    Our first visit with Dan was professional, and very thorough. He did a great job assessing what needed to be done and providing us a quote.The second visit was for the actual work and they sent Noah, James and Chris to tackle the job. The guys had everything done in just a couple hours. They even did some extra work, and saved us money from the original quote! What a pleasant experience. The guys were wonderful.We had another visit to run a line in the garage and they sent Shane and Noah again. The work was done super fast and efficiently. The line looks great and it was almost like they were never there! Always a good experience so far. Will recommend to friends and family.

    We have used Lockwood for 3 different projects now and every time I’m very impressed not only by the quality of their work but how reasonably they are priced. Dan came to our house last week to reroute wiring for our dishwasher installation and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Dan is knowledgeable, professional, and understanding.     This was my first time working with Lon Lockwood and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The office was easy to work with for scheduling and provided clear updates regarding arrival time. Dan H arrived when promised, was friendly and courteous (including answering 100 questions from my 4 year old), and did a great job explaining everything. He installed a flood light, provided some information about our current electric, and left a quote for future work. Highly recommend!

    We had the pleasure of dealing with Lon Lockwood Electric several years ago. We were impressed and happy with their service then and impressed and very happy with them now.We had three ceiling light fixtures replaced.     Today was the first time I used Len Lockwood Electric. I doubt I will ever call another electrician again! I needed a estimate for some work and called; I had an electrician here in 30 minutes. Dan spent about an hour here and exploring all the options available for the job. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and walked me through all the pricing for our requests.

    Lockwood did an awesome job solving my issues. I had flickering throughout the house and Dan came out and diagnosed a loose neutral and circuit panel box in need of dire repair. Chris and Noah updated my meter and replaced my panel within a week (one day job). All three techs were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My wife especially appreciated the booties they wore to keep the floors clean. Everything was explained and they answered every question I had. 10/10. 5 stars.

    Dan at Lon Lockwood Electric was awesome. I called about an issue with a recessed light and an old junction box. They told me to make a wish list so I did. I had around 8 items on the list. Dan fixed everything on my wish list in the same visit except the recessed light which needed parts ordered. I had a follow up appointment scheduled right there. Dan was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and highly skilled! He did everything so fast and even swept up some minor saw dust on my counter. The company communicates well and has great customer service. They even text you a photo and short bio about your service technician before they arrive.     Chris and the team did an amazing job. The outside service has never looked so good. Plus they cleaned up all the wires in my basement which was unexpected and barely needed. They are professional, personal and knowledgeable. I was not looking forward to this expense, but felt very good about having it done once they finished. No regrets in selecting Lockwood for my electrical repairs. Highly recommend.

    I will absolutely recommend Lon Lockwood Electric to my family and friends with confidence.I called Lockwood after losing power to a # of outlets in my house, and not being able to figure out what the culprit was. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as a compromised outlet which I hadnt accounted for in my investigations. They proposed two solutions, both involving running a dedicated circuit to my garage where the issue was stemming from. There was no pressure to choose one option over the other, just the pros and cons for each. They came back a few days later to complete the job once we selected which route we wanted to go.     Everyone here was absolutely fantastic to work with -- from the office staff to the 3 field techs, everyone was accommodating and super easy to talk to. I will 100% be using them again for any other electrical work and already talked them up to my coworkers!I primarily spoke to Jess at the office when I scheduled, and she was great. When I scheduled the service initially, she ended up calling me back about an hour later to reschedule it later in the week instead of 2 weeks out -- which I was super appreciative of and jumped for.Shane did our initial estimate and was super thorough, gave us a couple of estimates all at once which was nice; he was very straight forward and explained what we should need done in detail. He answered all the questions we had and pointed out a few things we should be aware of in the future as well.Nic & Cameron were the techs that replaced our 50 devices (various types of outlets and switches/dimmers) and they showed up on time, worked quick and thoroughly. I work from home and they were very aware of noise and giving me a heads up when my office power would be off. They were also conscientious about the cats and other animals in our home, which is a huge relief.

    It’s embarrassing to consider how, throughout my 40 years of home ownership, I have cheaped out on electrical repairs. Working with the professionals at Lon Lockwood, especially electrician Dan H (the man), made it obvious that trying to spend the least on electrical repairs winds up being even more costly. They assess your situation, and more importantly, use their expertise to understand what is going on with much greater skill and comprehension. Dan did a masterful job of identifying problems, solving the issues at a reasonable price and then providing additional insight into potential problems and solutions to fixing them. Don’t bother looking for other electricians you found the best!

    Dan was very helpful. He quickly diagnosis the problem with our dining room light as a bad switch and gave us choices for the switch he installed to fix it. He didnt hesitate when asked if he could also install the closet light we purchased to replace the one with a broken pull chain. Weve used them in the past, and will continue to use them in the future!

    I cannot say enough how happy I am with Lon Lockwood Electric. I needed service ASAP and they were there. Every step of the way the staff were so kind and courteous.     I contracted with Lon Lockwood Electric to update the recessed lighting in my kitchen (it was time to leave 1994 behind). First of all, the company was super easy to work with and they are very responsive in terms of making appointments and alerting the customer when the technicians will arrive.     They did good work. Nick and another service tech. came to a home I am rehabbing and did a 200 amp service upgrade. The inside of the new box was neat and clean. They also terminated the power from the line to the house at the weather head and reestablished the power once they were done. I also had other general electrical question about the box and running wire through a home, of which they were glad to answer.

    The team arrived promptly and listened well to the requested work. We discussed various options for how to ruin the wire and place the new outlet. They presented an option I had not considered that was easier to install and aesthetically pleasing. The work was complet and neat.We also received two quotes for future work, which also involved discussing installation options and an electrical inspection.Great to work with and great work.9/26. Nick and Noah came to do the future work mentioned above. Great job and we love our new lighting. It was very helpful to hear from both of them about the lighting the did in their own homes and what they might change now as well as what other customers have done. They were amazingly able to keep things clean throughout the work which is nearly impossible when cutting dry wall.We liked the approach of placing paper on the ceiling to confirm location before cutting. We made adjustments from this dry run.Of particular note was Noahs lengthy stay in the hot attic while he and Nick worked together to drill a hole into the internal wall header and route the wire. This avoided cutting extra holes in the ceiling or wall that would have to be patched.Definitely will use Lon Lockwood again if we have another electrical need.

    We had an emergency power outage and had lost service the entire night. I called Lon Lockwood late and they took all my information. Called me at 7:30 the next morning and was here by 8:00. Shane and his technicians did an excellent job and got our meter moved, new panel box installed and wiring replaced from storm damage. We also got a generator outlet installed for our future purchase. We were totally satisfied with the quality and professionalism of their work.     Dan is an outstanding electrician representing Lockwood Electric! He beautifully installed a porch light into the ceiling of our front porch and it is perfectly hung. After our initial appointment which was just a consultation, we received a hand written thank you and a bag of sunflower seeds to plant! Such a thoughtful, small gesture for a company to take the time out to thank their clients. This was before we even had any work done!Chris Reibert was an outstanding and incredibly helpful technician. We needed a new electrical outlet added for a pool heater. When Chris came out for the initial consultation appointment he suggested and drew up two different set ups to incorporate adding an on/off switch for our filter, and then an on/off switch for the heater and the pool light in addition to the outlets for both. The former install was done on a piece of plywood board which looked cheap. Chris took the board off the house and really made things look great for the new set up (just needs a little power washing and itll look brand new)! Chris was so professional and helpful in explaining how everything was going to work. He even went out of his way to make sure once the heater was delivered that he came over to look at the electrical connections to make sure he had everything ordered correctly for when he came to install!     The underground electrical service to our house had to be replaced and I called several electrical contractors to get quotes. I chose Lon Lockwood and I’m glad I did! Dan came out to my house within hours of calling them and I found him very professional and thorough. The job was completed on schedule, on cost, and I think their work was of excellent quality in less than ideal weather conditions. The grading work after installation was also excellent. They had to remove part of a rock wall to replace the cables and to my surprise, they even put the rocks back into position! The job was a little more expensive than other contractors but well worth it. I would highly recommend Lon Lockwood!

    Chris installed an interlock switch on my Breaker panel box and a receptacle for my generator cable. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. He even took off a sizable sum from the estimate because of less labor since I had the cable receptacle installed inside my garage right under the breaker panel. And I even used a coupon that Lockwood had sent me a while ago to reduce it even further. After installation we hooked up and started the generator and he showed me how to use the interlock switch.     One Sunday evening back in Sept 2018 we had a small fire in our panel box. Being a Sunday we were having difficulty finding an electrician to come out, luckily we stumbled up Lon Lockwood Electric who was our saving grace as the owner, Lon, came right out to assess the situation. He set us up so we would have limited power until his team could come out to replace our service. Shortly thereafter our service was replaced and we were so pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable, and competent staff that we had them rewire all our outlets and switches. A few years later we had Chris come out to replace our ceiling fan - again the service was impeccable. Chris (and Ryan) have since been out 2 more times, 1st to add an outlet for our coffee nook and again to replace our kitchen can lights. Both times they were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They even left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. We swear my Lon Lockwood and are 100% satisfied with all the services received. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of electrical need.

    This company is hands down the best of the best. from the moment the receptionist answered my call to finishing the job in its entirety, the job was done 100% within 5 days including the weekend. upgraded my electrical service panel from 100A to 200A, rewired with pristine craftsmanship and specific detail, replaced old weather head power with new professional grade conduit, moved old meter from inside to outside in new meter box, ran new 600V rated line feed from pole to new box, labeled all new breakers and traced every circuit to detail. this was a pure relief and joy to witness these guys work with such professional workmanship. they were all extremely courteous and respectful every step of the way.     Chris notified me ahead of time that he was on his way with a profile picture so I could know for certain he was the electrician performing the work. Chris was courteous, respectful, professional and thoroughly explained everything. I had a unique situation with a temporary pool and a permit requirement from the town I live in. He worked through the situation by calling the town building inspector and an electrical inspector. This electrician knows his business and was more than willing to go over what he found and had it repaired quickly.
