    Alex is extremely professional, going above and beyond to address my need. We had a meter box which had become separated from the home. Alex coordinated repairs with Duke to fix both the meter box and the lines to the meter(Duke). He also took extra steps to review my breaker box after power had been restored, and made recommendations on some additional items to address. No sales pressure, but rather wanted to make me aware of safety issues. Best electrician I have worked with in over40 years.

    I found this company through a recommendation on a neighborhood platform. Having called several other electrical companies with no follow-through, I was pleasantly surprised by IPM as Alex responded within an hour. I was even more pleased to learn that someone could come fix my DC voltage ceiling fan the same day!The electrician arrived timely and was quite polite and clean, he put a blanket down before repairing my fan. He was very efficient and had my receiver replaced and fan working again in just over half an hour. The best part: the price was very competitive and much less than the over inflated price I was quoted by another local company.I’d highly recommend Indy Power Man and will use/recommend them for any electrical needs.

    I decided to go with Alex based on several reviews mentioning a great experience with him, and Im so glad I did! He was very quick to come out for a quote and was able to get everything done the next week. We had him install wiring for sconces, an outlet in our garage, an outlet and cable box for behind a TV, and some additional can lights. I was fully expecting to have some drywall repairs/paint touchups afterwards, but everything was done extremely clean and we had nothing to touch up! So so impressed with his meticulous work and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use his services again in the future!!

    I had Alex and his team out to install a 240 plug, and another plug for me. They did and great job on the work, listened to my feedback, and worked around my requirements. They also found some code violations the prior company had done with my sub panel and fixed that without charging much more at all. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend their team.

    We needed an exterior light rewired and Alex came out the same day I called him, quoted me, and had the work done within a couple days.     Alex came to my house the very day that I called for help. My electrical to my pool was not working. I had checked the breaker box but no luck. When Alex arrived he triggered the safety fuse/breaker in the outlet before the equipment. That was it. He drove all the way to my house, fixed my problem and wouldn’t take anything for his trouble.     I had a damaged floor outlet that was embedded in my slab. The entire top of the outlet was broken and the plug removed. I had called around at every electrician in the area, and was told it couldnt be fixed. I sent Alex some pictures, and he replied it could be fixed. He worked with my schedule, came several times to place a partial top to the existing box in the floor. Im impressed with the outcome!

    We have called IPMC for many types electrical service, both at our last house and at our new home. Every time we schedule they arrive as planned, complete the job nicely, and clean up afterwards.     I need a EV charger in my garage. The main electrical panel is >36 ft away in basement. Before I received the car, I had a referral quote which made me hesitate. Then the EV arrived, so I got a temporary solution using the dryer outlet for charging however its inconvenient. For a more permanent solution, I contacted a number of highly rated electricians (found from google map) through their websites. Alex of IPMC responded very fast and we quickly came to give me a good quote which I decided to sign on the moment I got it (The other highly rated company came a few days later however the dispatch didnt seem to be experienced and failed to give me a quote within 7 days at the time of this review and when Alex already completed the project). I have to say when different electricians look at my problem, they take different solutions (imagine if you want a meal out of some supplies different chefs will cook different dishes). I cannot judge which solution is best but I can tell that Alex is most experienced and most reasonable among the three (hands-down). Plus, he is quickest to get on the schedule. In fact, when he first visited he just pulled out his phones and I saw many of his completed projects. When I decided to go with Alex, I ordered the charger from Amazon. Then I told him that it would arrive on Thursday. Alex said he would start on Wednesday doesnt mind to make another trip after the delivery. So his buddy (I think Anatole is his name) and he came on Wednesday and completed the wiring from the main breaker to the garage wall. He went extra length (literally too!) to locate the outlet (as he understood that the EV box should not be in the way of EV doors when its parked). He also used a level to make sure that the conduit is vertical and horizontal with proper curves. Attached is a photo (sorry for the angle as the parked EV gets in the way).     I was in need of lighting and decided to contact three places in early January. Alex replied right away and came out to my home to review my space and needs. He was very informative and helped lay out options that could work. His pricing was very competitive. Once we scheduled the install, Alex was prompt, courteous, respectful and informative throughout the process. I also did not have sconces at the time of the install as i was unsure of what might work in that space. At the end of the job he said to just text him when i was ready to order and he would come out and install them, which i did.     Alex has done a number of jobs for me. A variety of tasks including: running new power line to a new room, running a line for a new fan and new pendant lighting, fixing outdoor spur where power line comes to the house, replaced circuit breaker, installing a nest doorbell.     Alex did the electrical work for our basement when we finished it and he was great! He was punctual, knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, and a nice guy.     This is my first time I used Alex Electric Service. The breaker panel in my house that controlled the garage door was bad. Without power, the garage door was inoperative. I called Alex and he responded very quickly. He came next day and did his assessment, quickly found the problem: a broken underground wire was broken. Then he and his assistant digged our the broken wire and replaced with new ones. The quick diagnosis was very impressive and the service fee is very reasonable. Thank Alex for his good efforts.

    I purchased a new house and was preparing to sell my current one.Initially hired IPMC to install garage heating system in the new house.Not only did I get what I asked for, it was honestly the best contractor I ever worked with.Never cutting corners on important things, and not overspending on things that are not essential. So obvious these guys know exactly what they are doing, and they do not try to upsell anything.After the first project I wondered what else I could use their help for.Long story short, this is what they did for me so far:- Installed Garage heater system- Insulated garage walls and attic area; wired outlets throughout garage and outside- Ran water line into garage from the source in the basement, installed faucets, etc.- Replaced carpet with hardwood floor in the office room- Installed garage storage cabinets- Massive overhaul in the old house in preparation for sale, including large exterior trim work, electrical, interior carpentry and painting, plumbing.Another thing I was always impressed with was the turnaround time. These guys work really fast.It may sound weird, but after a couple projects with IPMC I stopped wondering what another contractor would charge if IPMC could do the job.Thats how great I feel about their work.

    Awesome!! I called to IPMC,LLC since they were local and had great reviews on here. They did not disappoint. I talked to Alex on the phone to schedule an appointment. I needed a sump pump wired in the basement of my house and also was having trouble with a garage GFI outlet, he did professionally both projects .I had called a few other electricians and gave them the same information and they were all one month out for an appointment . Alex answered quickly and was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling IPMC,LLC for any future electrical needs, and you should, as well!!

    I noticed the high reviews Alex had on google, so elected Indy Power Man be one of the two companies to provide quotes for installing 240 volt circuit and heater, as well as adding several new electrical receptacles on various walls in my garage and house. I really liked both companies when they came out to give quotes and both prices were comparable. However, there were two things that moved me to choose Alex. 1. He did a really good job of explaining/educating me on different options (and how it all works) and 2. Shortly after the quote, I bumped into a friend who I then found out happened to know Alex. She explained to me that Alex and his family help those less fortunate families that had to leave Ukraine due to the war, by allowing them to live in their house until they get up on their feet. This sealed the deal as I thought to myself that any man that is willing to help others in their moment of need deserves the business. Alex doesn’t know about this conversation I had with my friend Tatiana, but I’m glad she told me about him because it sealed the deal to go with him….and I’m so glad I did. The work was perfect! Excellent process and great craftsmanship! One thing that really stood out to me was that he and his crew were extra careful about protecting everything from damage and cleaning up all messes. Overall I was very impressed and will use him again. Highly recommend.

    Alex will be our go-to guy for all electrical services from now on. He did a great job at our house! All of the outlets in our garage stopped working. Alex rewired the garage, replaced several faulty GFCI outlets and installed my Tesla charger. He was knowledgeable, skilled and very efficient. I would highly recommend his services.

    I was looking for someone to install the ring flood lights(3 in total), called Alex and left a voicemail and in few mins he texted back asking about my address and details, same day he came and gave a quote/estimate which was pretty fair comparing to the quotes I got from 2 famous electrician companies among which 1 was triple the cost. He was able to schedule the work the next day. His team came on time explained me the pros and cons of which location will be best to install the ring flood lights, very professional and very knowledgeable him and his team too. After installation they helped me set it up and position the camera and lights. They did a good quality work and cleaned up the area very well after they completed. Overall I think he is our friendly neighborhood electrician!!!

    We had a very large pendant light installed. It was a new install as there was nothing there before.
