    Excellent service from Berwyn Western over the period of several days to get our plumbing system in a new home on track. Dave was great to have around while he was working, he is a real professional who respected our home and worked very hard to complete our project in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results about 2 months on. Connie was great both over the phone and email - highly responsive to our requests and met our needs. Really appreciate the excellent service, pricing, and professionalism from this local company. We will be doing business with them again.

    After recommending we get a new furnace, Shawn did a great job servicing our Rheem gas furnace. We were expecting this advice since Berwyn Western has cleaned this furnace once a year or every other year since 1996 when we got it, and also cleaned our furnaces dating to years prior. Maybe we missed a year or two somewhere in the mix but the company has always sent competent, helpful, knowledgeable technicians each and every time. Finances are so tight right now but we plan in two years (maximum) to act on Shawns advice. He is an outstanding representative clearly reflecting the values of your company.

Keith answered phone and discussed immediately, and was able to send Dave out within a couple hours. Not only got the job done well and neatly, we were treated to friendly caring service every step of the way. And yesterday Dave installed a new disposal for us—again great service, arrived on time and kept work area clean. Will definitely be adding BW to our condo service agents listing

    I called Berwyn Western after a really bad experience with another company. Everyone was so incredibly kind and professional. I talked to Mary, the owners wife whilst booking and she was wonderful. And Shaun, the technician who came out not only fixed everything, but took the time to explain each step to me. The other companys tech quoted me over 10 grand to replace my entire hvac/ac system without so much as using a single tool or running any diagnostics. He saw a single woman and did everything in his power to intimidate and scare me, including saying my whole house would go up in flames. Shaun did a full diagnostic, cleaning and repair on both my ac unit and hvac for under $700 including materials. The other company should learn professionalism and basic decency from how everyone at Berwyn Western. I am so grateful for everything they did.

    Andre was very competent, polite individual. He performed the inspection in an expeditious manner. He explained what needed service on the dehumidifier and went about taking care of that after our approval. We got excellent service.

    We had a great experience working with Keith and his team from Berwyn Western Plumbing and Heating. Keith was communicative, flexible and always prompt, friendly and professional. When he visited he always wore a mask and covered his shoes when in the house. We hade a 44 year old AC and furnace replaced. With his expert analysis he was able to get us a system customized to our house and our specific needs. His pricing was fair and we ended up with a complete system that was able to do a better job than the previous one. And yet, cost us less on utilities. The workers that came to do the job were polite, quick and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, Im satisfied with the price and quality of work and would hire them again if I needed them.

    I would give more than 5 ⭐️ .Our heat went out during the super bowl. Of course we started to panic as cold air started flowing in through the vents. We googled companies closer to us in oak park and left message hoping to make an appointment for Monday morning. Berwyn-Western was the company that installed our furnace and the number was on the magnet in our basement so we called them last and left a voicemail. They were the ONLY company to call us back. They made sure to get to us first thing bc our house was at 40F.Mary is a throw back to customer service that no one expects anymore. Dave checked out the furnace and hurried to get the motor we needed.Our heat was restored by late afternoon.Today opening my mail we received a handwritten note from Mary with our recipets.They’re the best!
