Like the old days, a human will answer the phone and help you. The owner Jim not only answers all of your questions, he himself will install the generator with his organized and competent crew. They did a great job on our 20KW with whole house 200A transfer panel. I highly recommend TRUPOWER for your emergency backup power.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Jim and Trupower.I experienced a power outage because of a neighbor shorting out the neighborhood while digging a fence post hole. My generator faithfully turned on, but the transfer switch failed. I called Oakwood electric, the company that has serviced my generator for years. They promised to have an electrician call back right away. After thirty minutes of darkness, I called Oakwood again at 3:12 PM. I asked once again for help. They replied that all of their electricians had gone home at the end of a work day.In desperation, I called Trupower, a new and different company. They had an electrician come out right away. The electricity was restored by this time. Never the less, Jim returned and did a test of the transfer relay. It failed. He diagnosed it and found the discrepancy and fixed it. Now I have a good generator and a responsive, professional and competent electrician.THANK YOU JIM. WELL DONE!!!

Jim and his crew replaced our old unit with a larger, whole house unit at a price lower than a competitor. They replaced the pad, took the old unit away, and left the area neater then when they started. Diane was most helpful with arranging financing and setting up the registration and warranty. I highly recommend this company.

We havent needed the generator, but it is there if we ever do. We get good service from TruPower. Fortunately ComEd is more reliable than when we had it installed. We are on well and septic, so it is important that we have electricity.
