Rathbone Electric exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an electrical issue at my house, and they were able to come out on short notice, which I truly appreciated. From the moment they arrived, the crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. Everyone I met was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing, which made me feel completely at ease.Mr. Rathbone, in particular, was fantastic to work with—he clearly runs a great team and prioritizes top-notch service. It’s rare to find a company that’s both personable and professional, and Rathbone Electric really delivers on both. I’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future electrical needs. I was having trouble with my breaker box as some outlets kept tripping. I called Rathbone Electric, Inc. and the owner Ken sent someone out right away. I live in Flatrock. Great diagnosis and they fixed the issue. Next year when I save up some money, Ill get a Generac from them. I recommend this company.
