    Very pleased with Matt & Jaime. They were professional, polite & knowledgeable. They serviced our tankless water heater and replaced a part. They explained everything and provided valuable info for maintaining the unit. They were in and out in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend them. Good crew!

    We have worked with LaCassa plumbing on 3 different occasions due to issues in our home. Each and every time they came with expert perspective and recommendations to not only solve the problem we had, but ensure we were taking preventive care with our sewer and sump pump systems. They recognized issues that other plumbers had not and corrected them. They do quality work, have very knowledgeable staff and always treated us with utmost respect. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing projects because you will have quality and sound work done in your home.

    What more can I say besides what fantastic work. I called on Wednesday. Had a repair done by Friday. The company has excellent people in the office, and equally excellent people doing their work. Mike was my tech. He was thorough, explained any question I had, and explained precisely how and why we would proceed.I would give 10 stars if it was an option.     We had a problem with our water heater and called around. Every place we called said they couldnt come out until after the holidays. So we called LaCassa and they had Matt available to come out within a hour or two. Matt came and solved all our problems. Will definitely call them again for all our plumbing needs.

    Everything about our recent experience with LaCassa was great.We called them about a leak in our basement and backed up drains on Monday morning, and they were able to send Mike out within a couple of hours. Mike and Henry drained all of our backed up pipes and diagnosed the problem (a broken sewer line clogged with roots).Nicole was incredibly helpful with getting the permits approved and being in contact after hours on Monday night, and the repairs were able to start the next morning.Matt and Henry came out on Tuesday with the excavator to replace the broken section, and they worked late to make sure we had working plumbing again that night.They also came out the next day to fill in and clean up the dig site, and they were very conscientious about avoiding any damage to the yard or landscaping.Everyone from LaCassa made sure we were kept informed throughout the whole process, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs plumbing service.

    I called LaCassa after finding their good reviews on Google. My dishwasher was backing up and spilling water all over the laundry room floor. I had first called another company for “urgent” service. 2 hrs later, no response, I called them again, went through the whole info thing and now 5hrs later , they have yet to return my call.I then called Lacassa and they confirmed arrival of my tech, Mike G, before we even hung up the phone. Mike walked me through possible causes, kept me updated with findings and the issue thankfully ended up being not as extensive as we originally thought. I so appreciate this company’s communication and prompt responses. I will not hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend to friends.

    Ive used LaCassa Plumbing to replace my water heater and primary sump pump. They were able to come out on the day I called even though I had called a bit later in the day. Matt tried to troubleshoot the issue that was causing water heater fault. Upon investigation and finding a burnt out wire and another issue, it was time to replace the unit. The quote they provided was competitive and they were able to replace the unit next day. Which was very much appreciated.I will use LaCassa for future work.

    CARMEN AND MATT ARE THE BEST. Yes that was in all caps on purpose. Over the last 2 months, I went from having a back up battery fail during a storm, which lead to 4 inches of standing water in the entirety of my basement. Since then, Matt has been available every step of the way to help guide me in decisions that would work best for me in my situation. They have a huge variety of options for pumps and back up sumps, and between Matt and Carmen, I knew I was getting the best options possible, and having them explained to me in ways I could understand even with no experience on the topics at hand.     We called LaCassa after an emergency flooding in our basement — we loved that they answered the phone promptly too. Jimmy arrived and after thoroughly reviewing our pipes and pumps, he found the issue and began addressing it. He spent three full hours methodically cleaning the pipes and fixing our issue.     LaCassa was a great recommendation from a neighbor. Carmen was able to schedule me for the following morning after I called but would have been immediately available if I had an emergency. Carmen quickly diagnosed this issue, spoke plainly and professionally and offered a solution after he explained what was causing the issue. Carmen and his colleague returned the next morning and completed the job beautifully and in a surprisingly short amount of time. Pricing was clear and concise and all business was contracted digitally by use of a tablet and receipts, quotes and follow-ups text and emailed. I was so happy to work with both gentleman I inquired about another, larger plumbing job that I’m sure I will use LaCassa plumbing to complete in the future!

    The LaCassa team was super easy to work with. I was able to get someone out here within an hour to look at my 11 year old water heater which had gone out and they were able to replace it within a couple hours at what seemed like a fair price, even more so with some extra pipe work and valve replacements that were discounted or not included in the cost.     Carmen and his crew are some of the best out there! Ive used this company 3 different times now and I will not go to another company. He is honest and upfront with his pricing. He will provide a no BS assessment of what you need, what you should take care of now, what can wait, and his pricing is fair and transparent. I would argue the value you get for the quality of work provided is excellent. I was joking with Carmen, I have never in the past bothered to really admire plumbing, but once he is done, just how well they install, and the attention to detail and quality they put into their work, its something I now look at and admire as if it was art. Having the peace of mind that its right, it doesnt leak, and it wont pose problems in the future, is such a great thing to have. Carmen and his crew are some of the friendliest and relatable people around as well, something you dont always find within these trades. Id welcome him into my home anytime.

    Carmen was out at our house to check our sump pump discharge line for tree roots. He ran the camera through the pipe and thankfully there were no roots.     We had LaCossa Plumbing repipe our house from 70+ year old crusty iron to new copper pipe and install a new tankless water heater. There were unforeseen complications but Matt and Jim stuck with it into the evening to make sure the job was done in one day and we were not without water overnight. They were very professional and left the job site clean, hauled the old water heater away as well. If you have ANY plumbing need, I highly recommend you give LaCossa a call.

    My house is older and the main gas line was leaking late this Saturday. My gas was turned off and I had no heat or hot water. No other plumbing company could fit me in, but lucky for me LaCassa plumbing saved the day. Matt and Jimmy had my gas pipes fixed and working perfectly in only a few hours.     Matt did a great job resetting my toilet. It was making shifting noises when you sat on it and I was worried it was loose or would crack and flood my first floor. I am super glad I called La Cassa because I know Matt reset it the right way without damaging my toilet. A previous contractor suggested just tightening the bolts, but Matt explained to me the various parts and how over tightening the toilet could crack the flange and cause it to leak (I’m really glad I decided to get a second opinion instead of just trying to tighten it). Matt was thorough in adding shims to secure the toilet and also thoroughly tested the reset toilet for leaks. I really appreciate Matt’s excellent work but also appreciate how patient he was taking time to explain things to me. They are probably on the pricier side but I know they are doing things right and they really care about the service they provide. I will call La Cassa and Matt for any future plumbing needs! The only suggestion I have for the business would be a pricing sheet available before the consultation. I know it’s hard to guarantee pricing without seeing a job but it can be helpful to have a range to baseline expectations.

    Hey All,We recently moved from Chicago to Darien, after we bought our new house. Sadly, we ran into some plumbing issues. I am a pretty good researcher in finding the best person for the job. So here I was, searching , looking and reading reviews about a zillion plumbing companies in and around Chicago. All showed interest right away, some called me back and to schedule the appointment for coming over to look at the issues we were facing. Anyways, somehow my mind said Go local hence I shortened my search for a licensed plumber in and around my city. I came across LaCassa plumbing , read their reviews, visited their website , did my research and finally took the judgement of calling them.The call went straight to the one man show owner of the company Carmen who listened to my list of plumbing things I needed done. It was the weekend when he scheduled us to come over to take a look. Got a call Saturday morning that they are running early and would be there before the time stipulated, which was wonderful. Carmen pulled into our driveway in a plumbers uniform much before time in his white van with his plumbing tools and supplies, greeted us with a smile, wore his mask and booties all through while he looked at the issues. Next came the part when he would tell us about his pricing. What I truly liked about him was he didnt try upselling anything which we didnt want, had a flat rate binder with prices listed for every job. He was upfront, showed his plumbing license and even recommended to us to buy and agreed to install parts supplied by us to save us money. I was sold on his honesty. We started talking about his career in plumbing and I must say, hes hell of an experienced guy for all your plumbing needs, installation of water heater, backup sump pump, you name it.Today( Monday), he showed up for the job to repair , install my new toilet, hook up refrigerator with a water supply line, change the position of the main water valve, fix a leak in one of the pipes and change the gasket for the garbage disposal. As expected, his wife Melissa called up as soon as Carmen headed out for our plumbing job. Must say, shes a jovial , happy sounding woman. I think she takes care of scheduling for Carmen as its a family owned business. As he pulled in, he had his mask on, booties on and a helper to get to work right away even when he was working on Sunday till 2 AM, coz of the major downpour which happened in and around Dupage county, the previous day.He got to work within minutes , directed his helper what all he needs to do to replace the toilet and install the new one while he himself crawled into the crawl space to work on getting the main water valve above the ground for easy access. He was not rushed at all, knew what he was doing, using all the proper tools, quality parts and supplies to finish the job impeccably. He had his music playing while he worked. At every step of the way he explained why he was doing what hes doing, what could last longer, and what plumbing work might be needed in the future. I was surprised  by his knowledge, professionalism, pleasant attitude and expertise. I looked at the work he performed and it was flawless!!! Guess what, Carmen promised to return back to change the gasket for our garbage disposal coz we bought the wrong size which wouldnt fit.If I could, I would call him as someone who exactly understood my requirement right from the start and what I expected from him. I will definitely recommend his plumbing services for anyone looking for a fantastic plumber in and around Darien or western suburbs who doesnt rip one off with ridiculous charges. Hes the plumbing doctor with plumbing done right, without a doubt. Its surprising that hes kinda our neighbor living just a mile away and a friend in need!! This is not a paid review.     We’ve used LaCassa Plumbing for several years and have always found them to be honest, fair, and prompt. I found myself in a particular bind today when my toilet broke right before I was hosting a large party. Matt H. was at my house 30 minutes after my initial call, and within a couple hours I had a new toilet almost like the whole thing never happened.     My shower was backing up on a Friday evening, I called multiple plumbers with no luck, lacassa plumber shifted there scheduled to accommodate my plumbing issue on a weekend with out a huge weekend fees. The owner was on sight an diagnosed the issue an had it resolved immediately.
