    Brent Snow at Absolute Comfort HVAC is amazing! I honestly cant say enough good things about him and his customer service. I called this morning and gave him the error code off my furnace and he walked me through the repair over the phone since he said it would be a 5 minute fix. He easily could have charged me for coming on site to do the work himself, but his integrity and customer service saved me both time and money. Absolute Comfort has a customer for life with me.

    This is the company you want showing up to your house. Theyre good honest people.Had a clogged heat exchanger and was expecting to purchase a new furnace. (Actually had another company already lined up for a quote which they never even mentioned looking at the furnace first.)I called Brent for a second opinion and he went out of his way to stop by after hours and look at the furnace and he told me to save the money and just replace the part. He never tried to push me into a new furnace but instead told me to plan on replacing it in the future vs right this instant. He earned my business right then and there by being honest.When Drew showed up for the repair he was very professional and courteous. He replaced the heat exchanger in a few hours and got everything working perfect again. Couldnt be happier with the whole process and again these are some great people. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future needs.

    I had my first Annual Furnace check and tune up today as part of my maintenance package I purchased with my new HVAC system last year. Drew, my technician was on time, friendly and courteous, and walked me through the maintenance process and answered all of my questions as he went along.     Received call asking if everything was ok as temperature in house was mid 80s. My thermostat is connected to the company in event failures arise. The AC quit working for some odd reason. Had a new thermostat installed about 6-8 weeks ago & thought it was something related. Apparently it was loose wire outside. I have an older AC but a wire was replaced out side back 2 years ago. Brett reconnected the wire & family got relief in couple hours. I realize my AC is old but it really has not been used much through the years. But with anything, things age &/or become inefficient. So I really appreciated Brett stopping by to reconnect an outside AC wire.

    Absolutely Comfort was great to work with for our project which included installing a new combi system (tankless water heater plus radiant boiler) with added heat zones to our house. Excellent communication. Throughout the process could tell they had us as the customer in mind, both for cost and what would add the most value and function to our home. Cleaned up after themselves very nicely when the job was done. This is not the first time we have hired Brent and his team; it was and will continue to be an easy decision to have them as our go to HVAC company.

    I cannot express how happy I was to have found and worked with this company. Prior to reaching out, another company (MHC) was trying to convince me that my communicator board in my air conditioning unit was completely fried and wanted to charge me over $900 to fix it. I called absolute comfort and spoke with the receptionist who is very understanding and very kind and was very helpful and confirming that I should definitely get a second opinion. Within an hour, I was contacted by the manager, explain the situation and they made a service call out to me later that evening. All that needed to happen was a rewire and I was charged less than $100 when the other company charge me over $100 just for the service call and didn’t fix anything. Brent was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor/outlook on life. Very down to earth and honest. Will definitely be working with absolute again. Thank you Brent!!

    Last night the A/C went out I have 2 little kids and it was 88 degrees out. I called the next morning about 11am and they got us on the schedule same day 4 hours later. Owner showed up right on time and we even got text saying he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem right away. Had the part in stock that we needed and had it running immediately. It was amazing.
