    Had an issue with my main drain for a week was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. Called this company an within an hour he was at my house.     I was having issues with my toilet flushing in Westland, and Robert and Brian were able to come out and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked for my busy lifestyle.They tried several methods to figure out the problem we had, communicated all options to me before beginning, and were very kind and friendly while they were here. It took about 4 hours total, after snaking outside and inside, using an auger, and finally using settling on flex shield before pulling out more tree roots from underneath my toilet than I have ever seen!!I would recommend them to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, after seeing the lengths they went to to solve my problem!

    Our main sewer had massive root blockage in our home in Livonia. RootBGone team snaked the line with 2-1/2 cutter. After that they reamed the line with 4x6 cutter. Final step was to use a flex shifted line for a wall to wall cleaning. I was shown a live video inspection after the work. Very professional team. They cleaned up after the job.

    Robert is great to deal with. His communication is fantastic and his work was done on schedule and with quality. He ground out some roots and hydro jetted flushable wipes that have almost caused backups at one of my houses in Redford.     Great team helped us out when our tub dial would not turn off. Ended up being a much bigger job to stop the leak but they persisted through the frustration and finished the job! We are super grateful and no more leaks, thank you guys!! Good people!

    Went downstairs to wash clothes and found water all over the floor!! No idea where it was coming from.. but found out it was the storm drain!! Called Robert at Root B Gone..asked him if he could come out to the house!! He said he had other stops but would fit me in!! Best call I made!! They were professional and friendly.. completely satisfied the issue.. ran a camera thru the line.. showed me some issues but never over sold me to send a snake thru!! Great service and great work!!

    Absolutely Fantastic service!!!Their customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, personable and prices are fair. I had requested a quote and Robert from their company was very timely and giving me a call to go over service request and was able to schedule my appointment right away!Robert called me when he was in route for service and was just as friendly and personable in person as he is over the phone, they were able to assess the situation let me know exactly what Needed to be done and the price for how much it would be. He was then able to repair the issue within just a couple hours and went above and beyond clean up! My bathroom was cleaner after his service than it was before LOL...Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations.     Most amazing crew ever. He heard the uneasiness in my voice when I called due to having another company out less than a week earlier who stated problem was solved. NOT!     First out of many local plumbers to arrive on the day and time he said he would. Had tried 4 other plumbers scheduled them to come by and they all ghosted me. Robert and his team did a fantastic job at an amazing price, especially in a tight space (I have a crawlspace). They were done removing and reinstalling a busted pipe under my house within the day, and even removed and replaced a section where multiple pipes joined as it would soon fail, without raising his initial quote. Which is unheard of and amazing seeing as how Im working on limited and borrowed funds. I will be reaching out to them for all my future plumbing needs and telling others.

    I had a small utility room drain back-up on New Years Eve. I was shocked to find that they listed work hours on New Years day, and after a call, scheduled for the second. Not only did they show up on time and clear the tree root obstruction, but they showed me real time video of the problem as they worked on it, educated me on the whole process (counts for a lot with me as a retired teacher), and shared a number of ways to avoid future problems. Hard working, professional, down-to-earth guys. Liked them so much, I ran down the road and bought them coffee before they finished.

    Overall great experience! Great guys and did great work! Had another company out few months ago to clear my roots and that company was only here 30 minutes and the problem wasn’t fully addressed.     Reasonably priced and great service. Robert and crew came out to my house quickly (called and said 10-15 minutes, was there in five).After fighting with a bad clog for a while, they brought out the big guns and really went to town on the drain, keeping me well-informed of the costs involved and being honest and up front with everything.     Our experience with Root B Gone was excellent 🤗 I had a small flood in my bathroom and it went down the hallway my washing machine is in my bathroom and as I was washing a load of clothes the water came out of the drain in the shower like old faithful. Heavy rain had caused a minor flood in my basement. In an effort to avoid spending thousands of dollars on a new home drainage system, I contacted Rootbgone hoping that snaking both my sewer & storm drains would address the issue. Jon did a very thorough job. He explained the situation, what was being done & his findings all along the way. He even suggested some preventative measures I could take.
