    Martzs has done a few jobs on our home over the last couple of years. They are reliable, reasonable and professional. Just today, they fixed what could have been a very messy issue in our laundry room. Duffy, their technician, was ontime, professional, made the repair and left the room at least as clean as it was before he arrived. My wife and I both recommend Martzs without reservation.

    Just had Martz plumbing come to house for a backup problem.. let me tell you all this this guy was amazing to work with not only was he friendly and professional.. very informative and patient explaining things..     Martz is always responsive when we have an issue. I wish it was planned visits but usually some sort of an emergency. They’re friendly, helpful and professional. Truly appreciate their business. Every technician we’ve had come out was very friendly and never talked down to me. Explained the situation, offered solutions within our price range and made the repairs in a timely manner.     Wow! What a laudable business model: Give the customer an estimate as to what the plumbing task might cost and then stick to that cost. We had a faucet replaced. They gave us an estimate and time/day that they could do the job. They showed up exactly on time, did a wonderful job, and provided us with an invoice that exactly matched the estimate. Justin was very amicable and professional. After retiring to the area 20 years ago, we have finally found our plumber!!!Denny Sirbaugh

    Ryans quick thinking and utmost concern for helping the customer (me) allowed him to get a furnace part delivered early that would have otherwise taken until at least Monday. Really saved us from an extremely cold, uncomfortable weekend in my house! This is the type of above-and-beyond customer service typical of Martz and the reason I have relied on them exclusively for nearly 15 years.

    We have used Martz since 2006. They are 100% on time which is unusual for most service providers. They are knowledgeable about their products and do quality work. They are also very professional every time they have been in our house and leave the space very clean. Jason and team were nice to work with. Will continue to have them help us in the future.

    Called a plumber to fix my only toilet and was told one week wait time. I called Martz and had someone at my door in less than an hour. He was very professional and tidy and didnt leave a big mess for me to clean up. I am beyond pleased with Martz and will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!

    I was out of town when the heater stopped working and my wife called Martz. They were at the house quickly (1st thing in the morning) and found an electrical problem with our controller. It was resolved within 45 minutes of their arrival and we had heat!Awesome!

    The gentleman that came to my rental was so kind and thorough. I was told Wednesday and he was at my door promptly at 9 am. He fixed the leak in less than 30 minutes! He noticed a little piece of dirt that came off his boot and picked it up! I told him not to worry about it, but he was concerned 😀 My son enjoyed watching the process and he was so patient with him. Professional and amazing service! 💯 Recommend

    I am THRILLED with Martz! My parents mobile homes hot water heater sprung a leak in the hose at the top and we had water and steam going EVERYWHERE ... I called Martz, they were there within half an hour and fixed the problem in 20-30 minutes. Our technician was amazing. Kind and patient and explained everything. Best of all the price was very reasonable. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs from now on! I could not be more pleased. In Waynesboro PA They are the ones to call!

    Just had this team install new ac and heatpump. Had many estimates and these guys came in the best all round with the same equipment as others. We decided to use martz and they had our install done within the same week! Ive never used martz before but Id recommend this company for great customer service and timley clean install!

    Zach came out to work on my expansion tank and check out my water heater. He was great and explained to me what the expansion tank was and went over the condition of my water heater and what to look/signs that my water heater could be going bad in the future. He recommended a product that will alarm me if my water heater starts to leak. He also fixed my toilet that had an issue that came about the night before his appointment. He is was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Martz is a great company with great staff that I would highly recommend!
