Complete restoration/renovation of my forever dream home - a 90-year old summer log cabin which had been vacant and not maintained for years. Larry first addressed serious foundation issues and then proceeded to bring my vision to life. Not one inch of the home was untouched by Larry...new floors, kitchen, bath, decking, exterior siding and trim, doors, electric, plumbing. 90-year old chinking on interior logs was replaced. Every visit, the building inspector praised the quality of Larrys work and even once commented this should be in a magazine. Larry and I worked through the unique challenges of this old cabin together and the finished home is perfection - safe & sound, well-insulated and so beautiful. It is the little palace of my dreams and I cant imagine working with any other contractor to accomplish this project. Honest, excellent problem-solver, great communicator and a master of his craft (many crafts!).

Larry just completed an absolutely perfect job for us in our kitchen. He came highly recommended from close friends of ours and certainly lived up to the recommendation. He is extremely meticulous, neat and one of the friendliest contractor we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend him.

Larry did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. He really had good insight of how the project layout would be. Really appreciate him also helping me pick out a backsplash. What a daunting task!!The kitchen is so much more functional.Another stellar job, Larry & Al!!

I am so pleased with the work Larry and Al did on my front porch. It exceeded my expectations!Larry is always is on time, has a strong work ethic and filled us in daily with the work progress. He always responds to texts and calls. So refreshing.My only regret is I didn’t know I had a fantastic carpenter living a few miles from me for 25 years.Will definitely use him again for any future projects.You’re the best, Larry!

Larry Jacobs is a true professional. He and his worker Al, I couldnt say enough good things about these men. Aside from the beautiful work they did for me, the two most down to earth, just genuine nice guys. I had sloping floors in the upstairs of my house. He leveled my floors and installed beautiful Pergo Outlast flooring. Truly honest and beyond fair pricing. I HIGHLY recommend Millstone Builders for your next home project.
