We had a sprinkler head break in our warehouse and American Backflow was a life saver. They came out same day, repaired it very quickly, and were so helpful and nice about everything. Sarah was great in getting the call set up, and Lindsay the technician was amazing!

We are a new office with a complicated pumping system and we started to have a leak. Fast forward to today, Jerry was at the office to meet with someone from the city when he noticed the leak. Knowing the inspector was on his way, Jerry quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem with time to spare. Jerry wasnt here for a repair but he took action and saved us a ton of headache. Highly recommended for the friendly and expert service.

Love this place. Once a year I have to have my backflow valve inspected because of some weird ordinance in lake zurich that makes us have a sprinkler system in attached housing, may or may not still exist, but the yearly inspection does. This year I couldnt have Thanksgiving dinner with my family, but the village threatened to turn my water off if I didnt have a complete stranger in my home to do an unnecessary inspection. American Backflow agreed to do it with no personal contact due to my increased risk of complications of COVID 19, THANKS American Backflow! Great company to deal with!
