    We had converted our house from fuel oil to propane. We had them convert our electric stove to propane and our furnace to propane and our dryer to propane. They ran a water line for our new refrigerator. The servicemen that came to our house were very professional and cordial. They explained everything to us. They asked our opinion on where to place the new propane tanks. Where we wanted our washer and dryer to go.They were nothing short of being great.Thank you all very muchGreg and Linda Moore

    Many thanks to Ethan and his crew for setting us up with a new propane tank and piping- they were friendly, patient with questions, very efficient and professional. They even took the time to help us map out a plan for gas in our kitchen. We were also very impressed with the crew in the office who set up appointments and helped us immensely! We are thrilled to be new customers!

    Great Haier Arctic Mini-split product and install. From Luke & Jody in sales, to Caleb, Jimmy & John B doing the install, the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend Simple Energy for all heating/cooling needs.

    Outstanding customer service. Had trouble with a different company letting us run out on auto delivery. Contacted simple energy and the entire team was great. Very helpful staff from office staff to tank delivery crew and installation crew. Very good pricing on top of it! Definitely recommend calling simple energy, I think youll be surprised when compared to your current company.

    The guys, all with electrician backgrounds, worked quickly and quietly to install a condenser and three heads. It only took them a day and a half. They were very pleasant and very good about explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. They even cleaned up after themselves.

    Was a little pricy but Simple Energy diagnosed and fixed my mini-split when another local company couldnt figure it out and only had made it worse. As of now it continues to work perfectly after several months. Thank you Simple Energy!!!Edit: Im coming back after a year or two to report my mini split is still working perfectly. Thank you Simple Energy!!!!

    A huge shout out to Rick and Greg. They provided maintenance on our nearly 20 year old propane fireplace. They arrived timely. It was evident they enjoy what they do. They worked fast and paid attention to detail.

    I switched propane suppliers from a larger company to locally-owned Simple Energy and I couldnt be happier. They are always reliable and so nice. If I ever forget about a payment or an appointment, someone from the office just calls and we resolve it without issue. It feels so different than trying to deal with call centers and completely impersonal service you get otherwise. The negative reviews I see on here are completely opposite of my experience.

    These folks are great! Had a major issue with my Viessmann Boiler that even the company rep couldnt figure out. I called Simple Energy and they resolved the issue enough that at least my house is a little warmer. While I am at it.. their customer service for propane delivery is fantastic as well... 2019: Still great! I read the other reviews, sometimes even the best companies can be off. Sadly complaints are more motivating to post than complements. I recommend giving Simple Energy a chance.

    We repeatedly reported an issue, and the CEO got involved personally and fixed. 3 stars because the issue was avoidable; 5 stars for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Averages out to 4. Their repair team is the best - great guys, responsive, with everything they need to get the job done right the first time. Will update if needed. Good to see top-down commitment to customer satisfaction.

    When I asked friends (including on Facebook) where they purchased their heating oil, almost all told me that Simple Energy was the best.I thought that so many recommendations were a good sign, but you never know!?!Well, let me tell you. They are AWESOME! Firstly, they answer the phone! YES! A live person answers the phone and knows what they are talking about!!!Jamie came to inspect our furnace and was quick, efficient, and quite nice. After he left, I called to schedule a delivery. Yes, I am one of those people who calls when their tank is super low on the coldest day of the year. Even though they were so busy, every person I spoke to was so patient and so nice. Its been awhile since I have experienced such great customer service.Even though I was one of those people, they came the next day to deliver. They were so quiet (I have 2 dogs that bark at the sound of a drop of a pin!?!) and they didnt even notice that he was there.So happy with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s. If you want to waste your time and shop around, I suggest you skip that call to Irving. Thats the one other company I called. Thats a whole other story. My experience with one phone call to them was enough to know they did not deserve our business!

    The company sent Rick over to do the annual service on my Fujitsu mini-split. He tended right to business and did a very thorough job of cleaning and servicing the unit. My appointment was for 8 am and he was here on the dot. Great service at a decent price.

    I have been a customer of Simple Energy for several years. Recently had my furnace replaced, (Dan R and Dennis) were professional and did a great job. They checked everything to make sure the furnace was working properly, answered any questions, and cleaned up the area they were working in. The Sales Team (Jamie and Jody) and the front desk person who took my payment were all polite and professional. I appreciate what the company did and thanks, RS, for what you did.

    Dalton, Caleb and Chris were very polite in explaining to my wife as they worked through out the house and were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We enjoyed their company! Good job guys!

    Simple Energy has done emergency heater repair for me in the dead of winter, they had an electrician out to my house same day when my Septic pump stopped working, and they have always been awesome to work with as well. Thank you!

    Craig is terrific!He is extremely respectful, responsive, and made a point of coming a few days earlier than actually scheduled to take care of our boiler problem.He knows what he is doing and I would give him 6 stars if it were an option.

    Outstanding work on a tough job to replace our propane boiler. Gordon, Madison, Craig, Ricci, Jamie and everyone else involved did an incredible job, all while we were out of town. They showed great respect for our home and left us with a perfectly installed boiler, complete with an updated venting setup to bring us into code. Thank you Simple Energy!

    Called this morning for a plumbing issue. I am not a regular customer, but the customer service was top notch.they came in cheaper than the quotes price. they were there hours earlier than originally expected.Thanks to Aiden and Jenny and the plumber whose name I do not know....I have running water again.

    Easy to deal with in regards to fuel delivery, right on time, every time. Theyre busy but always considerate. Amy and cathy ha e been great over the years. They do great with service to my boiler as well.

    (Updated) We hired Simple Energy for a whole house propane heater install and a new electric service. Gas team gets two thumbs up - they did a great job and were very professional. Originally, the electrical portion was not completed to the same standard. I complained here, and Rob (the owner) called me personally and promised to make everything right.He was very grateful for the opportunity to learn, and improve. I totally understand mistakes happen, and I am feeling 100% satisfied at this point. Rob, and Simple Energy, are extremely professional and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Upgraded to 5 stars!

    Three months ago my wife wrote a review giving 3 stars and was not happy with the lack of work. After the review, we heard from Gordon and he was terrific. He and his team worked with us and resolved the problem with the Generator. Because of parts shortages it took much longer then anyone could anticipate. We highly appreciated their continued response and their swift action to complete the job once the parts arrived . Special kudos to Chris Snyder who shepherded everything until the final part was installed. Because of their customer service and working with us, we are now giving them 5 stars. Thank you for working with us.

    I noticed my oil tank was empty on 2/24, I called Simple Energy at 8:10am on 8/25 by 8:20am a Simple Energy truck was at my house filling my tank and then the driver came in to make sure my boiler fired up and ran properly.Fantastic Service
