    Shane and his team are awesome! I had a backup of the waterline in my home, called them at 10am and by 1pm it was repaired…and that was on Friday. They are reliable, experienced, and 100% trusted in my home. Left the door open, the money under the mat and everything was completed without my supervision. Shane is absolutely trusted!!!

    I have used several other plumbers in the past, and I’ve always had issues with the repairs because they were done incorrectly, if the plumbers even showed up. Since finding Shane, he’s been able to resolve any problems I’ve had, usually within the same day and it’s always fixed right. He is hands-down, the best!

    Best service around! I have a large family with one bathroom. So when the sewer line was clogged and backed up, it left us in a panic. Another larger company swore they would come by that morning. When we called that afternoon, they said they wouldn’t make it(and never let us know either).. Called Shane and he came out that evening and had us back working within 30 minutes. Fair prices too! I would have never used that larger company if I would have known Shane before then. He has definitely gained a loyal customer!

    I had a gas leak coming from the line from the gas fireplace. The technicians were polite and respectful of my home. They assessed the situation to determine the best way to get to the pipe that would allow them to make the repair with the least amount of damage to the sheetrock. After repairing the leak and testing it, they tested the fireplace insert. (Very old) Starter does not work so I will get a new one and when I do, I’ll be sure to call them back for that as well as any other plumbing need I may have in the future. The owner Mr. Shane and his crew are very knowledgeable, honest and kind. They have done good work for my family over the years and now they I’ve had a great experience with them, I can definitely recommend Mr. Shane Wright and team. I had a terrible and dangerous gas leak, they got to me as soon as they could, provided me quality service & I’m very satisfied. Don’t hesitate to call them. Thank you very much.
