    Eagle did an install on a new radon remediation system for us in our home. I found them incredibly professional, communicative, and friendly to deal with. The job was done on time and at cost. Our radon level went down my 90%, and what I loved most was they warranty their work... if, after testing, we werent below the WHO or EPA safe limit, they would have come back and added another vent to improve the systems performance. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend highly to anyone else.

    Eagle Environmental Inc. did a great job installing a new radon fan for our home. We had just moved into our new house and after a few months our radon fan stopped working. I looked at the information attached to our radon mitigation system and saw that it was installed by Eagle Environmental Inc. back in 1999. After seeing that the system had been working for more than 20 years, I made a call to Eagle to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment within two weeks, and it only took 30 minutes for Kevin from Eagle to go into the attic and replace the fan. Kevin answered all my questions about the new fan, our radon mitigation system and ways to maintain and monitor its effectiveness. Their radon mitigation system worked flawlessly from 1999 to 2021 and from the exceptional service I expect that it will continue to run flawlessly for many years to come. I highly recommend Eagle Environmental Inc. to anyone for installation or repairs to their radon mitigation system.

    When we purchased our house last year, our radon tested pretty high (18), so we got a mitigation system put in by Eagle. Did a great job at a reasonable price, and took it right down to a reading of 1, so we were happy with the job. But wait, theres more! We unexpectedly needed to sell our house one year later, and our buyers did a new radon test. It had creeped up to just a bit over the limit of 4, so we gave Eagle a call back. They cheerfully and enthusiastically backed up their guarantee, and installed an entire new pipe and 2 new fans FOR FREE to get us back under that 4 (and actually got it back down to 1). Not only that, but assured us that we were covered for life, including the new buyers of the home if they have any issues with the system. Wow did I call the right place. If we need radon mitigation again, we know exactly who were calling!

    Great experience. Our new house was built on ledge and the radon readings were beyond risky. Kevin, Bob, and Vinny worked tirelessly to mitigate, going over and beyond what was legally required. Three visits/mitigation tactics were required and each requested revisit was met without complaint. My strongest recommendation.

    If you are looking for Radon mitigation, look no further than Eagle Environmental, Inc. Life is already complicated enough so I enjoy when I can work with a contractor who is responsive, professional and provides a good value. After submitting a request for service, I was quickly reached out to and had an install date scheduled. The communication was great.The technician who arrived to perform the install was on time, early in fact, and very professional. He explained what each component was doing to rid the radon gas from the home and made sure that the location of install was satisfactory to me. The interior work took up minimal space. The exterior fan and piping looks professional and organized. The work was completed in 1 day and I was left with a pre-paid radon test kit to mail in post-install.After install, my new radon levels were at a 1. This was a huge decrease from the average level of 5.6 I was running.Thank You Eagle Environmental for a job well done, from start to finish.

    Eagle installed a new radon reduction system at a very competitive price. Vincent, the salesperson/installer was superb, far exceeding my expectations in professionalism, knowledge, communication, courtesy and attention to detail. Eagle was right! The system dramatically reduced radon in our home without the need to seal my sump pump pit! In the few weeks since installation, my radon level monitor shows the radon level is now below .40 EVERY day, with a weekly average of .32! Before the system installation, our 6-month average was consistently above 4.0, with spikes at times up to 13.0! My worries are gone. Woo hoo!

    We had a very good experience with Eagle Environmental for radon mitigation. Eagle came on site to help design a system for a multi-room basement. The on site visit was key for finding the ideal location that would fit with our home layout, look aesthetically pleasing, and have the highest chance of lowering radon in the basement areas we routinely use for long durations. Scheduling and installation were fast and professional. The technician took the time to try different fan sizes to minimize noise. Technicians were respectful, communicated well, and followed COVID safety protocols for the on site visit to design the system and during installation. Since the system has been operating radon has dropped to nearly undetectable levels throughout the basement, confirmed by my electronic detectors and the tests provided by Eagle. The fan cannot be heard from inside our home, other than right next to pipe in one room. The fan is nearly inaudible outside in our yard. The costs were lower at Eagle than other quotes that were provided without an on site visit. Overall, we are highly pleased with Eagles work.

    These guys are the best. After assessing our home, Eagle gave us a couple options for installing our radon mitigation system (where to put it so it wouldnt impose too much or cost too much). One of their teammates came out to install a couple weeks later, and completed the whole process in one morning (in the rain, bless him). They are clearly knowledgeable about what they do, and they made the whole process easy and hassle-free. We retested the radon a few days later and the problem is solved!

    Years after installation (September 2016) I randomly ran a radon test on our basement areas. Note: it is suggested that this be done every 2 years. The results came back above the stated acceptable levels for Radon. I called Eagle Environmental and left a message after hours and received a call the next morning (a Saturday!). After some initial remote trouble shooting it was quickly determined that a service call was needed. It was scheduled (less than 2 weeks forward) and executed on time (tech was actually slightly early) with zero hassle. They diagnosed the system, upgraded the attic fan to increase the vacuum pressure, left me another test to be run shortly thereafter. When I asked the pleasant + professional tech if they would be sending a bill he stated no, this is all covered under our warranty! Needless to say - a very pleasant surprise. Differentiated responsiveness and service in this day and age. Excellent work Eagle Environmental.

    Eagle Environmental installed a radon mitigation system in my house a couple weeks ago. John came out to look at my basement and very thoroughly and thoughtfully worked through several peculiarities of my basement, including a long crawlspace. He provided an estimate same day. Of the companies I contacted, Eagle was not only the low bid but they also were the best to work with (actually coming out to look at the basement, punctual about call backs, clarity in pricing).I scheduled to have the system installed a few weeks later. Kevin arrived on time and installed the system as planned and in the exact time frame he discussed. He was a nice guy to boot. Aside from the white piping in my basement and on the side of the house, you wouldnt know anyone was here.Prior to the system installation the radon in my basement averaged about 11 pCi/L. Within about 12 hours the radon readings dropped below 1 pCi/L and has not gone above since.

    We recently moved into a new (to us) house. Before radon remediation the average radon level in the house was 7.8pCi/L. We had a couple days where it was as high as 35! I was skeptical that this would work because underneath my house is sandy soil, not crushed gravel. I didn’t think we’d be able to move enough air to get the results I was hoping for. I’m VERY happy to say that I’m surprised with the results. In 12 hours the level went from 7.7 to 0.5 and has stayed there for 4 days. The staff at Eagle were really great. John stopped by in person to quote and answered all of my questions. Bob was really great with the install and left me with a clean home and yard. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

    Bryan came out to quote the job and Kevin did the installation a few weeks later. The job was exactly as quoted, both showed up on time and did a fantastic job. When my husband wanted to tweak the layout a little, they were very accommodating. Kevins install was excellent: the place was super clean when he was done; no dust, no mess & no debris left behind. The work was done as quoted and looked very professional. Highly recommend for radon remediation!

    We live in a townhouse condominium and are not allowed to make any modifications on the exterior, which is frankly, the easiest way for a radon mitigation company to do their job quickly. No problem at all! The owner John came to our home to do the evaluation and provide an estimate. He’s been doing this since the 90’s and knows his stuff! It was easy peasy and we booked our work for a couple weeks out. The technician, Bryan (whos also been doing this since the 90s!), arrived promptly at 8am, as scheduled and set to work. He was very professional and patient with me, a DIYer with a ton of questions. His work is impeccable. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was very nervous about the whole thing, especially since he had to go through several floors inside a couple of closets and my new hardwood floors. He was so accurate and efficient that I actually didn’t know he’d gone through the floors and ceiling until I saw the holes. They were neat, no jagged edges, no damage to the floors or ceiling. I was shocked – in the most positive way. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I’ll use them for any home I ever have and recommend them to everyone I know!

    Our situation was somewhat unique in that Eagle Environmental installed a radon mitigation system before we bought the house. This June, 5 years after we bought it, I discovered that the radon level has gone up to 4 pCi/L, borderline on passing safety code. I called and Kevin came, right on time. I told him in no uncertain term that I would be willing to get a new fan if it deems necessary. He spent 3 hours and fixed the problem, free of charge. He said thats because it is under warranty. While Kevin was at our house, he was super friendly, professional, and above all, knowledgeable and experienced. My wife was happy too, that Kevin was meticulous in cleaning afterwards.I would recommend Kevin without hesitation. In fact, I recently did just that to a neighbor.
