    Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. When I told him that my husband handled everything before he passed, he expressed his sympathy. After checking the system, he explained everything to me—what was working properly and what wasn’t. He showed me the parts that should be replaced and why. Even if my husband was living, I think Austin would have done the same with him. While waiting to make sure the air conditioner was running properly, Austin called the office to find out what discounts applied to the type of plan I had. Not only was Austin professional, but very pleasant and friendly to talk to.

    Showed up promptly within time window after giving me a phone call heads up. Technician was professional, friendly and explained whatever answers I needed.     My air conditioning went out (of course it did) over the 4th of July weekend while temperatures were consistently in the 90s. I called Bolster-DeHart for weekend service, was able to speak to an actual human being and their technician, Jack, came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix to get cold air blowing and came back on Monday and installed the needed part. I found this company to be extremely professional and I would definitely use them again.

    Great experience from start to finish. They came highly recommended by a friend who has used them several times professionally and personally. We got four quotes before deciding which company to use, and theirs was not the least expensive option, but we chose them because it was clear they are dedicated to a high level of service. What pleased me the most is that I was told the installation of our new furnace and AC would take two days and they completed it in one! They were very responsive and friendly, introducing themselves and telling me exactly what to expect throughout the day, then giving me a thorough run down of everything they did once they were finished.     I have been a customer of BD for 30 or years. Their techs are the best. Currently my tech was John. A young man with a lot of knowledge. Taking a lot of time to go over the cooling system he also found possible mold in pipes in the furnace. He explained how to get rid of any mold. Not that price is the only thing that matters, but Bolster-DeHart was far more competitive than two other firms that gave us quotes and right in-line with another.     First time use of this company. Service tech was knowledgeable , polite and pleasant . He checked out my main heating system and looked at a separate room direct vent heater to see why it was not engaging the burner. He and the company owner over their phones determined that the Thermostat was not functioning. This was not the type of heaters that they normally service but between the both of them they troubleshot the problem and did not charge me for the analysis. I would definitely recommend for HVAC servicing and will use them in the future.

    Bolster-Dehart has professional employees, and you can tell they want their work to be high quality. They advised us on how our heating system should be set up but were very respectful of our needs and wishes. Overall, they are a great company, and I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them in the future.-I work for the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (RPTS) in Pittsburgh. Bolster-DeHart replaced the five boilers in our building. After seeing what needed to be done, they had a quote for us the next day. Once they began the work, they had the old five boilers out in just a few hours, and all the new boilers were plumbed and operating in a few days. Way faster than I expected! If any church needs heating and cooling done, I highly recommend them.

    We used Bolster-DeHart to add more insulation to our home. We have a home from the 1930s and it was not well insulated, resulting in high heating bills and less-than-ideal temperatures.     Our heating system decided to stop working on a cold December day so we contacted several local companies. One, who we used in the past, told us it would be several weeks before they could come out, another told us they were not taking new customers and another said it was too far to travel. A neighbor recommended Bolster-De Hart and they were at our house within 15 minutes and had our heat restored in a half hour. The tech was VERY professional and courteous. i will be sure to spread the word in our community when asked for recommendations..

    We started up with Bolster-DeHart about a year ago and just recently had our heating and air-condition units replaced. The installation looks great and all the work was completed in a day. Our installers Mike and Brendan were very professional, on-time, cleaned up, and took time to explain our new system. The whole process was great from Dave who planned out our system to when (I believe Andrew) came out to measure for install. We also are on the yearly plan, so were pretty set.     I had two technicians look at our AC unit, one of them through my home insurance. Both of them failed to fix the problem and one of them advised to change the whole unit. My home insurance had Bolster-DeHart to do the third assessment. The technician came the same day on time and fixed the issue in less than half an hour without any need for major repair or replacement. The AC has since been running fine. My experience with other two technicians was frustrating and disappointing and they left us without AC for several weeks. I would definitely recommend Bolster-DeHart in view of their prompt service and accurate diagnosis and repair.

    Christmas Day 2022 our furnace quit!! One of the coldest days of this year!! I called numerous Heating and Air companies and left messages with their answering service person. The companies that did return our call wouldn’t come out unless we already had a service agreement with them. Our thermostat was down to 56 degrees. Rhyan with Bolster-Dehart called me back within a 1/2 hour letting me know we were the sixth call on his list. We were so grateful!! Later that day he called to let me know he was on his way. Rhyan was professional, courteous and able to temporarily fix our furnace until a part came in later that week. I was so impressed with the technician as we were one of his many calls on Christmas Day!! The charge for the service was so reasonable we signed on to the service agreement so we won’t get stuck in this situation again.     Every single person who has serviced our furnace and A/C over the years from Bolster DeHart has been top notch. The attention to detail you get from BolsterDeHart technicians is far above anyone we’ve had—and we’ve been homeowners since 1985!. We moved to a new house last year so this was the first time the A/C and furnace had been inspected in our new home.The technician pointed out a few things that were different with this furnace such as where the air filter is and how to remove it to clean it He also pointed out an extra clamp that he added to a pipe and explained why.     This is based on sales only. We didnt have them do any work.They salesman was very polite and professional. He looked over all the details of what we had currently installed. He asked how it was working out for us and asked about any insulation we might have added. He seemed to take every part of our system into account before building a quote. He had several options to choose from and made sure to go over the differences in the systems. The price was very competitive. They were at the top of our list for sure.     We live in a Cape Cod style home and the upstairs is brutally hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. Weve been using space heaters and window AC units since we bought the place over four years ago. Needless to say, our electric bills have always been through the roof (pun intended). We decided to look into insulation and wall units, and Bolster-DeHart was very professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced. It was a big job, but the crew got here on time every morning, worked a full day and completed it within the predicted timeframe they originally gave me. The whole project came in under budget, which is always great. We noticed a big difference in the temperature of our house right away. They also installed ductless HVAC units on the walls, and theyve been great so far. Very quiet, and quickly cool or heat the room as needed. 10/10 recommend this company.

    Bolster-DeHart picked up my contract via an acquisition of another company. I have a Trane Communicating AC/Furnace. We were having issues with premature failure of the ignitor (Err 10). Unfortunately, the failures began happening frequently. This year (2018) on Thanksgiving evening, Christmas Day at 2pm, and then about 5-days later. Bolster-DeHart came out each time the ignitor failed and replaced it free of charge (labor and materials). Because of the holidays, getting the actual fix (ie. The furnace Control Board) was problematical. Long story short, they not only kept the heat on for my family each time we had an issue, were patient and tolerant with our anxious calls, but also replaced the board once it arrived at their cost and the same day! Note that I do have a 10-year warranty according to my contract with the previous company, but that was not enabled to the manufacturer. Bolster-DeHart honored the contract with me. This is the WAY TO DO BUSINESS!! I only hope that Trane made it right for them as well. Thank You Bolster-DeHart for your excellent customer service, technicians, and business acumen!
