The two installers were very professional, detail, oriented, and always available to answer my questions. The two day process was good. They cleaned up well after each day. They let me know what to expect and how long the job would take. There were some missing materials, not their fault, and they organized the materials being delivered that same day. The floors look great. Great company.

Set up through Home Depot for a carpet install. Our technician Edgar is a carpet Guru! Great communication via text on ETA and once he arrived was very informative about our product and install. Edgar works like a machine and completed everything quickly and efficiently for our new nursery! We are very happy with the finished product and can’t wait to enjoy our new carpet with our soon to come beautiful baby girl!!!

Romonoff Renovations installed vinyl plank flooring and carpeting on a home were getting ready for sale. I live in another state so was concerned about the challenge of making sure this update project went according to my expectations.The company has excellent communication practices, a combination of text messages, emails and telephone. The couple instances when I needed to talk to someone was pleasant with a person answering the telephone when I called. Thats impressive in todays business world when customers are often greeted with a sterile voicemail message that our call is important, and someone will get back to us in 48 hours.The vinyl plank flooring update was a two-day project, and the carpeting update was one day. Both tasks started on schedule and completed on schedule.This company has their act together and having them on your team for a remodel project is a recipe for your success. I give them my highest rating.

Romanoff Renovations workers arrived early and worked hard for several days giving us beautiful new flooring. They had to remove glued-down/nailed hardwood, chip/dig up tile and 2 of cement, and pull out old carpeting. While several unforeseen difficulties cropped, they explained what needed to be done, accepted the obstacles and persevered. After all the sub-floor was ready, they laid down floating vinyl plank flooring throughout nearly our entire house, topped off with new floor molding. They worked hard and fast and we appreciate they very strenuous, detailed, meticulous work. Our floors look marvelous!

Romanoff Renovation confirmed our installation date and time. They emailed instructions for preparing the bedrooms. They arrived early and showed us the carpet before starting work. Two installers started working immediately, and took no break. They ( a man and woman) removed furniture from three bedrooms, removed old carpet and installed new, replaced all the furniture, and cleaned up everything. These two did the work of four men! All done in less than four hours! I would ask for them again!

Romanoff was the install company used by HOme Depot when I ordered carpet. Unfortunately they were booked out over a month, but they called to say they had a last minute cancellation and were able to do my carpet the next day. It created a bit of a scramble on my part to get the house ready, but I was glad to get the install done a month sooner than originally scheduled.Rafael and his crew showed up on time and did great work. Rafael showed me a few things before and during the install to make sure I understood how the stairs would look and the shims that were used to match the floor height of the tile. He also offered to fix a couple squeaky floorboards he found, which was awesome and unexpected. They cleaned everything up at the end of the day and everything turned out great. Cant see any seams at all.

Not sure how to rate them. I bought carpet from home depot it was supposed to be a week it ended up being like 5-6 they both blamed each other (knowing HD it probably was there fault). Once they confirmed they had the carpet from HD all went smooth, installer did a great job .

The installer was on time... exactly! He worked clean and communicated the details with me, for example some of the wood flooring panels had color variations. He wanted to make sure it was ok to use, because some people dont like them. Well, he didnt have to say anything, but I told him that I like the variations and he distributed them throughout the floor. This made it look more natural.

If I could give Romanoff 10 stars I would. The installer arrived at 8 am and quickly realized that the installation was going to be more work that estimated. He worked with Home Depot and his management to get this resolved and another crew member showed up soon. The modification required removing the old flooring and replacing some subfloor. They worked around us having a plumber come out to repair the hookup for the refrigerator ice machine. Other than taking a lunch break, they never stopped working and moved swiftly all day long. They had such a positive attitude and throughout the day made me feel like we were working as a team to get the job done. They stayed very late to finish the work and did not take any short cuts. The flooring in the laundry room and kitchen looks fantastic. They cleaned everything up and moved everything back in place as was indicated in the work order. What a great crew! Excellent customer service. This team lived up to the company motto of Do the Right Thing. Thank you.

I went through home depot to get carpet installed and this was the company that installed it. My installer, Edgar, was extremely kind, quick, and thorough. Everyone in my home was shocked at how quick he got it done. The installation is secure, no slack, and just looks amazing. He made sure i was satisfied and i overall had an amazing experience. We ordered our carpet from Home Depot. I dont know about the operations of this company and how they delegate work, it did seem they were having some scheduling issues the day of our appt. But Edgar our carpet installer was great. He was super mindful and considerate of our space and home, quick and efficient, my wife and I were amazed at how quickly he removed our old carpet and installed our new one. Really awesome and standup guy, very professional. Were very satisfied with the end result. Give Edgar a raise!

We had such a positive experience with Jose and Jamie, our installers, were VERY professional. They arrived on time and communicated what the process was going to be and answered all our questions. The finished work was beyond our expectations. We bought a cheaper quality product for a remodel/flip and these guys made it look fantastic! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. We have worked with other contractors and honestly; this company is a go to! We would absolutely recommend Romanoff, with Jose and Jamie, to our family and friends for future projects. We scheduled for new carpets to be installed in our home. Due to COVID the appointment was out for two weeks. I decided to call back the same week we moved in and let the company know that we are open to any cancellations. Within hours someone cancelled and we have our carpets in within three days of moving in. We were so grateful! Now we can go from sleeping in the living room to setting up our rooms and having a good nights rest. Thank you to the company but most of all thank you to Jesus for doing such an amazing job!
