Excellent company to work with! They are 1st class professionals. Highly recommended!!! We had a full kitchen renovation, tile flooring removed and new tile installed, bathroom shower installed, they knocked down a wall, ran electric, installed ceiling lights throughout the house and garage, installed garage sink, they installed crown molding, painted the entire house, changed out all the light switches, and many other things. Everything came out much better than expected. They made our 30 year old house look brand new and its absolutely beautiful!!!! Great prices, very good and fast work, and great management! We truly couldnt be happier. Theyre the very best!! Youll be very happy if you work with them.

Due to COVID, No vacation and housebound, we decided to make some home improvements. We called PMI. The BEST call I made in 2020. We started with soffit repair with rotted wood. The job was done beautifully. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I cannot name the workers unfortunately. George did a fantastic job.We then decided on improving our backyard with a patio. Once again, I didnt hesitate to call PMI. The crew that came out was really professional, courteous and did a BANG ON job. The patio is beautiful. Have had many positive comments about our patio. Needless to say with the 6’ distancing, it has been used quite often.Once the patio came to life, we HAD TO add the walkway getting to the patio. PMI again was called.The quality of work performed is incredible. The crews from PMI are always very nice, professional and knowledgable. They arrive on time and premises are left so very clean.We have also had the driveway, back lanai patio washed and sealed with PMI. Oh, and I toilet that my husband tried to put in (unsuccessfully) To the rescue PMI. VERY happy with the quality of their work. They offer competitive rates, high quality products and excellent workmanship.Thank you PMI...we will contact you once again for further projects. Thank you very much!Barb & Tom S

PMI remodeled my kitchen that was destroyed by a flood from a pipe burst. They helped me work with my insurance company, then helped me with numerous cosmetic options including widening a wall so that I could manipulate the layout of the kitchen. In addition to the cosmetics they offered me different ideas to consider with modern cabinets and the sink too. They were very accommodating and always updated me whenever someone was able to come earlier or later due to whatever else their crew was dealing with in the field.

This company replaced two gable vents that were no longer made. They did a perfect job. They communicated with us throughout the entire process of having to order the vents, etc. Honest to a point! 10 Stars!

PMI did a complete gut renovation for me. The scope of work included drawing up plans, obtaining the necessary permits, demolition, and construction. The work was very high quality and the costs were fair. We stayed within the agreed upon budget and time frame for completion of the project. They were professional and efficient and were very easy to reach to answer any questions or concerns. The whole experience was very positive and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
