Berna Construction often saved us a lot of headaches with their team being responsive and courteous when we needed their plumbing assistance in our building. Every time, their plumbers arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and quickly assessed the issue. They were highly skilled and knowledgeable.We also had a few projects with pipe insulation, and I was very impressed with their work and the cleanliness of their work.Overall, I highly recommend Berna Construction! Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service make them stand out.

Berna has been a lifesaver! After several failed attempts to locate leaks Berna was not only able to find the source of the leaks, they had a team right behind the plumbers come in and make any cosmetic repairs. Alexander Torres is wonderful to work with! He’s so organized, intelligent and always responds to calls and emails almost immediately. Arnie is an expert and great to work with as well! I look forward to more projects with Berna Construction!

Our Lincoln Park Condo building has used Berna Construction / Precision Plumbers for sewers, risers, and other major plumbing projects. They have been very responsive, performed well, their cews are professional, and been a pleasure to work with. So we keep using them. When faced with substantial unforseen changes to the scope of work in the middle of a big project they were very fair in renegtiating the costs on the fly. Highly reccommended.

They are a multi-faceted company that Ive mainly engage for challenging plumbing work. Alex Torres, Project Coordinator is always available to spearhead a long-term or emergency repair. Night or day, Alex coordinates jobs for clients smoothly and efficiently so PMs like me have one less thing to worry about. Alex is the consummate professional and Im so very grateful for him. Everyone at Berna is always courteous, conscientious and reliable (shout-out to Fidel and Brenda and their exemplary work at my own condo building). Berna consistently provides superior service - especially in difficult situations where its hard to assess the issues at hand. Absolute life-savers. I cannot recommend them enough.
