    This was my first time using this company. Our technician, Steve, was outstanding!! Great service and very knowledgeable!! I ran into some freezing weather issues on my home and Steve came over that same day, provided courses of action and restored my home 1.5 hours later!!! definitely, recommend β€œThe Plumber” Service!! These pictures reflect his dedication to excellence in the job!

    We had a hot water line leak under the slab. We had contacted at least 4 other local and regional companies. One company that we were able to make contact with couldnt get to us for another four days and their quote was a minimum of $2K, no matter what repairs they did, then additional cost would be added as necessary.Kenny and his two helpers, Perry and Tommy were out the very next day after contacting them. They were about an hour later than the time estimate that we were given. Kenny explained to me how they were planning on repairing the problem without having to bust out the slab and repairing the leak, but would re-route the hot water line using PLEX Plumbing through the attic and down a wall to the kitchen faucet. He quoted a price of $1200 to $1400. I immediately told them to get to work. He and his helpers helped move a couple of items of furniture, some knick-knacks, and pots & pans, and immediately went to work. I was unable to be at the house the entire time they were here, but left a relative at the house to supervise and respond to any questions they might have. They did leave for a 20-30 minute period (probably to take a bathroom break). The entire job from the time they arrived until they left took about 3.5 hours. When I was able to return home later that day, they had replaced/repaired to the best of their ability the holes in the walls they had cut, cleaned and vacuumed the debris they had caused, and even replaced a large piece of furniture that had to be moved. Then I saw the bill that they left and they charged the lesser of the quote!I am well-pleased with their response time, time it took to repair the problem, and the price they charged for the repair. Any time that I am need of their services in the future, they will be the first company that we call.Great job guys, and thank you very much!

    Called Kenny a little after 1:00 due to a Hot water leak under my slab. They came in gave me a great option for our repair and were finished with the repair, without tearing up my floor before 5:00. Great Job. I’ll be recommending them !

    Great guys--Kenny and Steve. Fast, professional, friendly, and great pricing! He made it to our home in 15 minutes after we had a sewage backup. I hadnt even finished mopping up all the water before he arrived.

    Excellent! Steve was quick, amiable, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the situation and fix clearly, then proceeded to jump in and get the job done without the usual BS, delays, and fanfare. A real professional with a professional attitude! If there was a sixth star, I would select it. Such quality of service is rare and I recommend The Plumber without reservation.

    Jan 29, 2018Spoke with Kenny and he has a plumber on site within 20 minutes! Steve was fantastic. He went above and beyond what was needed and was extremely professional. I will call these guys without hesitation if I ever need a plumber again.

    It took two visits to get the issue resolved. I explained that the issue wasnt resolved and was told that it was our type of plumbing fixtures and 4 days later they came back to fix it properly.Sometimes the customer does know what theyre talking about.

    I would recommend using THE PLUMBER. Steve was friendly, prompt, professional and cleaned up after the job was finished. He even suggested how to take preventative measures so we dont have the same issue again. The service fee was half of what I anticipated and I was also surprised by the warranty given for the service done. Thanks for the super service!

    Had a main sewer line clog and called these guys and they had somebody out within a few hours and had it fixed within an hour of arriving. Great service, friendly guys, and fair pricing. Highly recommend
