Derek and Cole with DRI Construction did an outstanding job on our major home renovation that was completed 8-23-24! They replaced our west side windows, renovated both bathrooms that included demolition of the 1994 cave man shower, replaced the flooring for the entire house with a nice, wood-looking, Luxury Vinyl Plank, removed wall paper, painted our bathroom and laundry room cabinets, closets, window seals and doors, replaced all the countertops, and put up 8 new ceiling fans. Their plumber installed a new gas tankless water heater and removed 2 old gas heaters. They are the best, most thoughtful, and hard working General Contractors we have ever dealt with. They followed up with every concern we had and paid close attention to detail. When wrapping up the project, they even fixed some minor things that were not in our contract, free of charge. Their subcontractors were very professional and experienced. We highly recommend them!

We had some upgrades done on our home from our free estimate to the finished product was a pleasent experience. Whether you need an upgrade, revamp or full build.. they are your go to; From concreate/dirt work to roofs, and everything in bewteen!Insurance claims.. no problem! Theyve worked along side adjusters for over a decade. I refer everyone I know to DRI Construction! They are the best!

Derrick, Randy and their crew have done repairs for me on several occasions, including on my roof, repaired, sealed and painted the exterior of my home, repaired internal ceiling board and dry wall...basically, they have done everything I have needed. Their crew is professional, respectful and on time! Some of my jobs have taken several days and the crew cleaned up every day. There is no higher recommendation that I can give, except to say that when I need any additional repairs or construction, DRI Construction will be my first call!

I highly recommend DRI Construction!!! My house was new and I needed to have some painting done is several rooms. Derek Davidson and his team were in and out like a flash. They not only did a fantastic job! They cleaned up like it was their own house. I couldnt be happier and will use them again this next summer when I want some additional work done.

No concern or problem went unsolved.Randy Davidson, the owner, also was on the jobsite many times to insure customer satisfaction.I would definitely use DRI Construction again without hesitation. I needed a wall closed in to make an office out of a flex room in our home. I am so grateful that I contacted DRI Construction. Within two weeks, the wall was built, the french doors installed, the drywall textured and painted, and I was in my new office! I couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. They kept me informed of when I could expect various aspects of the project to be finished and they provided me with their cell phone numbers so I could ask questions via text. And, now that theyve been done for a couple of weeks, I keep looking at what they did and am amazed at the attention to detail that they put into my project. Bottom line: great people, great experience, great work, very happy customer!

Wow! Incredible! Fabulous! These are a few words I can use to describe my experience with DRI Construction.I contacted Derek on the recommendation of a mutual friend for the exterior remodel of my little place at the lake. We met, measured, discussed and one day later I had a bid in hand that I was very comfortable with. Within a week there was activity taking place and my house was being transformed into the vision I had. The construction crews were friendly and kept everything neat and tidy throughout the process. Derek, Chris and Justin kept me informed, provided daily updates, sent pictures and answered every phone call or text promptly. They handled changes and an extremely picky customer with expertise and grace. Not once did I feel that I wasnt the most important customer they had. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. I cannot give enough praise and highly recommend DRI Construction to anyone looking for honest, reliable and exemplary contractors.Derek, Chris, Justin and everyone else involved in giving Hakuna Matata a ginormous makeover, Thank You! DRI just completed the task of remodeling a part of the master bedroom to convert a small closet into a larger closet with custom shelving. My experience was 100% positive! My foreman was Rick. They did the work while I was away from home, and he called and texted me with updates and made sure I was satisfied with the project as it progressed. They also finished ahead of schedule! I have no complaints and wont hesitate to contact them for any future projects.

Our last project was a partial bathroom remodel that took place at the end of summer last year. Chris Moore was the project manager and he did a great job keeping everything on track and keeping us informed. We have a list of more projects that we plan on using them for.

We suffered a significant water loss to our kitchen due to a line rupture in our dishwasher. We had a large project on our hands!! Derek, Phyllis and Rick were fantastic. From communicating with our insurance company, processing paper work and coordinating the reconstruction everything was very smooth! All the crews and contractors were timely, friendly and clean. They talked us through all the processes and made sure we were satisfied the entire time. We are so thankful for everyone at DRI for helping us get put back together again!!! We will absolutely use them in the future for other projects!!

My father is a retired contractor of 40 years and my step father is an electrician, I grew up on job sites, so my expectations and standards going into this project were very high. I am delighted to say DRI construction far exceeded my expectations and delivered on their word. Chris, Pedro, and Pedros nephew (whose name I didnt catch) did a fantastic job removing a load bearing wall that spans my living room and kitchen and installing a beam to support my second floor. Phyllis and Chris were incredibly professional and efficient in scheduling my estimate and project from start to finish as well as following up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the result. Randy and Chris surveyed the site before starting, during, and after completion to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done correctly and as promised. Pedro and his nephew even stayed late until almost 8pm to ensure the job was completed in the time frame promised. Pedro also asked me to inspect his work to ensure it met my expectations and I was satisfied every step of the way. Chris deferred all final cosmetic or optional decisions to me during the process with patience. The team worked diligently and took the time to stop and clean up in between parts of the project to ensure I was not left with a giant mess at the end. They also paid attention to my household items (wrapping them in plastic) and my floors (making sure to pick up fallen debris and screws and not step on them and dent/scratch the flooring). They also opened all available doors and windows during construction to air out the dust as much as possible (being OCD I truly appreciated this). Their eye for detail was immaculate and their work ethic was astounding. I will be recommending DRI to all of my friends and family for future projects. Thank you DRI!

I seriously have no idea how anyone from Weatherford up to the Metroplex could use anyone else but DRI Construction for home remodeling needs! We used them when we first moved to Weatherford (moved walls, paint, texture, flooring, plumbing-it was a BIG job) & they delivered on every level. Incredibly professional, great communication, and the individuals they hire are masters in their field of expertise. I recently recommended them for a client I represented on the purchase of a home in Irving and ONCE AGAIN . . . first quality work, even though this was a much smaller job. This is the crew for you!!

Its hard to find great construction companies these days. This is not the case DRI construction. They were amazing! Communication with the project managers (Chris and Randy) was top notch. They called me and kept us in the loop through the entire process. The job went so smooth without a glitch. They started on time and finished a day earlier than expected. DRI Construction remodeled two of our bathrooms with walk in showers. They also had the task of removing popcorn ceilings, re.texturing and painting. They also changed our HVAC system to meet our needs. What an amazing company with exceptional quality work. All aspects of our construction exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to having them do our kitchen remodel next.

The work done by Davidson Reconstruction is top notch! They replaced the shingles on our roof and it looks so nice now. Very soon after we called a Davidson Reconstruction representative came out to give us the estimate on the roof replacement. Once we approved the estimate they quickly scheduled a crew to come out and do the work. On the scheduled day, they started early - around 7:30 am. They removed and replaced the shingles on our roof all in the same day. We asked them to replace the whirlybird vent with a solar powered vent, and also the shingles on a small storage building (all a part of the original estimate) which they also did in the same day. They put tarps down to catch the nails and old shingles and to protect plants.They ran a magnet around when finished to pick up stray nails. The project manager and the company owner stopped by several times throughout the day to be sure everything was going well. I couldnt be more pleased with the work done. We will definitely use them again.

Reliable! I looked up the word, reliable in the dictionary, and it stated, Davidson Reconstruction. Okay, it didnt really, but it might as well have, as the definition for reliable was, consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted, which, for me, is synonymous for Davidson Reconstruction. High quality, personable, professional, pleasant, prompt, and the list of great qualities continues. They actually have done jobs of all shapes and sizes on residential homes we manage. I dont think there is any job beyond there scope of experience!

Great company, very helpful and accommodating. They helped us get our property landscaped, installed gutters, leveled and screened in our porch with a custom screen door that my wife loves. This was not an easy project as i had the deck built years ago and they had to fix all of the things we did wrong, but they made it happen and were very professional. DRI Construction is a great and reliable company! We hired them last month to put a 30 beam in our house and take down a wall so we could have an open concept. Their work was very efficient and completed ahead of schedule! They have great customer service and really work with you on making your dream into a reality. We loved the fact they did multiple walk-throughs before and after the project was complete. They verified everything before beginning and then making sure everything met their standards, your expectations, and the contract after the work was complete. We feel very confident in recommending their work to friends and family! We plan on using them again for multiple jobs in the future.
