I called and spoke with Jacob on 02-14-23 about installing a home EV charger and the required wiring etc. He asked me to send a couple pictures of the circuit breaker panel and location where I wanted the charger installed. I had already measured and had a rough estimate of how much wire would be needed and he was able to give me a quote. Today (02-15-23) he called and said they had an appointment that had cancelled and if it would work for me, they’d do my project today . They just finished a bit ago and very very pleased! Brandon and Dylan were professional and knew exactly what to do and were gracious in letting me watch and ask a few questions along the way . They made sure that the charger was performing correctly before leaving. I thought the price was fair, especially with copper being expensive still. Extremely satisfied with how fast the work was done and very satisfied with the quality of work. I would 100% recommend North Louisiana Electric!Thank you Jacob, Brandon and Dylan!Tim T.

We are a nationwide GC and this is one of the best electricians I have used throughout the country. I have used this company on multiple commercial projects in Louisiana. We hired N.LA Electrical to install an outlet at our office. They responded quickly and got the job done right. I was impressed that their electrician brought his own trash can and vacuumed up all his debris. It was the cleanest construction job Ive ever seen. He was very polite and had me inspect the work before leaving to make sure I was satisfied. I would 100% use them again.

Some of our wiring was not installed as needed during the building process for AT&T to run the fiber lines to our house. We needed it done rather quickly and they came through for us. The job also turned out to be longer than anticipated but they were very fair with pricing. Will definitely use them again when in need of an electrician.

After multiple attempts requesting another local company to come out and give us a quote to replace lighting I came across North Louisiana Electricals contact info on Google. From the moment I made contact it was a pleasant experience. I believe the young lady who answered the phones name was Emily but Im not positive. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. From the time I made contact it was just a few hours and the job was complete for less money than I had originally expected. My dryer kept throwing the breaker. Two wonderful guys worked tirelessly until they found the problem. They had to replace wiring underneath my mobile home. They cleaned up and put all appliances back like they were. Even better, they saved me almost $100 less than the price I was quoted. Plus they came the same day I called.

Not only does North LA Electrical do a great job, but they strive to please the customer after the job is complete. After every job I’m asked by Jacob Macartney if I’m pleased with the work and if there is anything else that needs to be done to ensure customer satisfaction - All these questions come BEFORE payment is made. North LA Electrical is top notch and I plan on using them on future work.
