I’ve hired Hart HVAC and Electric for three years to service the HVAC for my home. Most recently, I hired them to install dampers in my ductwork in order to even out the airflow in the house. The work was excellent, quick, and fairly priced. I find that their service technicians are highly competent and knowledgeable about their trade. Because of their competency, knowledge, and fair pricing, I have every intention of continuing to do business with Hart HVAC and Electric.

Our technician was Justin. He arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced himself to me and we visited about the system and any concerns we had with the unit. Justin conducted the PM review for our system. He provided information as to items to maintain our system in good working order. He had the part on the truck, he made the update to the system, changed the filter and taped the unit. Justin did a great job in explaining the pm service. The entire experience was first rate.

EJ, Shawn, and Caleb arrived promptly and were all very friendly and personable. They went over our issues, explaining what they were going to do along with concerns. They began their work, including being in a hot re very knowledgeable and finished fairly quickly. They repaired and fixed everything, and my wife is going to be thrilled. I am extremely happy with the service and everyone I have spoke with at Hart, I guarantee they will be the first folks that we call if we need them again. I had a great experience with this company. My rental property (with tenants) continued having problems with a very old HVAC system, so I interviewed several companies for a system replacement. They came in with the best price and installed a TRANE!! Other bids were offering other low grade systems but still higher in the bidding process. They had a team of 3 when they showed up. They were on time, professional, and from start to finish made it look easy and seamless. Cleaned everything up and took great pride in their work, it really showed. Other companies said 8+ hrs minimum, they had it completed in 6 hours. They showed me final product, warranties, thermostat info and how the system works, along with having safety shutoff valves that would prevent water damage if something did go wrong in future. I’m blown away at their bid and work ethic. Although, I’m not currently living at this property, they assured me, they will get here if I ever need them! Do yourself a favor. At least get a quote from them, ( if you have to go through this process). They have earned my trust and saved me a ton of money.-Julie

HART HVAC & ELECTRIC IS AWESOME!!! We have used them for years. For the past few years, HART HVAC has been out to work on our 19 year old AC units too many times to count. They’ve replaced worn out part after worn out part to save us from having to get new units. We finally decided to get our main AC/heat unit replaced. Robby, Luke, Bailey, Dan & Owen spent all day working their tails off to get this install done. Our attic opening is about 2’ x 2’ so they had to completely disassemble the old unit to get it out and completely disassemble the new unit to get it in the attic! Then they had to put it all together in our hot attic all while climbing over & through a maze of rafters and roofing braces. The whole HART HVAC team is wonderful! They are always professional, courteous and hard working. The office staff, especially Maryanne, keeps you posted on when the techs will arrive and everything. These guys even vacuumed their mess before they left! If you need AC, Heat or Electric done, HART HVAC is the best choice. Thank You HART HVAC & Electric!!!

On 9/4 my wife and I came home from the Texas Rangers game and it was 86 in the house and 100 outside. We immediately knew something was wrong. I didn’t know who to call just looked online and contacted 2 companies and one was Hart HVAC. They called me early the next morning and came out in the afternoon. Jimmy spoke to my wife and told her about the repair/replace possibilities and he was very sincere and wanted to tell everything to make the decision easier. My wife was impressed with Jimmy’s ability to answer all questions and there was no pressure either way. We scheduled our appointment for Friday and it was tough to think about people being in your house all day because you never know who those people will be. Are they trustworthy? Well the minute I spoke with Walker and Logan I was at ease. They were so professional yet personable and talked to me and told me throughout the process how it was going when they thought it would be done and it was HOT 🥵. However they all had great attitudes and were upbeat when they could have acted less than happy with all that heat. I was so impressed with all three of the gentlemen that came for the install but I have to say Walker and Logan stood out! I would recommend them to anyone that had an AC issue. Your company did an A1 job on my full AC replacement and I will not forget that! As a company with employees like Walker, Logan and Jimmy I don’t think you can go wrong!!I wish there was more I could do to thank them but if you have any reward for excellence professionalism work ethic and customer service they are well deserving. We were AMAZED with the level of care and professionalism from HART.We made the call at 8:00 am, and told them our AC went out overnight. In that call, the got our phone numbers (my wife and mine), and email addresses. When there was a new update to our service status, we both received texts and emails.We got a text at 8:50 saying a tech was 30 minutes out. He showed up at 9:17. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes (a capacitor), and he had a matching unit on his truck. He took pictures the entire way; a pic of the old unit in his hand, and a pic of the new unit in place. Then he went to draw up the paperwork.He offered us enrollment into their yearly maintenance program, and we said yes, because we were so impressed up to that point. It took him longer to do the paperwork because of the maintenance program, than it took to solve the problem.Throughout, Bryan was friendly and cordial.Bryan left at 10:27. From the time he was on site until he left was an hour and ten minutes. As stated, it was only that long because he had to fill out paperwork. If he hadnt, it would have been less than thirty minutes.In the afternoon, we got a call from HART, asking how everything went. We already have our fall service appointment set up, and we have plans to have them out for a more advanced procedure next February, also already scheduled.We searched best HVAC in Springtown, and we can assure you, HART absolutely is the best. These folks treated us with kid gloves and charged a VERY reasonable service charge. We woke up with visions of dropping a mortgage payment, and it turned out to be about the cost of two nice meals out, or one meal if you like cocktails with dinner. Youd be happy about it, too!I cant recommend them enough.

After being denied by our home warranty company for the claim, we decided to use Hart HVAC to complete the work. We had our AC unit installed by another company two years ago. Saturday it was 104 degrees and our unit it would not turn on. That other company said it would be at least Monday pm before they could get to us.We called Hart HVAC and they had Curtis here within the hour.the problem was a simple fix. The drain line was clogged. The company that installed it did not install a clean out plug. Curtis cleaned the line a showed me how to rectify the problem while he oversaw my effort. We are so BLESSED TO HAVE CONTACTED HART HVAC ESPECIALLY MEETING CURTIS. Our AC quit. We have a Generac generator that is attached to the AC unit. So after much research with the Hart technician and the Generac technician, it was decided that an AC board was old and that the sautering was cracked and working intermittently. Hart figured everything out and sent a technician to temporarily fix it while the new board was ordered. Upon arrival of the board, a technician promptly arrived to replace it. This company is concerned that you are satisfied in every way. I’m very happy to recommend them.

This place is amazing. Justin was a straight shooter, told us what we needed and what to plan for. He didn’t try and strong arm us into anything and made simple recommendations to help us fix our problem of a leaky air unit. They rescued us during last summers heat wave when our home warranty company, American Home Shield, couldnt find someone to help us and left us hanging. The technician they sent, whose name I am sorry I cant recall, was amazing. Patiently explained everything he was doing to a young man he appeared to be training as he got us up and running and cooling down from the heat. Fast forward to this week when we thought the fan motor had gone out during the night and I called HART HVAC around 7:45 AM to report it. Put me right onto their tight schedule and by 3:30 PM, Justin and a fellow technician came and had us cooling down from 89 degrees within 45 minutes! As soon as the part was available Hart sent out a technician, Lauren, who was exceptionally professional & managed to swap out the old motor & install the new one even though the unit is over a bathtub! Lauren was extremely careful about the new tiles and fixtures in the just-renovated space. Very happy customer here!

I cant say enough good things about Hart Services. The company kept in constant contact about when our technician will be available, with constant text and calls of when he would be in route, and in the area. Cody was our technician, he was very professional and explained everything in detail, with alternative suggestions. He is very trustworthy and fixed our issue in a matter of 15 minutes. I was afraid I had to replace my whole AC unit because it is an older unit and Cody assured me it was just a part that needed replaced with a resealable price. My AC is working just fine. I highly recommend Hart Services and I will be using them again if need be.

If you want a company of honest people at a reasonable price, go with Hart! During the summer our AC went out and it was after hours for most all businesses. I remembered seeing a few social media posts about Hart and decided to call. The tech was out in 20 mins. He had our AC blowing cold in 15 mins. He was professional, knowledgeable, very personable and the price was way less than we thought it would be. Decided to get set up with the maintenance plan. It gives you discounts on repairs and parts and they check your system twice a year in the spring and fall. Curtis was just by for our fall maintenance and he was the same technician that was here before. Took him no time to check our system and even helped me with another issue we were having that isnt related to the HVAC system. Hes funny and I felt at ease having him here. I dont think well use another company as long as we live in Parker County. If youre on the fence, Ill help you out. CALL THEM AND LET THEM HELP. Youll be happy you did.

Robert was awesome! Repair was very timely in a very busy time. I highly recommend this company and Robert2nd update. - we had to have the unit replaced and Hart did a great job. In and out in 4 hours, cleaned up everything like they weren’t even here. New unit rocks and the follow up has been fantastic. We are going to replace the second unit with Hart as well.3rd update - Jay came for our winter maintenance. So professional and courteous. Love Hart and highly recommend this organization.

Even with some minor set backs they stayed on site until the work was complete.There was very solid follow everyday since. First, with the final tech to complete final setup. second, with the repair team for some errors made during installation. Third, from the main office to ensure we have been taken care of.We have had a working relationship with HART HVAC for a few years now and would recommend them for any job.
