    A big hand for Tristan and for all at West Plumbing. They replaced our leaking faucet which started two day before Thanksgiving. Also, as part of their service call, Tristan checked our water pressure to discover it was way above the normal and we are able to get our failed pressure reducing valve replaced. Awesome company and employees.

    West plumbing was professional and courteous from the very first call and onward. I was assigned a technician and then they texted me a reminder along with the technicians phone number and photo. The tech called when en route as promised. All plumbing to the home was replaced and the hot water heaters. I received before and after photos.     My home is over 50 years old so I expect it to have some issues. Back in 2021 I noticed we were having some plumbing issues where the water would back up into the house so I called West plumbing for estimates and repairs. I received an estimate of a little over $5000 to replace the damaged pipes. However, at the time I took the easy cheap route and we put a bandaid on the problem for a little over $700.Well In October 2023 the bandaid came off with those repairs turning into replacing those pipes in the front yard at a cost of almost $7000. But we were grateful to Dan and his team for getting us back up and running if you know what I mean.Fast-forward to September 12, 2024 we started having similar issues with the plumbing backing up into the house. We are grateful to Aaron for finding it was a simple issue of the tissue we are using not dissolving properly because its too thick. Therefore, is clogging the pipes. We are thankful it was not a $39,000 pipes replacement as it could have been that would have required destroying my house and unknown extensive costs to repair and darn near replace my home! We were happy to pay less than $300 to unclog the drain instead of the latter! We are grateful and thankful it was a simple fix and we are back to moving once again, literally. Oh yeah, and we will investigate another tissue option!Thank you West Plumbing for coming through yet again!

    I highly recommend West Plumbing. I put in a request for a quote on their website after hours; they responded to me immediately the following morning. They were able to schedule me the following day. They were polite, professional, and communicative. Davien came out and was able to fix the issue the same day. He did a great job!     My pipe burst in my front yard I called several plumbers and none of them could find the leak. I called West Plumbing the person came out explain what he was doing and immediately found the leak and gave me an estimate. I called the office spoke with the Customer Service and explain my situation and was given a senior discount (that was priceless because plumbing isnt cheap). The two plumbers came out and did the work and also told me about another situation under my crawl space I was able to get that repaired also. I am so pleased with their service and will definitely use them again. I will tell all my neighbors about their quality of work. They are Professional, Competent, Hardworking and get the JOB done right the first time. 5 Stars

    We just moved into our house in Warner Robins (moved down from Atlanta) and found that the tank was taking way too long to fill. I thought it was the fill valve so replaced that and it didnt solve the problem. Upon doing that job I also noticed the stop valve wasnt properly turning the water off (causing me to have to turn it off at the main). So anyhow, long story short, I called West Plumbing, they sent Aaron out, he was awesome, fixed our issues very quickly and at a reasonable price. Five stars all around!

When Jeff found my original toilets werent installed correctly, by the builders of the house, he took it upon himself to repair the discretion so my toilets were done right.     Great company and I could not be happier with the replacement of our water heater. The owner was very concerned that their personnel do a good job and the customer is satisfied with the results of the work to be accomplished.     Pretty much had an emergency in that one of our tub faucet valves wouldnt shut off. Had to shut water off to the entire house. I called that morning at 7:45 and was scheduled promptly.     They did an excellent job with removing my drain cap that could have fell in to my main sewer line. When I realized the cap was missing and water was coming up from the ground, I called them. They came out first thing in the morning to assess what they were going to do. They came out with a unique plan and removed the cap and also reinstalled the proper cap they should do have been there from the start. This saved us thousands of dollars if we had to removed the concrete in my drive to repair the main line. They were very nice and professional. I recommend anyone use them for their plumbing needs!

    West not only kept their appointment time but was actually able to come over earlier, less than 24 hours after I called to install a sink and garbage disposal in a new sink in our new countertops. I had issues with the original installer and West came through for me in a huge way. That being said, it was not cheap but the work is well done and very clean. It looks better under the sink now than the original installation in the house. And since the wife will be pleased, it was worth it.

It was a challenging project requiring opening up the wall and replacing the old pipes so the new sink fit properly.There was a point where the old pipe was almost touching the drywall on the other side of the pipe. He explained the risk involved in cutting out the old pipes before proceeding. Showed me the situation. I agreed to the risk. The tech was super careful, skilled, and experienced to pull off that cut without damaging the drywall.I’m super happy with the end result at this point. Granted is been less than 24 hours, so if anything blows up I’ll update my review.Would recommend.

    My water heater broke and started leaking everywhere. I just started calling around plumbers and West was the first one that could even send someone the same day, someone also helped me over the phone to just get it shut off and stop leaking before the technician could get there. They got the situation under control and then came back a few days later to install a new one. They did an excellent job, quickly, and for a great price, and even went above and beyond, installing an extra outdoor spigot near where the heater went b/c there wasn’t one at all.

    Called them to fix my shower that keeps leaking and leaking. First guy shows up and supposedly said he fixed it. However it kept leaking and leaking, drives me crazy.Was not able to call back encause the first tech said I had a 30 day warranty (which was wrong) and I had to leave town.Once I returned home, it was still leaking and leaking. I did a review on this company and they responded within 24 hours. I gave them another chance to address the issue. Called them and they told me I had a 90 day warranty. Which was great because I was in the tail end in these timeline. However, they said that would honor the warranty and come out.You scheduled an appointment and they came out and on schedule. The owner showed up with the technician to show the importance of customer relations. He also introduced himself and the master plumber he brought with him.They put on booties to protect my floors, which was great. He also brought extra booties to switch after setting he first set after fixing the issue.So the issue was the initial valve they installed was defective which they said rarely happens. The leak is finally gone, yeah! Finally fixed and resolution is great. I appreciate the importance they put to their customer to address the issue.West Plumbing has been in business for over 50 years and it showed once they returned to my home.Definitely would highly recommend these guys to fix any plumbing issues you may have.

    I had the pleasure of working with Justin and Tripp from West plumbing today to jet my pipes and clear an ancient buildup. Let me tell you, this was not an easy task. Justin originally came out to diagnose the situation and he was beyond professional, but still personable and kind. There was no bs or gimmicks with these guys, just genuine knowledge and care. They didn’t come to simply collect, the came to take action and fix the issue. Prices were super competitive and fair. We called them for a second estimate and found their prices to be fair and their service to be above and beyond.     Our sewer pipe backed up on a Saturday night, and I called at 8:30 am on Sunday, and less than two hours later, Aaron was there finding a solution. Aaron removed the problem, roots, which enabled us to use our plumbing enough to wait until a camera inspection could pinpoint the underlying issue. The following day he returned to find our problem, a backwater valve that was buried and damaged, allowing roots to enter the sewer pipe. It was actually difficult because of the copper pipes were short but they did a great job. Later, they moved a plumbing vent in the wall of the master bath. Big job. Great job. Cleaned up and is fantastic. Then they installed a freestanding tub, faucet and all associated plumbing. Turned out perfect. Thanks to Tripp for the great vent work and the entire bath project. Also, Sonny did incredible job on all the finish work and the tub project. This was a big job but and very costly. But the total was not over the national average. Didnt take him but a few minutes and he even pointed out some more potential problems just from observation. Will definitely use West again and hope Aaron is the one that shows up.

    West told me right up front when they could come to unclog my drain and they called and came when they said they would. Their technician Jeff Marsh came out and was very nice and professional. He told me up front what the cost would be. He completed the job and unclogged my drain. He left everything clean and in working order. It went exactly like I hoped it would. Ill call back next time.

    The two men were professional and friendly. They install two toliet seat covers and a baudet (sp). Unfortunately the one they installed was cheap- I guess - and in the night - the hose attachment let go and flooded the carpet. The next man fixed it and all is well. We will use West Plumbing for any work that need to be done.

    If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend West Plumbing. They are a homeowned professional company with very knowledgable Technicians. They explain what they think the problem is and also show their findings on a video they take while troubleshooting. They also discuss pricing up front so you are not caught off guard when the repairs are completed. I feel this comfortable recomnending them because of my recent experience with them:I needed a plumber and had no idea who to call. So many businesses these days just dont do what they promise and I was dreading this task. I asked a friend to see who her husband would recommend and he said West Plumbing without hesistation. Still dreading this I called to check cost, guarantees, timeframe, etc. I spoke with Merri who was so helpful and so sweet. Since this was new to me I was more comfortable speaking with and explaining my problem to a fellow female. Merri told me exactly what she thought I would need to replace the garbage disposal and faucet. Im glad she did - I didnt realize how many powers of garbage disposals there were or that you might need a 1, 2, 3 or 4 hole faucet, which made my trip to Lowes much easier. To top it off she was only about $6.00 off on what the cost actually ended up being!!!I also liked that West Plumbing sent out reminders via messaging every day and called before coming out on the day of the appointment. The Technician was very professional and so nice. He went over the pricing before beginning the repair so you knew exactly what to expect. Afterwards he showed me how to use everything and provided tips on how to properly maintain the garbage disposal. Plus, he was such a clean worker, you couldnt even tell he had been there except for my pretty new and up-to-date faucet!!!

    We had and issue with my kitchen faucet and dish washer. The faucet was leaking and messing up everything under the sink. Our dish washer would not drain at all.Jeff Marsh was the technician that came to the house. Jeff was professional and very nice. As soon as he looked under the sink he pulled a hose out and showed me where it was about to break completely! He said another day or two and I would have had a real mess. He quickly replaced the old faucet with the faucet my wife picked out and it’s working great!He then asked if I saw water running through the garbage disposal when I used the dish washer. I said no. He pulled one hose from the garbage disposal and used his screwdriver to knock out the plug that the person that installed the garbage was supposed to remove. This small nickel sized plug was what was stopping the dishwasher from draining.Jeff then tested the dishwasher and it works fine now. He then gave me some advice on what it would take to install a bathroom in my ManCave!Overall, great service, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and the price was very reasonable!If Jeff is up for a promotion or a raise, I vote “Yes!” give it to him! He is a great asset to your organization! I am extremely pleased with this company!

    Had a water leak in the wall, behind the kitchen cabinets. West came out diagnosed the problem, got us back up and running wit a temp fix until they could fix the problem the next day.I left the wall open for two days to dry out and check for leaks. Everything worked great. The staff we dealt with were courteous and professional. The costs I thought were a tad high but I certainly got expert service!

    I had a water leak that was under the slab. Christopher and Shawn came in and did their best to disrupt as small an area as possible. They worked through lunch on Thursday without complaining. They stayed late on Thursday just to make sure that we had our water back with the leak repaired. Great service from the whole company during this repair. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues.

    Aaron came to my future home to check for a possible water leak and ensure it was fixed. He was friendly and felt like family. He was geniusslg concerned and addressing my questions. He made sure to check everything I asked about. He didn’t charge me anything. It was free but I plan to join their $99 membership and this will be my plumbing company once we close. They truly have Great customer service unlike Buzzell. They came to run the water and thought it was worth $125. After speaking with the service ladies we got it handled but please stay away from Buzzell and call West Plumbing. The guys are exceptional and above the rest!

    Very happy with their service. I have used them on several occasions. When I call, I know it’s going to get done and done right. They can be a little more expensive than the fly by nights but, you’ll get what you pay for. They’ve been around for years and will still be around when the fly by nights are gone. Our water had been shut off for 3 days due to a major water leak inside a wall behind our shower that occurred on a weekend. After being stood up by another plumbing company on Monday, I called West Plumbing and they were able to schedule us for the very next morning. Aaron arrived promptly the next morning and assessed the problem. Aaron quickly repaired shower leak in the wall by making a small opening in the drywall. Aaron also went under our crawlspace, located 3 additional leaks and repaired them all. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron. He was polite, professional and quickly took care of business while cleaning up afterwards.     When we ran our garbage disposal food would come up in the adjoining sink. West Plumbing discovered that the plumbing under the sink had not been installed to code. They explained the problem (which was now obvious to me) and the solution. They reworked the plumbing and have had no problems since!!!     Technicians were very nice and when they found I needed a seal, they stopped and quoted me how much it would be to install.     Jeff, called to let me know he was on his way, when he arrived he had shoe covers over his shoes and went right to work. He explained every thing he was doing and showed me what the issues were and explained to me what parts would be required to fix the problem and the cost.
