    From the moment we met Sam we knew our project would be excellent. It far exceeded our expectations and we are in awe of his process and professionalism. We had two bathrooms that needed to be done. They were stuck in the 1980s with blue and almond showers and linoleum tile. Our vision was one of grandeur but our expectations were realistic based on the small size of the bathrooms. Sam and his team came in and not only turned our visions into reality but absolutely blew us away with the end result. The team was amazing, respectful, clean, timely and the communication was on point. The attention to detail was out of this world. From the veining in the tile matching to the next piece to the wall color choice that complemented everything so eloquently. If you are looking for someone who will not only manage your project but also keep you in the loop of every step of every way then look no further. Sankar Construction, we genuinely thank you for your hard work and and making our bathrooms truly an Oasis!     I quoted with 6 different contractors for our Bedroom Renovation. Of the six, 3 actually would provide a quote of the job. Two of those were extraordinarily high for a project of this size (given my prior experience) and the final quote didnt even set foot in my house to quote and was eventually the contractor we went with, and were happy we did.Given the challenges with Covid, it was a tough time to be quoting, but Sam was satisfied with the scope of work and pictures of the work to be done to sufficiently quote the project.My wife and I had some questionable experiences with past contractors and unfortunately Sam bore the scrutiny, but he was patient and calm to reassure me. All of our concerns quickly went away once the job started - especially after seeing one of his crew demolish a 200 sqft bedroom in a single day (which included plaster and lathe).The framing was completed so fast I had to rush and luckily got the framing rough inspection 2 days after starting. A week later all electrical, wall board and trim was completed. Additionally, we had Sankar refinish a popcorn ceiling, paint walls, and trim and replace 2 additional doors with solid wood. Within 1.5 weeks the room was ready for window installation and the extras were completed. INCREDIBLE compared to our previous experiences.The only one victim of Covid was the windows - which ties back to the origins of the project. As we were having trouble getting a solid contractor we put the order in ourselves which took an astounding 8 weeks. Since Sankar was so fast to knock out not just the original scope but the extras, they had to move on. However, it was only 3 days to finish up the windows (including a bay), siding, and trim. Next time when I work with Sankar I will work with them for the windows thats for sure!Sankar Construction started as a leap of faith during uncertain times, but ended with a bedroom that we enjoy coming home to as you can see in the pictures. I highly recommend him for your contracting needs as we intend to on our next project!

    Sankar Construction gave us a beautiful new bathroom. Our job was a complete tear down and they helped us throughout the design process. His team worked so efficiently (we were especially pleased with the wonderful tilework part of the installation) that the work was completed within the stated timeframe. The price was within our stated budget and a good value. We particularly love having 3 different shower heads, which was his recommendation! His staff, and Sam, were very responsive to us at every stage of the project. We would recommend them.

    Weve used Sankar for multiple projects and will continue using them in the future. Weve been looking for a reliable contractor to be our go to for years and were happy to say that with Sankar we finally have that. They have renovated our unattached garage and did our flooring in our house and each time they were clean and efficient and the work has been high quality. The rates are competitive with others but Sam is wonderful to work with and will always be in favor of the customer when it comes to giving incentives and deals as projects grow over time.

    Initially, I had a family friend remodel my bathroom. They literally botched the whole bathroom. Tiles and finishings were all misaligned and shoddy. Luckily I found Sam from Sankar Construction. He gave me his reassurance that he can deliver an excellent finished product within a week. He even offered a warranty on his work. Sam and his crew of amazing workers supported us every step of our journey as we transformed our unlivable basement into a dream, painted the entire house, replaced all molding, updated the kitchen island, installed lighting, ceiling fans, created beautiful storage options and moved the laundry to the third floor.     I don’t usually write reviews I like to read them rather then share my experience online. However with the Phenomenal job Mr Sankar and his team did with the remodeling of our bathroom. I felt as if it was only right to not only publicly commend them for their outstanding work but to leave a generous gratuity as well. From start to finish the job was easy and painless. They kept me within my budget and managed to complete the job in a timely fashion. These guys where also respectful about keeping the rest of the house clean as they walked back and forth with work material.     I got two bathrooms redone including the floor and shower tiling. In one bathroom I had the tub taken out and a shower installed and in the other I had the tub replaced.I am extremely happy with the job. Sam is an honest businessman that talks about how he wants you to be happy with the job above all else. While a lot of people say this to try to get you to choose them, Sam consistently demonstrated on many different occasions that he is not just saying this and actually thinks it. It was a nice breath of fresh air compared to the people I normally would deal with.Not enough kind words could be said about Cesar who spearheaded my job. He is a kind person that also will put your happiness above other factors. He has a lot of pride in his work and a good design eye incase youre not positive the exact look youre going for. Cesar was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job on my bathrooms.

    I was having the same problem with my pool every year for the past 6 years. I would have a algae build up around the sides of my above ground pool. After years of trying out several pool guys over the years trying to fix the issue. I finally came across Sankar Construction and Pools and decided to give them a shot. Not only did they fix the algae problem I had when they came. But the algae hasn’t came back since. Cesar was very respectful and diligent with everything his did. He gave me great knowledge and understanding about my pool that no one has previous gave me! I highly recommend these guys!

    Superb & Exceptional!! The Sankar Construction crew were not only hard working and meticulous, but very clean. My biggest pet peeve as a homeowner and any home owner, was hiring contractors that leave a mess behind, dirty shoes throughout the house, etc. What I LOVED about this crew, you couldnt even tell they were there! Clean, Effecient, Trust Worthy, Respectful and PROFESSIONALS. I referred them to a few collegues and co-workers already and would continue to do so! As you might imagine, having one bathroom remodel can be stressful, but two can really test your patience. Sam and his team worked hard to make it as stress free as remodeling two bathrooms can be.
