We had a gas leak and Atmos immediately cut off our gas leaving us with no heat or hot water. Gordon came the very next day, gave us a plan for repair, and went above and beyond to make sure we would have gas over the weekend, even though Atmos was throwing every obstacle they had at us. HIGHLY recommend. They were friendly and professional the whole time, and reached out to make sure everything was right when they were done.

Gordon Plumbing just saved me from a plumbing disaster! Ron and Chris arrived right on time for a routine service call which developed into a very big problem with the sewage system on my property. With skill and determination, they dug into the system, found a cracked portion of the line which was totally blocked with tree roots, flushed it out and placed a new pipe into the line. They were tireless and knew exactly what to do to to save my house from a much larger problem. The owner, Justin, was very friendly and helpful with me over the phone as we set up the appointment and I asked too many questions. . A great company with great people doing a terrific job. Justin Gordon went above and beyond to assist me with a work around situation to replace a bad hot water tank that had been leaking for over 2 days. His Techs were professional and well rounded in knowledge. They assisted me with all my questions and provided courtesy service. They even bled the air out of my water lines and checked the pilot several times in the process. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Gordon Plumbing. Our water heater busted and flooded our house on a Sunday. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find help on a Sunday evening. Josh came over right away and stopped the water leakage. He and Tyler came back early the next morning and replaced our water heater. Very impressed with how quick, friendly, and efficient this company is. We will be using again in the future.

I would have to give Gordon 5 stars. I did not have to wait too long for a plumber to come out. Ron was the plumber that serviced my home. He was very friendly and kept you informed of what was going on. Ron explained afterwards what i could do to help prevent my issue from happening again.

Initially called another HVAC repair company in West Monroe to repair our malfunctioning heater. The tech seemed over his head and really had no idea what the problem was, vowed to return the following morning with extra diagnosing equipment but forgot to return or to call. On the other hand, when I called Gordon Air Conditioning, who were highly recommended by a friend, the company was able to send a knowledgeable repairman the same day. He quickly resolved the issue and was very professional. Thank you Johnny Gordon for providing honest and reputable service to the community.

There was a issue making the apmt, but the owner took care of the issue and got someone out right away. The 2 gentlemen that came out was extremely nice, showed me the issues and worked hard until it was done. I really appreciate them and will be using them in the future. At first I was really frustrated and was not giving the owner the time to fix it which was horrible on my part and I do apologize.

They came out the day were called them about a stopped up sewer line. They figured out the problem immediately and opened it up until they could come back after the Christmas holidays. It was a couple of weeks before they could get back out but when they did, the work was done expertly. They had to replace about 25 ft. of old sewer line that had tons of roots grown into it. Will definitely use them again.
