I had a dire emergency when a series of brownouts burnt up the motherboard on my home backup generator, which prevented my house from getting electricity. Outdoor temperatures were well below freezing, and the house got colder and colder, very near to the point of freezing the pipes and making the problem much worse. Rich came out on CHRISTMAS EVE and bypassed the junction box, restoring my power. I was very grateful. A very competent and confident young man, the go-getter type, knowledgeable despite his age. I was impressed.

Bruno electric saved our day. A tree fell on my mothers house and tore the electrical service off the house. It was a Sunday morning 7am when we discovered the problem. They reacted quickly with a call back, and got my mom up and running that day. Thanks for the great service!!

We found out through a home inspection that our breaker box was not properly grounded to meet code. It needed 2 ground rods put into the ground 8ft and have a copper wire running to the box. We also needed a GFCI and a receptacle installed down cellar. Rich came to explain what he had to do, fit us in within a week of first stopping by, did exactly what he said he had to do, and was done professionally. Would highly recommend his work and really appreciated fitting us in so quickly.

MY WIFES CERMIC KILN WAS FAILING. SWITCHES KEPT BURNING OUT. ALTHOUGH BRUNO ELECTRIC ARE NOT CERAMIC ELECTRICIANS THE PROBLEM WAS EASILY SPOTTED AND SOLVED. NOW WIFE IS HAPPY. WHEN WIFE IS HAPPY, EVERYONE IS HAPPY
