I had numerous issues that needed to be done in our new home. Builder didnt allow modifications until after closing. From assembly, repairs, disability modifications, tasks inside& landscaping theres nothing he cant do. Hes very honest if he believes that an expert should be consulted.     Joe is the best. He is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. He built out a man cave for me, added a new fence to our courtyard, and did various odd jobs around our house, like installing new interior doors, painting, installing various hardware. Well definitely be calling him again for future services.

    Had to have cooktop range hood replaced, they were right there to remove the old one and made extra effort to make the new one fit. A three inch gap above the hood was created by the size of the new hood and they skillfully set in a strip of stainless steel to create a finished professional job. Love it and super pleased with the company.

    If youre hesitant or not sure who to go with for whatever project or work you need...STOP! I can say with absolute certainty and from experience that being able to have Joe (and Sebastian) do it for you is 100% the absolute right decision. They recently did some framing and drywall work in my lower level. They were uber professional. Extremely clean. Always here when they said they would be and did outstanding work. Theyre also really nice people to make it an even better experience. Anything I have in the future, Lincoln will be my first (and hopefully last) call.

    So so pleased! Lincoln Home Services (Joe Z) came out to rehang 3 interior doors and install new hardware, refit a fireplace mantle, and repair my composite deck stairs and edge plates. The workmanship is excellent and Joe is very professional. Additionally, with my mantle project he made some terrific suggestions that actually helped me accomplish the look I wanted. Joe also tidied up the work spaces he was in and took the debris leaving my home clean and neat. High marks and I will definitely be calling again!

    Joe and his helper did such an excellent job repairing our house! It looks absolutely fabulous! We already have quotes for multiple jobs that we will only intrust in Joe! We totally recommend his services! Oh by the way, he fixed our walls and painted them in 1 day! And helped us put on our 65 inch TV back on the wall with total cleanup. They were amazing! Also, installed recessed lighting, electrical & regrouting our kitchen! They are amazing. I really am not happy about sharing them because if I could I would keep them on payroll just for us!! Lol.Update: Scraped & water proofed chimney. Installed our Ring system. Did some outside electrical.....Whatever you need they will fix it, install it or improve it!

    Highly recommend! Our basement was orange (which I despised), had a hole in the ceiling from a plumbing repair, and our ceiling fan didnt work. They came right out for a quote and we were on the books for less than 2 weeks out. The painting, drywall repair, and fan installation only took 3 days. I also work from home and it was as if I was home alone, it was so quiet!Everything looks fantastic now! I cant wait to enjoy our basement !     What an awesome experience working with the business owner Joe ! He promptly responded to my contact for an estimate for services. He arrived on time, he entered my home so respectful of my light colored carpet removing his work shoes, not a request of mine but I so appreciated the considerate gesture.     Joe was awesome! We had some issues with the drain plumbing under our kitchen sink. Even tho we are a little bit out of Joes normal area, he agreed to come do the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He replaced all of the drain plumbing and the bottom board of the undersink cabinet, plus found a few other issues down there and fixed them as well, all within the original estimate he gave us. We have a full bathroom remodel in the future and we will definitely contact Joe first when we are ready to pull the trigger on it. Thanks Joe!Update: It seems our old disposal vibrated all of Joes new plumbing loose! Joe came down and replaced our disposal and made sure everything was good to go now. He wanted to only charge us the cost of the disposal, but we paid some extra for his time as well. Well worth it!

    Highly recommend Lincoln Home Services. Joe came out and gave us an estimate to remove a bar in our basement, install flush mount lights and switches in a few rooms that had no lights, and ad Wi-Fi switches. His prices were very fair so we scheduled the work. He arrived on time, the work was done quickly and he made sure everything was set up for the Wi-Fi lights and switches prior to cleaning up of his tools and leaving for the day.     You don’t have to call anyone else but Joe!! Hired Joe and I’m so impressed with his work ethic and fair pricing. He does everything!!! I had and still have a list of to do’s and he is getting them all done. From a total redo of a bathroom, replacing light fixtures, cabinets, hardware, shower door etc. He does anything electrical and plumbing. He also has great ideas that are cost saving. He also installed a new light fixture in my kitchen and bedroom. He installed a curtain rod, new shower head in my main bathroom. He has installed a ring door bell system. He has installed new canned lighting in my lower level. I learned so much from him about what bulbs to use for good lighting. The list goes on and on. Joe is prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. He does it all!!! He is scheduled to replace my microwave that’s over my stove and repair some grouting in my kitchen and bath. I can’t wait until it’s all complete.     Lincoln Home Services did a great job fixing our single door fence gate and double door fence gate. The posts needed to be replaced since they were wobbly. They replaced the doors and made them structurally sound. Also installed a new drop latch system, gate hinges and concrete for the drop latches. Definitely would recommend them and would go back to them for any future fence work.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lincoln Home Services for an emergency/timely situation that required our rear entry doorway in our home be completely rebuilt. Joe and his team answered my request and began work the next day. Upon arrival, Joe and his team introduced themselves, explained their plans for the reconstruction, and asked my permission to carry out the job. They replaced the entire door frame, door, trim, and painted; all of which look and feel better than before. Two security doors were installed as well and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. I can attest to the quality/functionality of their work as they explained how and why they chose each step of their process; which I found to be very educational. Finances were discussed ahead of any work being performed and easily agreed to. I highly recommend Lincoln Home Services and will continue to contract with them for all my future projects.
