    Drain Saver just left my home. Brian and Steven were polite, professional, and solved my problem efficiently! Brian insisted on covering his shoes when entering and returning inside my home. I would give Drain Saver 10 stars if I could!

    OMG these guys are fantastic. We had totally backed up showers and toilets on our second floor townhouse. First plumber recommended Drain Saver as they didnt have a long enough snake. Drain Savers came a few hours later and over 2 hours fixed the problem with their monster snake and this included removing and replacing a toilet. Brian and Stephen were friendly and super competent (and very nice). They wore booties to avoid marking our floors and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. If you have baked up pipes these are your people! 100% recommended.

    The absolute best place for your outdoor drain and sewer pipe cleaning and unclogging. They are very professional, extremely reliable, very friendly, honest and caring.     I call up Drain Saver to see if they did pipe lining. The person I spoke to advised that I did not but he also listened to my issues and gave sound advice. He knew I was looking for something he didnt offer and still cared enough to listen and advise. Definitely going to use them the next time I need a plumber.

    I just had my second visit from Drain Saver in 9 years to unclog my drain. Again I am very pleased for the following reasons:1. They are large enough to respond quickly. I called at 8PM and wastold they would be here between 9 and 11 this morning. And theywere.2. I appreciate that they don’t sell special costly potions or upsell offersto keep my drains running.3. Brian and Walter were very friendly, cleaned up as they went along and didn’t leave until everything was perfect.4. They charged the amount they promised and cleared the clog from the sink to the main sewer pipe.A very boring report which is a welcome interlude to a backed up sink.

    I had a main sewer line problem. First, these guys came out quickly. Second, they cleaned out the main line from the house to as far as about 80 ft. It still didnt solve my problem. I have a cap that opens to the line in my front lawn, but I could not find it. I understood that they couldnt wait around while I looked for it, but when I finally found it the next morning, they graciously and promptly returned again and cleaned out the rest of the line from the cap to the sewer. While they were snaking, a sound came out sort of like a belch and low and behold my issue was gone! They were very nice guys and the guy I spoke to on the phone (forgot his name) was honest and very very courteous. All for one reasonable price. I am definitely going to call these guys for maintenance and drain issues again.

    Called Sunday night at about 9:30 pm after spending about 4 hours trying to clear a clog in the upstairs bathroom. Fernando said he would see me between 10 am and noon. At 9:40 am he called me and told me he was finishing a job and would be her before 10 am. He came and he and his friendly helper were finished about a half hour later and I was able to be on with my day with an unclogged upstairs bathroom. Dependable and professional service.

    Had an emergency when a backup in the main sewage drain from the house cause my toilet to erupt like Old Faithful. I called and they had a truck at my house in 20 min. Great service and had problem solved in no time

    Had a main sewer line backup and could not find the cleanout trap. I did not get the name of the two gentlemen but they were very nice and helpful. They first tried one of the vent pipes and was not successful. They didnt give up and they tracked down the main vent line at the ext of the house. They tried the vent line and Voila they heard the water was running. They cleared it. Also, they are extremely professional and respectful. One of the workers even took off his shoes and the other wore disposable booties when they were in the house. Great job.Never go with Roto Rooter.

    Fantastic! Although dispatch was a little cut-offish and didnt quote anything over the phone, the plumber Eric knows his stuff. He was in and out for my clog drain in minutes. The company backs their work and is very professional! If you need some work done, ask for Eric. Also. they are reasonably priced.
