    Dino was very responsive and respectful and went above and beyond for our home plumbing needs, including installing an emergency system to allow us to use our laundry until the new pump became available. He is very knowledgeable about sump pump systems and took time to go over any questions I had. He is a very trustworthy plumber, and I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use his services myself.

    Dino is a fantastic plumber! He has done several jobs for myself, family members and my clients. Everything from disposals, sump pumps to water heaters and just recently put in all new plumbing for my Mom. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else. Highly Recommend!

    And the hero arrived riding a white horse (actually it was a white van) to save the day.I have mobility issues and one morning I took a bad fall in my bathroom. Lucky I wasn’t hurt but I noticed the toilet had been shifted but I saw no water on the floor so I wasn’t concerned.A few days later (the Sunday before Memorial Day) my daughter went into the basement to get some food from the freezer for me and came back and told me water had been running down the wall soaking the wall, a sofa and the carpet.I called five plumbers three never responded. One sent a text saying basically that they would probably never get it to it. I was without a working toilet!!Then Dino texted that he was out of town but if I didn’t find somebody I should text him Tuesday morning and he would be here. I did and he showed up mid morning and repaired my toilet at a very satisfactory price.

    Dino was fantastic! We had a minor kitchen sink leak due to older pipes and we struggled to find anyone to come out within less than a week due to COVID. I had already been stood up by one plumber and I was struggling to find anyone reliable. I stumbled upon Countryside Plumbing and I’m so grateful I did. Dino responded to my voicemail within minutes, said he could come by the next day, and even texted that morning to reconfirm the time. He arrived on time, was able to assess the problem, and ensured a quality fix. He thoroughly tested the water to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues.Pricing was incredibly fair, especially when some places were asking for a significant fee just to come out. Between the quality of the service and the reliability of Dino, Countryside Plumbing is the only company I will use for any future plumbing needs!

    Dino installed a new primary and back-up sump pump system earlier this year and was friendly, on-time, and professional throughout the quoting and installation process. We experienced a problem with the unit 6 months later, and while the manufacturer was providing parts to resolve the issue, Dino assisted us through the replacement process. We are so happy with the level of service and commitment from Countryside Plumbing!

    I will recommend Dino from Countryside Plumbing ALL DAY LONG!! There is a reason hes been around so long!! Hes knows his stuff, hes VERY Fair in his pricing, he CARES about the customer, hes extremely responsive and he knows everybody in the business and can help guide you w who to go to for things he doesnt cover, if needed. I first met Dino 20 ish years ago when we were renting the big white house that used to sit behind Backyard Birds in Milford off of Commerce. He made such a lasting impression on me that he is the first person I thought of when we realized the ancient cast iron pipe in our basement had cracked from end to end!! 🤯 He was here today and took care of it within 2 hrs. I had Ewers scheduled to come drain our tank too, to be on the safe side, and he let me know right away to cancel because it wasnt needed. That alone saved me a minimum $260 🥰 CALL DINO IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DONE W YOUR PLUMBING!!

    Dino was the kindest person I I have meet. I was on the phone with him and he gave me ideas how to clear my toilet. I called back needing his assistance. He was here before he stated and repaired my toilet. Dino is the best. I highly recommend him.

    Dino rebuilt a toilet that was original to my 1933 house. The toilet was not replaceable. He did an amazing job and didnt charge me through the roof. I call him for all my plumbing needs - hes responsive, reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable.

    This is the second time Ive used Countryside. There was a reason there was a second time, because the first time was a good experience. Work done quickly, work done well and very affordable. A year and a half later, needed a plumber again and Dino was my first and on,y call. He showed up when promised, worked quickly, solved the problem and the price was very reasonable. Should I ever need a plumber again, there will be only one phone call I make.

    Countryside Plumbing went above and beyond. I had some old 1920s plumbing that they searched for 2 days to find parts for to no avail. When that did not work, they replaced the old plumbing and even removed cabinets and a granite countertop in order to access the plumbing so as not to make holes in the cabinets. I cannot say enough about them. The work was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

    Excellent service and extremely fair pricing. I couldn’t get anyone else to even give me a quote over the phone, they all insisted on have a technician come out with a $69 change even though I knew what the issue was. Dino spoke with me on the evening before and was out before noon the next day. Very friendly gentleman and would highly recommend him.

    I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the owner of Countryside Plumbing. I had experienced a horrible situation with the Lowes store delivery regarding a washing machine. The Delivery Man broke my Plumbing and I had been dealing with water in my basement and not being able to use the washing machine that was bought and paid for. This situation has been going on for approximately 11 days. Mr Dino came out during a holiday week and assisted me and turned off my Plumbing so that I could finally make an exchange for a defective washer and receive a new washer to be able to wash clothes. Although I still do not have a washing machine and dealing with Lowes has been the worst and most horrible situation for a senior and I would presume anyone at any age. During all of my telephone calls to Lowes and my visit to the store my frustration and aggravation resolved nothing. If not for Mr Dino I would still be mopping up water in my basement, he is even been so kind and thoughtful following up with telephone calls or a text to see if this matter has been resolved. Again my heart felt appreciation to Mr Dino.
