    I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (Shes very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldnt remedy with my personal drain snake. Mike, at Preferred Plumbing took my call, was very personable and polite, and scheduled service with a Plumber at my door within an hour! Plumber Russ arrived, was very polite & friendly, and went to work. This was a stubborn clog which took him multiple attempts. THREE TIMES A CHARM! Thank the Lord and Plumber Russ, I was getting a bit nervous! Russ also did a great job cleaning-up after his work. I thought the bill/damages were very fair so I wanted to tip Russ, though he didnt accept my offer. I really appreciate the great work. I will keep Preferred Plumbings number ready for the next time, thank you so much!

    The services that we receive from Dr. Johnson are excellent. the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and appointments go well. I have recommended him to many of my friendly and friends and he takes great care of them as well.

    Dr Johnson will help you . First he listens to your concerns . He goes through your file if you a new patient and he will guide you as you get to become more familiar with him.Secondly ,your bloodwork,he will sit down with you and explain everything to you . You want have to ask about anything . Unless, you dont understand something . Moreover, Dr Johnson will listen and go over any questions you have . Nevertheless, he only have 15 minutes to get all your information out to you .I thank Dr Johnson for all he has done for me. Over all a good Doctor .Stern FYI note their system has changed to online you can message the Dr . And a nurse will answer your concerns . I think in 48 hours if they have time they will call you and check to see if you have received their reply to your question .

    I have used Preferred Plumbing on numerous occasions with outstanding results. Mike (the owner) prices are very reasonable. His work is top notch.     THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I am beyond satisfied & extremely grateful. I woke up to water all over my house. The squeezed me in and came out the next day. They took care of the blockage (darn tree roots) and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

    Weve had Preferred plumbing as our go to plumbers for years, and at 3 different homes. They are the best, always on time, always took care of our problem and weve never had the feeling we were ever ripped off by them. Weve trusted them for years and would recommend them to anyone. Great guys!

    Woke up to a catastrophe, going to sleep with peace and kitchen drains that works!!! Called Preferred Plumbing today about an issue I woke up to this morning! They came out this evening and repaired my problem! Miguel was so nice and empathetic. Plumbing issues can be grimy and nasty, but he made me feel like there was nothing to be embarrassed about. Not only that but Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and was clean when he left. He put everything back how he found it and even looked at my facuet which has a minor washer or tightening problem. Not sure how much my services should have costed, but I dont think I overpaid! So prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend!!

    Dr. Johnson is a good doctor. The only time he gets behind us because the computer system is glitching, or there is an issue with the nurses. It is close to never his fault that some of his patients have to wait. He is very kind and treats his patients well and with honesty and compassion.

    Weve used Preferred Plumbing before and always have found them quick to respond with great service. However, after todays encounter with them, I wanted to take time to leave a review. I failed to get the plumbers name, but initials on the invoice are MJ.Late last night I was cleaning out cabinets and tossing various items into my garbage disposal. Without too much thought, I poured in a half bag of dry black beans. After awhile, the sink stopped draining and I knew Id made a huge error in judgement. I scooped out a lot of the now chopped black beans in hopes that would do the trick. Also suctioned out all of the extra water in the sink, and tried a plunger ... all fails! Fessed up to my husband who called Preferred Plumbing.I was NOT looking forward to facing the plumber with my confession. One other time, Id stopped up the disposal with flower stems (thinking they were like vegetables) and had gotten a friendly lecture from the plumber (not from PP). However M. J. could not have been nicer or more professional. Never once did he reprimand my error in judgement. He was pleasant while he took apart the drain (which was totally clogged with now hardened black bean pieces). When I apologized again he jokingly said that hed heard that garbage disposals are a plumbers best friend and that I was not alone in all of this. He was friendly, efficient, cleaned up everything and when I offered him a tip for his positive attitude, he tried to refuse it. It was truly a pleasure working with him. He made a very positive impression on me (and Ill try not to dispose of other items just to see him in the future!).

    Theyre great. Used them for 1 sewer rodding and 2 small repairs. Yes they fix your problem... BUT in addition, I like two things: #1 The owner answers the phone and sets up all your service - no answering service. You can tell hes been doing it a while. #2 They really work to squeeze you in, at least in my case, on the day-of or next day. None of my issues were emergencies, but they still worked to get here ASAP. Prices were fair, plumbers showed up on-time, and they got the job done right the first time, all 3 times.

    My kitchen sink was completely stopped up,nothing too serious,but nonetheless still an inconvenience. I tried the usual homeowner fixes ,finally gave up. I called Preferred Plumbing at around 3 p.m.,even though they were as busy as they possibly could be because of the recent -21 degree temps. Micheal called back within a couple hours and said they would fit me in the next day.Sure enough ,one of their plumber techs Miguel calls me about 9:30 a.m. the next morning ,says he will be here in 15 minutes. He was here about 30 minutes or less. He covered my kitchen floor,and also under the sink with cardboard just for protection against any damage from tools or water. Extremely professional ,courteous ,efficient and friendly. I have used them in the past for more serious issues. They get the job done right everytime and their prices from my experiences are a bit less expensive than any competitors. I will use Preferred again for any plumbing work that I may need in the future.

    They have come out three times to fix plumbing issues. They kindly fit me in last minute and got the jobs done quickly and reasonably priced. The last job another company quoted said they couldnt get my overflow cover off so they would need to remove and replace all pipes behind the walls and have to move my hot water heater to do it and it would cost me over 1k. Preferred Plumbing guys got the overflow plate off in two minutes, fixed the problem and only charged me a service fee, saving me 900 bucks!

    Prompt, professional and committed to service. I had washtubs that didn’t drain, making laundry impossible. My other issues were a slow-draining bathtub and a kitchen sink with no water pressure. Russ fixed all three problems in one visit. This man knows his stuff. I have a 100-year-old house and he is not deterred.
