    Dear USA Bath: My wife Diane and I wish to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Vladimir Braun, Installer, for his outstanding craftmanship in the recent remodeling of one of our larger bathrooms. The job entailed major demolition, debris clean-up, and designated reconstruction to modernize and enlarge this room.Mr. Braun arrived each day at the designated time and carefully prepared our home for protection from his planned work. He worked until late each afternoon and left our home completely debris-free.Im enclosing three photos of the bathroom; two before work began and one with the finished result. Needless to say, we love it!Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and we appreciate the support and quality of Vladimirs handiwork. Hes a true professional and exemplifies the topmost standards of good customer service and quality workmanship. Our sincere thanks for his job well done.

Nancy is very design-knowledgeable and was able to pull together all the pieces of the process in her first visit. She is accessible and responsive whenever you have questions or concerns.     The staff here is great! The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. She referred our concerns to Kristy who was also fantastic! They’re helpfulness was complimented by a full array of options and quality products for our needs. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

    It was an excellent job the only problem I see is what the ceiling needs the back that the walls of the shower that should be finished with the frame because you can see a little opening in between moisture can get through it

    The service from Day 1 was absolutely amazing! The installation person was also amazing! Arrived on time and finished on time! The sales portion with Nick DePalma was outstanding! Nick is such an amazing Design Consultant! My overall experience was just superb! I would recommend USA Bath!!

    Worth every penny!I had USA Bath Remodel my guest bathroom and am already setting up the remodel of my Master Bathroom with them!Dylan and Steven were awesome! They arrived on time everyday, did excellent work, kept me informed on their progress, were respectful of my home and pets and made sure everything was clean and in order before they left each day.The materials used are high quality and the workmanship was outstanding.I highly recommend this company and these installers!Thank you!

    Isael was one of the best craftsmen I have had the experience to do work in my home. He was very neat and organized and did a very professional job converting my bathroom tub to a walk-in shower. He kept to the two day schedule and produced a fantastic job. At the same time he was congenial and treated us very well.     USA Bath did an amazing job on our bathroom. We are very pleased with the outcome. There was a little confusion on the receipt stating a window wrap would be installed, but it wasn’t. Either way it turned out great and we love our new shower. Seth was our guy that worked on it and he was very professional, friendly, and throughly detailed on the project. Our installer, Voldemar, was a pleasure to have in our home for 5 days. He was hardworking, talented, highly professional, and meticulous about his work and keeping things neat.     We were fortunate to have USA Bath installer, Jason. We did a partial remodel of our bathroom which included only the bath tub and shower. This job took two days to complete and we could not have asked for a more professional installer. I have to say that the bathroom once completed exceeded our expectations. Everything went smooth the job was complete in two days without any issues and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. All the materials used in this job were top notch in the finished results looked just like the pictures that were shown to us at the time when we scheduled the work. We would not hesitate to recommend USA bath for your remodeling needs.

    We did a shower replacement remodel everyone’s was extremely professional, very helpful. The work crew went above and beyond. From the time they got here till they left, they did not stop moving. Cannot recommend them high enough.

    USA Bath exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly to my online request and came out explaining all the details and what work they would perform. Gave a quote to me that day. They said it could take 2-3 days. It took only 1 day an a half. Their guy was very nice and did a great job explaining what he would be doing. After completion he cleaned up and showed how to use the walk in tub. Very happy all around.Rachelle G.

    02/09/2024 The bathroom was totally remodeled. The tub was taken out and a shower was put in. The toilet, vanity, sink, mirror, lighting fixtures, exhaust fan and flooring were replaced. It was given a new coat of paint. We started talking to them at the end of September. They could not start the job until the beginning of January. They did an excellent job. The bathroom looks great. The cost of the job was higher than I liked but it turned out great.

    First, the shower and installer were great! Thats the reason why I gave them four stars. Otherwise, they would get one star.The problem is their customer service as it is nonexistent. We have a problem with the foot rest. We didnt get what we said we would get from the sales person. When you call them, you never get a callback. The last time I called and left a message was at least two months ago.So, if customer service is a must for you, use another company.

    Usa bath did a great job on our walk in shower. the person that installed it did a fabulous job. this has helped my wife so much with her handicap. trying to step into a bathtub was impossible. we are so satisfied with the shower and the work.
