Got a generator installed and they were quick, professional, and answered any questions I had. Ryan, Danny, and Justin worked fast and kept me aware of what was going on every step of the way. They came out on one of the coldest days of the week and I never heard any complaints from any of them. They walked me through how to work the generator, answered all my questions even if I thought they were silly and helped me install and work the app that went along with it.

This project was a big undertaking and expensive but with the help of Oak Electric it went very smoothly.Diana in the office was very helpful with the paperwork, and she had outstanding and professional communication skill.Jeremy, our salesperson, was extremely helpful in designing the perfect system for our house and getting us the right product and a great price.The installation crew led by Jamison and Alex were experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and they took great care of our house. I would also like to think Dave, Nick ( Country Fresh ), Josh, Gavin, and the rest of the guys.Installation was quick, it only took two days. Oak Electric had the best price, and they got me better product at a better price than the completion.I would highly recommend Oak Electric as they did a great job on my project.Two days after the installation of the solar panels a major hail storm came through our area. A lot of cars were damaged by golf ball size hail, but my solar panels made it through the storm without any damage. Unlike my car.

Recommend Oak Electric all the way.We installed whole house generator in Feb. 2024 and can’t say enough good things about the company, estimator, installers and all the behind the scene support staff in the office.Once we signed the contract to install, we didn’t have to do anything. They did everything from paperwork to change the gas meter with consumers energy, city permits, inspections and everything else that needs to be done. We just need to sign the documents they prepared and done. Installation crew was on time, courteous, clean, worked well together & very professional. Final inspections from the city was scheduled by Oak Electric, crew came out to prepare for the inspections and put back together everything when done. Also cost was very reasonable. I called Oak Electric when I saw them install a new generator at my neighbors. My generator is a late model that Ive had for over 20 yrs. The original installer is no longer in business and my generator stopped cycling and could not be started manually. It needed some love so, I called Oak. The tech was able to diagnosis the issues and get her running again. My unit is still good. I appreciate that he didnt try to upsell me on a replacement. If I need to consider a replacement or other electrical services, I will call Oak Electric.

We were reminded several times that we had an upcoming appt and given the opportunity to change times & dates if needed. Nate gave us a call when he was about 15 min away. He showed up promptly and respectfully asked if we would like him to knock at our door before beginning his service or if it was okay to just go ahead and begin. In July we contracted with Oak Electric (via Costco) to install a whole house generator. After that the process was seamless. They told us the date of the install then took care of permits, and contacting consumers to initiate our gas upgrade. The morning of the scheduled install date they were here on time. Ryan, the team lead, was very respectful and definitely knew what he was doing. When the install was done, everything was cleaned up and Ryan walked us through what they did and how the generator worked. Overall a positive experience with Oak Electric, great communication, and a special shoutout to Ryan for his skill and customer focus.

Got a 27kw Generac home standby gas generator from Oak Electric a few years ago. Fortunately, our unit hasnt had to run much, but when needed, its has been a real life (ie marriage) saver. Very happy with the unit and the service through Oak. Highly recommend the Generac generator, and Oak Electric for installation and maintenance.Today, Oak installed a cellular link device, as our until did not come with built in WiFi at the time. Money well spent. Now we can monitor the unit on an app, and Oak Electric keeps an eye on it too. Oak also replaced an old gas value. Kyle is a great tech, and we are all set.

Great professional annual maintenance service today from Oak Electric for my 18 month old whole house generator. While a little pricey, the service does include Oak Electric annual monitoring of my generator. This allows Oak Electric to notify me if there is ever a problem with my generator. A useful service since I rarely check the Generac Mobile Link app.

This review might be a bit long, so Ill just say up front that my experience with Oak Electric from sales through installation was exceptional. I want to give special recognition to Nate (sales), Cassie (scheduling) and Brandon, Steve and Andy (installation).I contracted Oak Electric to replace the complete HVAC systems at my home, which consists of 2 furnaces, 2 central air conditioners, humidifiers, sanitizing UV lights and smart thermostats. An appointment was set up and Nate showed up on time to review our needs and provide a quote. He listened to what we wanted and developed a quote on the spot. No high pressure sales tactics and various alternatives were presented. We accepted the quote and Cassie worked with us to schedule an installation date.This was a big job. High efficiency furnaces were to be installed for the first time, so extra work would be required to run intake and exhaust pipes. Accordingly, the job was scheduled for two days. The night before the installation date, I received a call and email reminding me the work would begin the following morning. The next day Steve, one of the installers, called to let me know the crew was on the way.Steve, Brandon and Andy arrived and laid out protective coverings for our floors and the work area. These were 3 of the most friendly and caring workers Ive encountered and I could tell right away that they took pride in their work. They took time to answer my questions and did not leave until everything was checked out and working. They cleaned up so well that there was no trace they were ever here, with the exception of a very professional installation of the new equipment!
