    We have relied on Superior Service many times. They are always prompt and friendly. They show up when they say they will and leave the work space better than they found it. We had a problem that was a little puzzling and they stuck with it until it was resolved. If you aren’t signed up for yearly maintenance, do yourself a favor and just do it. It saved me money and gives me peace of mind knowing they are on top of things before we have a problem.

    Knowledgeable fast and friendly service! You don’t have to wait at your home from 8-5, they will message you when they’re on their way! Get their maintenance plan! You’ll always need regular service on your hvac to keep it running smoothly! Can’t recommend Superior Services enough!

    Called Wednesday night so I called Thursday morning. With it so hot I know it’s the busiest time of the year. They hoped they would make it that day but it was the following day (Friday) around lunch. Replaced my capacitor and the house is cooling off. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Superior has always been polite, professional and efficient.

    These guys are amazing! In the middle of a terrible winter storm, their technician immediately came out even though they were flooded with similar calls to evaluate our heating issue. The communication throughout the entire process was great and everyone involved was thorough and knowledgeable. These folks are very professional and I highly recommend them!

    Once again, Superior Services has proven that quality is worth a little more. It came time to replace one of the three units in our home and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else. From the office staff (PAM!!!) to the owner (William) to the technicians, I couldnt have been more pleased. I also now have their service contract, which gives me annual maintenance and moves me to the front of the line (plus a discount) if I need service. Win/win!
