    I cant say enough good in this review about Bass Reddy Rooter, I called them early am before hrs and received a call from tech as well as the office shortly after. They put me on the schedule that day and came out before noon with a pump truck ready to go and assess the situation. Great communication the whole way thru and had me up and running again before end of day. Highly recommend them and their services

    I highly recommend Bass Reddy rooter. We had a main drain backup and they came out and cleared it out with no problem. They called me right back. They couldnt come out that night but were there first thing in the morning. They were very pleasant to work with. John the technician was AMAZING. He was so friendly and walked me through everything he was doing and before he did anything that was going to cost me money ( camera, root treatment) he asked me ahead of time and let me know what the cost would be. So no surprises at the end. Very pleased with this company.

    I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Bass Ready Rooter. I had an emergency and ended up having to have my grinder pump replaced. My sewer tank was full and backing up which was a very stressful situation to be in. They were fast to respond, extremely professional and empathetic and showed a deep understanding of my needs from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality exceeded my expectations.     Yesterday Bass Rooter sent a tech within 2 hours of calling for help with a clogged toilet which had resisted a half hour of plunging and working on it with a 6 auger.The guy was very pleasant, worked efficiently, and thorough. He was successful and packed up in 30 minutes.The price was reasonable.

    I had what we suspected was a clog in the main drain of my house. I called a few companies for quotes and availability. The person that answered the phone was very nice and asked what I felt were the right questions so I scheduled an appointment for the next day.     After having many plumbers not even respond to phone calls, it was refreshing to have BRR offer us an appointment on the spot. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly got to work and identified the issues we were having. Our issue was worse and took longer than initially expected, but the tech didnt stop until it was resolved. Removes toilet puts snake with camera down sees blockage goes in back yard opens septic tank sees filter clogged. Pulls filter cleans filter works fine tells me need septic pumped was pumped 2 years ago and is new. Boss tells him not to charge me anything additional due to clog was not present originally. They werw prompt and friendly and recommend them highly.

    I just want to say i called them on a sunday had to leave a message they called me back on monday morning at 8:00 am and i told him my problem he was very nice to talk to and gave me an appointment for 9:30. The man he sent was there at exactly 9:30 i told him what was going on he went down in my cellar and explained in detail what he was going to do he found out what was going on and told me what he was going to do and he did he explained everything that was wrong he cleaned out my pipe and checked to see if everything was working he even showed me the drain was flowing.I just want to say he was very friendly and great to talk to he explained everything.If you want your drains unblocked these guys are the ones to call i am very happy with what the both of them did the first one i talked to and the guy who came to my house.

    I highly recommend Bass. We had a clog in our main sewage line and it was resolved within an hour of the technician coming out. She promised prompt service. I explained that I had a procedure on my back that very morning and I was not able to even clean up the water and waste. She said that she would put a notation on the work order and not to worry. Within a half an hour their truck pulled up. John was the service technician they dispatched to my house. John was very personable and very professional with a great can do attitude.     I had a stopped up toilet that plunger and snake I had wouldnt clear. Discovered most plumbers dont do clogged drains. Tim was very experienced and walked me through step by step of all the aspects of my plumbing issues from the actual issue at hand to the referrals he provided me to contact for making the repairs I needed.     Called them on a Saturday and Nick got right back to me. I do not remember the techs name but he called when he was enroute to my house. He had only been with the company for a short time but he was very professional, listened to problem I had and explained everything he was going to do. My clean out cap gave him a run for his money cause it had not been removed in at least 15 years but he got it off, cleared all the pipes and cleaned everything up when he was done. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to use the company or the tech again.

    Very satisfied with my choice of calling Bass Reddy Rooter. I called at 9AM and told the lady I spoke with that I was free to meet the plumber after 11 and right at 11 I got a call that a plumber was available and could meet me at my house within 30 minutes.He was respectful and did the job in a timely manner.

    After getting a ridiculous quote from Roto Rooter to clear a main line blockage, I searched out a local drain company with great reviews, Bass Reddy Rooter lived up to their reputation, they returned my initial online contact within minutes on a Sunday morning.They arrived mid afternoon and took the time needed to be sure everything was flowing properly.The technician fully explained what he did and their final price was half of Roto Rooters.This was a rental property, I wasnt on site to supervise but feel that I can completely trust this company.

    What I was surprised and impressed with this company was the quickness of response and call back. Nicholas the owner called me back after I left message within 30 seconds. Then after he called back HE then was able to help me determine if clogged toilet was an emergency that needed to be addressed instantly or something that could wait till Saturday afternoon instead of morning, which is when I called. He then put me through a series of questions meant to determine level concern...Well after he cross examined me and I researched answers HE determined it should be addressed immediately. Well! If he had not had been proactive with determining level of emergency the basement would definitely had been flooded. I know that because it started flooding when he got there. He had to spend hours with his snake connected to a camera. I was sent numerous pictures and was thorough informed of what exactly was going on...Wow! The before and after pictures say it all. What I liked is fixing the problem not just milking me for time. I couldnā€™t thank Nick and Mike enough. Cutting away roots and removing baby wipes clogging up pipe was not a simple project with a back flow valve protecting house from flooding due to city possible backup...I was very very impressed with the price. Plumbers are not cheap but I fount this ā€œrooterā€ much more fair with pricing. Plus they ensured there wouldnā€™t be a call to them again for a clogged toilet for a long time. I also will he taking his recommendation in letting them come back to ascertain exactly were back flow stop valve is so a simple access would maki g snaking clogs 10 times faster because they wouldnā€™t have to go through flow stop valve they could simply go on the city side of the drain and clean pipe and the. Go from toilet side of drain and clean that out so valve becomes the savior instead of the villain. Thank you for being skilled, knowledgeable, professional, quick, informative, solution based fixing of a complicated seriously clogged toilet. No wonder you have so many 5 star reviews. I was very impressed. Will use them again for sure.

    I was extremely pleased with the drain clogging service I received from Bass Ready Rooter. I had called the large national rooter service first who wouldnā€™t provide a quote until they got to my house and then quoted an exorbitant flat rate whether it took 15 minutes or 2-hours to unclog my drain. I then called Bass Ready who gave me an advanced quote by phone depending on time to unclog which was significantly lower than the national rooter service. Our service technician Dan was punctual, polite and right to work. He showed me the areas of clogging and even ways to prevent them in the future. Now that is good customer service. Nothing but praise for this firm that I will not hesitate to call again.

    I only use Nick and his guys. They are pros. They come in with the right tools and get it done no matter the time of day. This time, it turns out my kids Like to flush paper towels. Not a good idea when you have a pump. They came in with a camera, diagnosed and fixed in an hour. They were also at my house within an hour of my call, at 9:00pm. Didnt break the bank either. A+++.

    Main Drain SnakeLet this be the reason you callJonathan came to my house and did as was asked of him and made sure to do it well. Prices were quoted up front and did not change at the time of payment and was almost half of what some others tried to charge me. He did not try to tell me to replace my entire septic and just did what I needed. No complaints whatsoever. Problem was resolved in under an hour and a half. Called at around 9 am and Jonathan was at my house around 1 pm.

    Bass Reddy Rooter is the REAL DEAL! I had an emergency plumbing situation occur on New Years Day when my sewer pipe in my basement was clogged and ultimately got backed up. With 3 -4 inches of water build up , i called 5 plumbers to no avail, no response. Bass Reddy Rooter was my 6th and final attempt. Nick returned my call in less than 5 minutes and dispatched a tech on the spot . The tech arrived shortly thereafter and got the job job within an hour.     We called Bass Reddy Rooter for a problem that we had with our kitchen sink drain. It was backing up. We had this problem a few years ago and had called another plumber. They poured some very toxic solution down the drain that stunk my house for a few days and did not work, then they cleaned the trap and it seemed to be fine for a few years. They obviously did not fix the problem and just put a band-aid on it. When Nick arrived from Bass Reddy Rooter he assessed the problem, tackled it and fixed it. He also noticed some other issues we have that could turn into a bigger problem so he will be returning to fix them. Thank you Nick and Bass Reddy Rooter for your professional expertise.
