I had a waste line back up today at my home in Rye Brook, NY and called Central Sewer. They arrived in about an hour. Two very nice, good to work with and easy to communicate with diagnosed the situation and resolved the problem. They were very conscientious about how best to deal with the situation and the equipment need with damaging carpets, wall, etc. I dont know what these things cost but I thought that their price was certainly reasonable for the work done and service provided. Also nice to support a local business. Highly recommend

Central Sewer did a fantastic job for me today; I am in a coop apartment and the super called them for me yesterday, and the rep, Warner, appeared timely, and was so friendly, polite, and detailed in his explanations of the problem (clogged bathtub & sink drain), and the solution. I was so relieved, and would highly recommend this company.

I had an urgent clog in my septic system so I called Central Sewer and left a message. They called me back immediately, came within a few hours and resolved my problem. They spent time with me explaining the issue that I had and how to avoid it going forward. I will use them again! Great service!!

I originally used Roto-rooter to scope and flush our main waste line, they were fine (we had Frank) but then they tried to up sell me on something called a “waste line liner” because I had some misaligned pipes with small roots growing in. It was advertised as a “do once and forget”with no real downside other than slightly constrained openings where those pipes were misaligned but when I asked Fernando from Central Sewer about it, he said the constrained openings will be a bigger issue because of the types of Toilet paper we use these days, it just doesn’t disintegrate. I will be going with Central sewer now if only because I can have piece of mind they aren’t constantly trying to upswell me on things that aren’t tried and true.
