I have used this company several times over the last few years and have no complaints. They are responsive in scheduling and always get me in pretty quickly. This latest time, they were even able to come a day or two early, which I appreciated. The workers have all been courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

After dealing with other companies that either didnt answer their phone, or didnt return calls, or didnt show up when scheduled, we called Cox plumbing early one morning, got a call back a couple hours later, and scheduled the work for mid-day. Two guys showed up on time, and the work was completed that same day. TOPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My old plumber and well drilller retired. Woke up Nov 8 with no water; Found cox and called about 6:30 am. A very nice lady called back about 7:30, Explained no water and no leaks and appealled for help. Amazingly 2 trucks with 2 guys pulled into my drive. Showed them the setup and went back to drinking coffee. They pulled pump, tested flow, added chlorine tabs as requested , and added a needed larger pump, By early PM paid bill while with 2nd pot coffee, and off they went.These guys are real professionals with a very high level of knowledge and competence. as a beekeeper, gifted them all a jar of my fine raw honey to say thank you.

Cox provided same day service with professionalism! Customer service was great. Service team was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend. Installed a new garbage disposal, fixed toilet that was not flushing properly and installed a new kitchen faucet. Provided trouble shooting for dishwasher that would not fully drain. Will definitely use Cox Plumbing again! Thanks for the great service.

Weve had several plumbers come over the years for the same plumbing problem. No one ever actually fixed it, only made it slightly better (still backed up, had to use a bucket to catch water when we did laundry). Cox came within a couple of days of my inquiry within 1/2 an hour of the time they said they would come, and fixed the two plumbing issues weve been dealing with in about an hour. Im very happy with the service I received and would recommend them.

Absolutely the best experience with a contractor in my life! Our water line from the road had a huge leak. Bucky Cox was out quickly to look at the problem. Ryan Campbell was the lead on our job. He was excellent. He kept us informed all the way. Roy, Harlan, Brett, Logan and a few more I’m sure I’m missing, were respectful and great workers. I highly recommend this company! Virginia was on top of organizing and communicating.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! They came highly recommended from family and they did not disappoint. They responded quickly to our service call for a burst pipe and provided superior customer service to get our water back on soonest. Everyone that we dealt with from the office staff to the technicians to the supervisors have been absolutely top notch! Their work was high quality and very competitively priced. At no point in their service did they ever try to sell us on anything that we didnt need...unlike their competitors. Theres absolutely no doubt that they will be our first call for any future needs!

Talk about panic the evening before Thanksgiving when you are supposed to be hosting the next day. I called 4-5 plumbing places and Cox was the only one to call back and came out that night to fix the repair! We cant thank them enough and are extremely pleased with the services provided!

Cox Construction and Plumbing is superb. There is a willingness to go out of their way in terms of customer service. I had a water filter tank leak on a Friday at 3:30. Virginia and the serviceman were amazing in getting my problem resolved before close of business and a weekend. Im so grateful to them.
