    So I didnt actually receive service but The gentleman was really quick at calling me back as well as was able to be very quick at getting the device done. He was very honest about pricing. I just might give him a call back. If they were about to price check with competition then I would have had him come that day he was willing like I said quick!

    Ike was absolutely amazing to work with! He fixed our commercial septic system and also a well issue at our residential location. On time, great work ethic and would highly recommend. We will for sure use his services in the future.

    Ikes is awesome ! They came and helped me with septic tank lid issue the same day I called....and this is after another company had broke the lid and left me for days with no lid while they said they would try to track one down that would fit. I never heard back from them. Ikes customer service was wonderful and so helpful. The guys came the same afternoon and not only fixed the problem, they had a better solution! Cant speak highly enough about how impressed I am wth everyone at Ikes!!

    Great service! Im the Property Manager at The Ivy in West Lafayette, and have been using Ikes for all of our plumbing and lift station needs for quite some time now. Bill is great and the office staff is helpful with invoicing, etc.

    Was able to come and fix a pretty severe log in the main line at my house the same day I called them. I called at 9:30 a.m. and they were here at about 3 p.m. (but still same day, so I was happy). No issues at any part of the procedure, which took roughly 15-20 minutes. The entire service was $160, if youre trying to do a price comparison. I would recommend them!

    Ikes was a referral from our regular plumber. Very happy about the service (localization and upgrade of septic tank). They were on time during both visits, and it was obvious that they did not try to market more expensive options to us. Rather, they provided us with honest advise on how we could best msnage our septic system in the future, and provided different options. The estimate was accurate, they are super-responsive by email (no voicemail ping-pong). Ideal contractor.Zach

    Used these guys for a floor drain backing up back in September 2016. They did a good job solving the problem and also suggested and completed another plumbing improvement related to our water softener for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again without hesitation. The bulk of the one-star reviews here have no credibility - seems to be one guy who got mad and submitted many negative reviews in different names.

    Appointment was 3-5 PM. I arrived home around 2:50pm and Conner was almost done draining the septic tank. 5 minutes after I arrived it was done. Only negative thing is the rut from the truck tires. Overall fast and easy experience.

    The guys came out to auger my line from the upstairs toilet that wouldnt drain after a couple flushes. They got the job done right and efficiently. I also got my septic pumped after the line was augered. I love they are both plumbers and septic.
