    JCB was fantastic! The sewer ejection pump in our basement bathroom went out. After calling multiple places, JCB had an opening same day during business hours to help diagnose the issue. Jake was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and didn’t mind me watching over his shoulder (I like to learn about stuff). JCB was recommended to me by a coworker and I couldn’t be happier for the quick, clean service they provided. This was an expensive repair and they were very fairly priced compared to other companies I spoke with. Payton was very accommodating with scheduling when I called. 10/10!!!! Thank you JCB!

    My brother recommended JCB Plumbing after a different company left my kitchen faucet in worse condition than it was in when they were called to fix it. My husband and I decided to just replace the whole faucet, and Im so glad we used JCB Plumbing! The response time was quick, the tech was on time, and the work was done quickly and well. Kyler was great, and he made sure everything was in pristine condition before he left. We will definitely be customers of JCB Plumbing going forward!

    We had a toilet leaking and found out the plumber we used to use no longer services our area. After researching plumbers for my area I came across JCB Plumbing. We like to support local companies and JCB is awesome from my first phone call through service!!!The first time I called they couldn’t hear so they were proactive and followed up with a text message AND a call back, when they could have just waited for me to call again. I was able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule and needs. I received a text on the day of service notifying me that Jake was on his way.Jake is wonderful! So professional and patient. He asked a lot of questions and looked in multiple spots to help confirm where the leak was coming from. He quickly fixed the issue and then explained everything he did. Pricing is very reasonable.We are so happy to have a new plumber and JCB has a customer for life.

    We just moved into our new home a couple of weeks ago, and noticed a water leak on the ceiling, which was coming from an upstairs bathroom. JCB Plumbing arrived on time, explained what our options were, and repaired the issue quickly. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend! Called the office around 7:30 and their plumber (Caleb) was here by 9:00. He did a great job helping us with our new hot water heater and even installed new cooper piping.     I freaking love this company. From scheduling the appointment to getting the job done, I was met with friendly people who were down to earth and lovely. Kevin was the plumber who came to fix my pipes. I had a clogged sink, clogged shower, and a water pressure issue with a toilet. He came into my home and the first thing he did was put on shoe covers and I totally was impressed. Any one who can respect my floors and not dirty them is A+ in my book especially since I have a light colored rug.Kevin was professional, didn’t mind that my kiddo was interacting with him, got the job done quickly and saw I had other issues with my plumbing that could be an issue in the future. He looked out for my best interest and this company will be the company I use and recommend for all plumbing jobs.

    JCB was quick and timely in coming to check out my water heater. My husband was out of commission due to surgery, so he could not fix it/replace it himself. The team that came to do the replacement was very courteous of our home and very quick! They even went as far as to fix an issue that our contractor made when they installed our basement plumbing. They were great to deal with and explained exactly what they were going to do and what they did when they finished. Their pricing was very fair, and they were upfront about all costs.     In 2019, Joe and Jason rebuilt our outside spigots.In 2021 Rick came out and replaced the plastic handle and tightened up the inside.Today (12/12/24) Caleb came for an after hours call as one of the spigots was freezing due to a leak.     Weve had months and months of high water bills and we have not been able to detect the source of it. We called JCB Plumbing after several recommendations from others. Kyler was wonderful. On-time, friendly, polite, AND found the source of our issue. The water softener we had installed seems to have been leaking, into a drain, which would explain why we never found water anywhere indicating the source of the link. He was able to put it on bypass for us until we can have someone come out to fix it. He also was able to quote us on 2 other issues we had a work around for that another handyman told us we would cost $1000s to fix.Based on our experience, we will continue to use JCB Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and I will recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of a plumber.

    Our sump pump died yesterday. We noticed that it was not working when water started coming up from the sewer in our laundry room. We called JCB Plumbing around 9 p.m. last night. Joe and Tyler came out from Woodstock to Franklin Park to replace the sump pump. Joe even helped my dad clean up the laundry room floor and dumped the water from the wet/dry vac. GREAT service!     We have used JCB plumbing many times now since moving into our house. We have used them for simple projects all of the way to a more recent major issue where our sewer line had shifted with the foundation. Needless to say this was a terrible situation but JCB plumbing handled everything from getting permits, inspections, to installation that was quick and had us able to use our water that day.     You should hire JCB.I left JCB a voicemail before 8am on a Saturday due to a water heater issue. I received a call back by 830 and had a new water heater installed by that same afternoon at a reasonable price.Communication was outstanding, letting me know the plumbers name and ETA via text. On-site they worked quickly and professionally while my family and I (including relatives from out of town who were staying with us at the time - naturally these things tend to occur when it is least convenient) went about our time together.Pricing was comparable to other quotes and Im overall very happy with JCB and would recommend them to anyone.     Once again Joe and JCB Plumbing were there when needed. Early one evening we noticed a leaking washer inlet valve. They sent Kyler who capped off the pipes so we could turn the water back on/wash/shower etc ....he came back the next day and did a superb job of re-piping with minimal damage to the drywall.....he is a really skilled plumber and he double triple checks his work.     I had the guys install a new shower kit for a bathroom remodel we are doing ourselves (mostly!) it included the valve assembly in the wall as well as the gooseneck drain and the shower head. My guy showed up exactly as mentioned to the minute. Didn’t need anything from us to complete the job. Even took care of carefully cutting the drywall to get to the assembly. I would have destroyed the wall doing it myself but the drywall now is a snap to reinstall and mud over so we can get to painting. Overall quick work, easy-going and professional staff, price was less than quoted per the phone and at the end of it all who doesn’t want that? The team initially installed a hot water heater for me at a super price and I figured I’d send more business their way. Glad I did. Fantastic job!!

    We contacted Joe after discovering that our 3.5 year old water heater was not installed correctly and wasn’t even the right type of unit for the location it was placed in. Joe came out same day to look at our disaster. He could have sold us on a more expensive unit, but was honest in what was best for us vs. best for him. Joe and his guy did the install next business day. The installation looks great and you’d never know there were here if it wasn’t for the new unit! We’d highly recommend using JCB and plan to do so for any of our future needs.

    JCB works with the contractor I had do my renovations, so when my water heater started leaking (on a Saturday of course) I contacted JCB/Joe. They took my information and Dave arrived within an hour. Joe also called me back to check on my situation.
