Steve was terrific. Called ahead to hear exactly what the issue was so he could make sure hed have whatever parts might be needed. Came when he said he would, was very efficient, and fixed problem right away. I have absolutely no issues with any small talk that we had; it only took place while we were waiting to make sure issue was resolved. All in all, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Great service. We had a tree fall into the electrical lines that leads to our home. From the weight of the tree, the mast was damaged. We called in the morning around 9. They were onsite by 11am.

Just when you think customer service is a thing of the past - you stumble on a place like Bobs Electric. Every single person I dealt with at this company was polite, courteous, sincere, and whole-heartedly interested in my satisfaction as their customer. The lady who answered the phone was able to set me up an appointment for an estimate in one phone call - no calling me back or getting back to me when they could get around to it - she made me an appointment right then and there for two days later. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and very considerate of my time and my needs. The young man who came out THE SAME DAY to do my the install was quick, efficient, polite, considerate, respectful, and above and beyond helpful. In a word - integrity - they did what they said they would - by when they said they would do it. In fact they actually got it done a lot faster than they said they would :). I am new to the area and I have called 12 other places (yes 12 - I counted them) trying to get this work done - and quite frankly Im glad none of those 12 came through as quickly as Bobs because I wouldnt have had the pleasure of working with these fine people. They will be my electric company of choice from now on.

I had lost partial power on Friday night which included the furnace. I called first thing Saturday morning and Steve was there in a short time. He was friendly and very professional. He had no problem with me watching as he replaced my electric box. He moved at a quick pace but knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the job done.

We couldnt get power until an electrician fixed something and we called around everywhere. Jeanette answered and immediately got us the help we needed, someone was at our house less than an hour after we got off the phone. Our electrician was very nice and efficient, and did such a good job. We couldnt recommend them more!!!

What a pleasure dealing with Steve, and what a fantastic job he did on installing a new dining room light fixture for me! He went so far above what was needed, I was extremely impressed. Without asking, he called to locate a dimmer replacement for my fixture, drove out to pick it up, and then installed it. He also replaced a screw on the switch plate without asking, and because it was a different color, he used a color pen to make it right. ALL WITHOUT MY ASKING! After two years of calling and calling other electricians, never getting a return call or being no-shows, along comes Steve from Bob’s Electric. . .I am so blessed! Thanks so much, I am your forever fan!

Needed a light fixture serviced and called Bobs. The lady on the phone answered immediately and was very friendly. Electrician they sent out was very friendly, prompt and professional. Overall, good experience and Ill use them again.
