I have a 20 year old furnace and had multiple problems the week before and during Thanksgiving. Rons came out promptly and did a thorough job resolving the complcated issues and getting parts ASAP. I especially appreciated Matt coming out twice the day after Thanksgiving and perservering. He even asked me to text him Saturday morning to verify it was still running properly. I have used Rons for electrical work earlier this year also and was pleased.

Rons plumbing was highly recommended to me. They are very professional and easy to work with. Plumbing issues in my 1950s home were beyond previous plumbers capabilities. It did take a few visits to finally discover the root cause but I understand that possibilities have to be eliminated.Throughout the process they were also very considerate of my time and the cost of the services provided. They experts that did the work at my house were very friendly and respectful of working in my home and also patient and kind to my overly friendly pets.

An all-around great experience working with the people at Ron’s Plumbing HVAC & Electrical of Wells. We had a home remodel done to include new sinks, faucets, disposal and under cabinet plumbing work done. Timing was needed for complete disconnects and re-installs between new countertops being put in. All plumbing was done professionally and in a timely manner. When they left you did not know they had been there. Neat, clean and vacuumed!!!The start of our project involved the electricians from Ron’s. They always were checking on our timelines for our project. They showed up as promised and dove in! All were easy to talk with and asked me various questions on my installation preferences and gave me an educated opinion, which I appreciated. They too were very diligent about keeping things clean, before, during and after the project.Thanks to Brett and Andy, managers at Ron’s. Plus my thanks the guys who got there hands dirty for us on our project - Cory, Garrett, Jose, Keith and Travis. I just have to say how much we love Rons! We originally had them do our plumbing, and then our AC went out. At 9 months pregnant and almost 100° they really helped make us a priority! New unit is great and they were very speedy.

Hot water heater quit. 4pm called Rons, 4:30 2 techs were here. Put on 2 new thermostats, 4:50 they left. Talk about great service and sweet techs. With 100° Temps, man that warm shower was AMAZING. Thanx sooo much again. Youre the best!

I love this business!At first, our water heater quit working on us and my husband was able to call and talk to them. We were able to purchase the piece that was needed so my husband could fix it himself. While I was there, picking up the part, one of the staff talked to me. He was so helpful and friendly. We also chatted in a friendly manner for a while and during that time I learned that this company trained people to be bough electricians and plumbers, without any prior schooling. I love that they do this! They give back to our community by trying local people! I am so grateful to have a business like this in our community!! What an opportunity to be able to learn from experienced people like this.Secondly, we had some work done on our pipes because the main water shut off valve hasn’t worked since we moved in two years ago. They were very prompt and on time and they were also able to get me in very soon.Each of these times that I have talked to them, I have experienced very friendly and caring staff. I would recommend them to simply everyone I know in the area!

I highly recommend Rons!! Logan helped me out with my furnace and changed my thermostat - he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy as he explained each step of the process to me before he did it. Ryan explained the billing process over the phone and updated me on the dispatch, which was super helpful. Not to mention the fantastic marketing that brought me to Rons in the first place! 10 out of 10 all around service from Rons!
