting all the work we hired him for to take a week or more, but he got it all done in 3 days. Also important, he gives really transparent and fair prices. We have a long list of work to do on our house and couldn’t afford to do everything in one go, but Klever worked with us to do a bunch now, and we’ll definitely be bringing him back for all future projects.

    My wife and I used KDC originally to create a transition between two rooms where the kitchen tile was significantly higher than the hardwood flooring. We were so happy with the work that Klever and team did we asked him to do a few more projects for us from repairing our deck after a tree fell on it to staining a couple of bay windows and lastly creating a custom piece of furniture. Throughout all of the work they were professional and communicative all while delivering with high quality and excellence.
